Durga prays to God, pleading for Anurag’s safety. She decides to stay where she is overnight and leave in the morning.
Dr. Kunal advises Vikram to consider why no doctors are willing to work in their village. He explains that improving infrastructure would attract doctors and urges Vikram to reflect on this. Vikram agrees and tells Dr. Kunal to focus on treating Anurag first. Dr. Kunal begins the treatment.
Meanwhile, Savitri disagrees with Anand and Panibai about leaving the house, sparking an argument. Panibai insults Savitri, questioning her contributions to the household. She reminds Savitri that she raised Vikram and Anant while accusing her of neglecting her husband. Furious, Savitri warns Panibai to stop, threatening to reveal family secrets. Panibai dares Savitri
Elsewhere, Anurag dreams about Durga. Madhav comments to Vikram that Dr. Kunal seems strict. Vikram remarks that if they were in Kinsar, he would have handled the doctor differently. Anubhav interrupts, agreeing with Dr. Kunal’s observations. Irritated, Vikram tells Anubhav to be quiet and blames him for Anurag’s current state. Anubhav defends himself, questioning what he did wrong. Vikram accuses him of dragging Anurag into unnecessary trouble.
Anubhav explains that Durga, who was raised in their home, was being tortured, and they were trying to rescue her. That’s why he involved Anurag. Vikram asks why Anubhav didn’t inform him instead. Anubhav reveals that Rajesh was torturing Durga. Vikram coldly responds that Rajesh has the right to do so as her husband. Shocked, Anubhav asks if Vikram knew about this. Vikram admits he did and remarks that a girl like Durga deserves it.
Elsewhere, Aarti is worried about Anurag and wonders why Vikram hasn’t updated her about his condition. Panibai asks Aarti why she hasn’t called Vikram herself. Aarti explains she tried but couldn’t get through.
Savitri criticizes Panibai, accusing her of only knowing how to argue with the daughters-in-law. Indira intervenes, saying she’s been witnessing these fights since she arrived. She asks Savitri why she didn’t take a stand when her husband was alive. Panibai mocks Savitri, claiming her husband never respected her and accusing her of neglecting him in his final days.
The argument intensifies as Panibai dares Savitri to reveal the truth. Savitri says she promised her husband she wouldn’t, but if not for that, she would have exposed everything. Aarti, still worried about Anurag, mentions that she also wants to know what happened to Durga. Indira questions Aarti’s concern for Durga, reminding her of her previous anger toward her. Aarti admits she was wrong and now regrets her actions. She warns Indira not to interfere in her matters.
Panibai taunts Aarti, implying she won’t remain in the house much longer. Aarti sharply responds, escalating the argument further.
Precap: Durga calls Anubhav and asks about Anurag’s situation. Anubhav tells her that Anurag has rare blood group and he needs blood and so the situation is critical. Durga reaches the hospital, Vikram and Pani bai are shocked to see her. Durga tells the doctor that she has the same blood group as Anurag’s. Durga says to Pani Bai that today its about Anurag’s health and so she won’t back off.
