Scene 1
Rajesh’s family comes back home. Bua asks Meera to make food. Meera asks Durga to eat something to break her fast properly. Chandini comes there and says she is showing love to her because she isn’t a DIL of this house anymore. Meera says what’s your status in this house? you are a nobody. Durga asks what do they do in the house? Meera says I work in the house as Chandini does nothing. Chandini says Rajesh commanded Meera to take care of her. Bua tells Meera that she is good for nothing and only knows cooking so she should shut up. Durga asks what do you do then? you shouldn’t judge others when your Rajesh has no qualities. Bua says don’t open your mouth here. Durga says Meera is serving you so don’t insult her, don’t take advantage of
Aarti comes to Anurag and Anubhav. She tells Anurag that what Durga did.. he says I don’t want to talk about her. Aarti says Vikram wants to invite Durga and Rajesh for dinner. Rajesh would feel insulted if we don’t invite him. Anurag asks if its necessary? Aarti says I can’t deny Vikram’s command, let Durga come, we can just ignore her and go back to the city soon. She came to me today to take blessings but I have ended all relationships with her. Don’t talk to her if she wants to talk. She tells Anurag to ignore her. He says she won’t come to me and I won’t let her talk to me. Aarti says I know you are not doing well, I am your mother so I can feel your pain. I am in pain so I can’t even fathom about your pain. We all dreamed and hoped for her to become a doctor so I don’t understand why she chose Rajesh and married him?
Scene 2
Rajesh comes back home and asks for food. Bua complains to him that DILs don’t care about her and were arguing over cooking. They started eating without inviting you. Meera says he always eats outside so we didn’t wait for him. Rajesh tells her to shut up. He tells Durga that she shouldn’t approach other men like Anurag as she is married to him now. Durga says he is not an other man. Rajesh says whatever you had with him should be stopped otherwise I will kill you. Durga says I had nothing with him that was wrong, I was raised in that house so they are like my family. Bua tells Rajesh that this girl keeps arguing. Chandini says he forced her to marry him so her heart isn’t with him. Meera tells her to shut up. Chandini says I have a doubt that she fasted for someone else. She goes to eat. Meera asks Durga to eat something, Dura says I will eat with you. Meera nods and goes to get food for her.
Anurag tells Aarti that they were having an affair that’s why Rajesh would always follow her and show right on her. I don’t care anymore as she is dead to me. Aarti is hurt hearing that. Anurag tells Aarti that they gave everything to her so she shouldn’t repent. Aarti nods and says Savitri was thinking that you should get married now. Anurag says I don’t mind, its time that I move on and I will be fine with any girl.
Rajesh is angry recalling Durga breaking her fast while looking at Anurag. He throws away her food and shouts that she was doing aarti for another man. You have insulted me so you won’t get any food. You should be punished for thinking about another man. Durga glares at him.
