Anurag lights a lantern as Durga blames herself for his troubles, saying he wouldn’t be in this situation if it weren’t for her. Anurag asks if she wants him to leave her. Durga worries about his well-being, but Anurag asks what would happen to her instead. Durga admits she discovered many truths today, and Anurag agrees, saying his family caused her suffering. He encourages Durga to stand up and fight her battles.
Durga shares that she thought about asking Vikram if she could stay at his house for a few days but realizes it’s unlikely now. Anurag tells her that since his family made her an orphan, he feels responsible for her. Durga questions if he’ll leave everything for her or if his family will pressure him to marry her. Anurag assures her that while his family will be upset, they won’t force him into marriage. He opens his arms to comfort her, and Durga hugs him. He tells her she must fight for her rights, even if it means standing against his father.
Meanwhile, Vikram scolds Rajesh’s men over the phone for failing to find Durga, ordering them to locate her and injure Anurag if needed. Aarthi overhears this conversation.
Durga asks Anurag if he truly loves her. Anurag reassures her, saying he always has and will continue to love only her. Durga asks if he’ll defy his father for her, and Anurag confirms that he will.
Aarthi questions Vikram about Anurag’s whereabouts, saying he isn’t answering her calls. Vikram reveals Anurag lied about going to Jodhpur and is actually in Kinsar. When Aarthi asks why, Vikram suggests she ask him directly. He accuses Anurag of falling for Durga’s trap, implying she may have asked him to marry her and sever ties with Aarthi.
Durga tells Anurag that society sees her as a widow. Anurag counters, saying she can’t be a widow since she never truly accepted Rajesh as her husband. He reminds her that they exchanged garlands and married. He questions her white attire, asking if she even thinks about him. He adds that if she considers herself a widow, it feels like she wants him dead. A shocked Durga begs him not to say that and reveals she secretly applies sindoor (vermillion) daily.
Meanwhile, Rajesh’s men find an abandoned house with a light inside and decide to investigate. Spotting them, Anurag and Durga flee, leaving behind Anurag’s bag. The men search the area.
Aarthi refuses to believe Anurag would betray her, but Vikram taunts her. She pleads with him to bring Anurag back, and Vikram promises to gather information soon. When Aarthi asks what he means, Vikram accuses Durga of hypnotizing Anurag and vows to separate them, threatening to teach Durga a lesson.
