Precap: Shravan, Suman and civilian gang takes audition for Shravan’s prom partner, Anish and his gang complain against Shravan but they got caught in their own plan. Shravan decided to go to prom with Kanchan.
At Night
Kanchan: I can’t believe this, Suman you were also in that audition drama? I mean if you stayed for a little longer than you too would have gotten punishment.
Suman: If I had stayed then so much drama wouldn’t have happened. I would have made sir understand that it was a misunderstanding.
Kanchan: Really? And how would you have explained the whole “audition” thing? I still can’t believe, my sister, miss boring Suman Tiwari can participate in such things.
Suman: I’m not boring, I also do fun stuff with my friends and that was one such thing.
Suman looks at Shravan’s balcony through window, Kanchan notices.
Kanchan: What happened? Are you worried about your buddy?
Suman stares at Kanchan for sometime then stands up from her chair and goes to her bed. Kanchan follows.
Kanchan: What happened? You didn’t answer me. Are you worried about him?
Suman: What is wrong with being worried about him? He ran two rounds of the ground, you know he is still recovering.
Kanchan: Awe, Suman, you really like playing doctor doctor, don’t you?
Suman sighs.
Kanchan gently taps on Suman’s head.
Kanchan: Behna, you should more worry about tomorrow when he is gonna find out what you have hidden from him.
Suman suddenly remembers and holds her forehead.
Suman: Shit I totally forgot about that. Shravan will create a ruckus tomorrow.
Next day
Suman waits by the bus window. Kanchan bends towards her from behind.
Kanchan: Looking for Shravan?
Suman: What do you want now?
Kanchan: I think he is not coming today, maybe his leg hurts due to yesterday. At least you should pray that’s the case, cause if he still comes you know what’s gonna happen.
Kanchan sits back at her sit. Suman looks on outside, but Shravan doesn’t appear like usual. The bus reaches at school. Suman comes out and about to go inside school but a voice comes from behind.
Shravan: Sumo.
Suman looks back and sees Shravan coming, he was limping a bit, but looking at her noticing him he started walking properly but couldn’t really hide the fact he is facing trouble walking and Suman notices everything. Shravan comes to her.
Suman: I thought you were not coming today. I mean I didn’t saw you with your bike on the way so.
Shravan: Were you looking for me.
Suman: Shravan.
Shravan: I didn’t came on the bike today. My legs are a bit paining, but it’s not that a big deal. Let’s go to class, shall we.
Suman nods with a smile, but she makes a worring face when she turns her face from him. They enters the school together. After the first period, everyone starts packing and leaving. Shravan comes out with Suman.
Shravan: Sumo is something happening today? Where is everyone going?
Before Suman could answer that Anish comes there. He speaks with his typical mischievous smile.
Anish: Today is an off day, only for you. So you can go home fast and rest. Bye.
Shravan: Hey dhumketu, I’m not an idiot.
Anish: But I’m telling the truth Shravan, today is an off day for you, didn’t your budy told you?
Shravan looks at Suman. Suman worries. Both Shravan and Anish’s gang member gather there one by one.
Shravan: Seriously? The school is calling the day off for everyone just for me?
Anish: When did I said anything about holiday for everyone? It’s just for you. We have other things to do. Like going on a trip, have a picnic and a night camping.
Shravan gets surprised. He looks at Suman.
Suman: Shravan, today is our annual trip and camping day, it’s happens every year for class 12th.
Shravan: And you are telling me that now? How will I pack in such a short notice?
Shravan looks around at his friends.
Shravan: You guys even didn’t bother to tell me.
Suman: Shravan I asked them not to tell you.
Shravan: Why?
Suman: Because when we were all deciding it we didn’t know you will be here by time and we thought even if you managed to come back you won’t be in a state for going on outdoor trip. So I thought that you will feel bad if you heard we all went without you.
Shravan: But I’m here now, why not tell me when I came back.
Anish: Shravan, why are you being like this. Think logically. After those two round at ground yesterday, you can hardly walk, everyone can see that. And you want go with us, we will walk for a long time, stay outside in tent, it’s not your cup of tea. You go home and take rest for two days while we have some great outdoor fun. We will tell you all about it when we return. OK?
Shravan: I’m fine and I’m coming.
Suman tries to deny but Shravan looks at her with strong determination. Anish smiles looking at Devika, she smiles back, he looks at Shravan again.
Anish: OK fine Shravan, just do one thing and everything will be clear. Sit on the ground.
Shravan: What?
Anish: Just sit on the ground and everything will be clear.
Shravan angrily looks at him.
Shravan: Fine.
Shravan tries to sit on the ground but he faces great diffuclty because of his muscle pain. He couldn’t help but groans a bit due to pain. While Anish and his gang takes fun of Shravan’s state, Shravan’s gang looks at him sadly. Shravan almost sat down but Suman holds him and helps him stand up.
Suman: Shravan stop it. Anish is right, you are not in a state to go out. Don’t torture yourself like this. Just go home and take rest for the day, please.
Suman leaves. Anish and his gang leaves smiling. Slowly Shravan’s friends also leaves one by one.
Sahib: Sorry Shravan, but don’t worry. I’m also not going today.
Shravan looks at him with an angry look, Sahib tries to smile poorly.
At Malhotra House
Shravan is sitting on his bed with a serious look. Sahib and Bunty looks at each other and then at Shravan, he keeps looking at them with his serious look.
Bunty: Mia why are you being so admant about this?
Shravan: I’m going and nothing can change my mind.
Bunty: You are going, right, you couldn’t even climbed up the stairs without groaning in pain in each step.
Shravan: I’ll go.
Bunty: Arey, uncle ji won’t give you permission, even aunty ji won’t support you.
Shravan: I’ll go.
Sahib: Shravan everyone else is already at school, they are probably getting on the bus now. You won’t even make it there in time.
Bunty: And even if you do mia magically, the school won’t take you, everyone knows you are not coming. And by some way you manage to convince them, they will throw you out when they will see your condition.
Sahib: And Shravan they are planning to do some outdoor drills too, you won’t be able to do those, even I won’t able to do it. That’s why I’m not going.
Shravan: I don’t know anything, I’ll go no matter what.
Shravan tries to get up in excitement but immediately had to sit down again in pain.
Shravan: Aw aw aw….
Bunty: You are screaming while getting out of the bed and you want to go outside. Why are you behaving like a kid.
Shravan: Listen I am in pain since morning, but yet I managed to go to school. I can manage. And mummy papa doesn’t know my leg hurts or that I ran yesterday, so they are not going to say no, I can manage them for permission.
Bunty: And you think when you will go outside in this condition alone, we won’t do anything? If you try to take one step out of bed then… then I’ll tell everything to your parents.
Shravan: Who told you I’ll be all alone outside, you two will be there to take care of me.
Bunty and Sahib looks at each other.
Sahib: Shravan I already told you I can’t do all those outdoor drill and long walks, that’s why I’m not going.
Shravan: Yaar I have a plan, just hear me out first.
Shravan tells them his plan. They looks at each other.
Shravan: Guys please, this is going to be the last outing before I pass school, Sahib, don’t you want to enjoy a day outside with your friends before passing school? Bunty you already went to your school trip. Do you really want your brother to miss his once a life time opportunity to experience school trip? Please support me and come with me. If my friends stands by me, I can do anything.
Shravan forwards his hand looking at them excitedly, Bunty and Sahib looks at each other, then smiles and gives their hands over Shravan’s. They all cheers.
Suman is going with others on bus. She is sitting by the window. Suddenly a voice calls her from outside of the window.
: Sumo.
Suman looks outside being surprised, Shravan’s head is popping out from a car’s window, he is smiling at her like always. He waves at her, she waves back being a bit confused and a bit happy. She signals him what he is doing, he replies with showing a bit attitude, Suman starts laughing. Anish stands up from his sit by seeing him. Seeing him noticing them, Shravan and Bunty from the window behind Shravan’s, start screaming. From the bus that’s coming behind this one, Shravan’s gang starts screaming seeing them, Shravan, Bunty and Sahib starts screaming at them in answer. Anish sits down in anger, his gang gets irritated. Some of them holds there ears due to so much screaming. Suman smiles with disbelief looking at him, Shravan also smiles at her. He screams in joy again.
Wherever the school buses went to visit, Shravan’s car went there too. Shravan, Bunty and Sahib visited every place at the same time with the others but behaved as if they have came on their own. They made a lot of noise while visiting places so Anish and his gang couldn’t ignore them even if they want to. Whenever Shravan gets a chance, he goes and stands beside Suman. They enjoyed every place, when it was time for lunch they bring out luxarious tiffin and show off to the others. Anish and his gang goes and sit some place else while Shravan’s gang comes and sit beside them, they all share each other foods. While Shravan’s gang enjoy the tiffin Shravan have brought from home, Shravan, Bunty and Sahib also manage to enjoy the food of the school picnic. Suman comes, everyone moves and let her sit by Shravan. She also trade food with Shravan. Shravan shares his food, while eating he keeps staring at Suman, he suddenly gets hick up. Suman taps on his back and offeres him water from her bottle. Bunty looks at other way smiling. Shravan drinks the water but keeps looking at Suman, while Suman worries and asks him if he is ok. Shravan nods with a smile. At the end of the day the buses head towards the camping spot. Suman looks outside but doesn’t see Shravan’s car, Anish also notice.
Anish: Finally, it seems he have left.
Devika: Of course he left. Coming to visit the site is one thing. Staying in tent in camp all night and do all those drill is totally another thing, he was never going to do that.
Anish: Now we can enjoy the rest of the trip.
Suman looks outside one more time. After a point everyone gets down from the bus and walks with their bags to the camping spot, in mid way they does some drill. When everyone finally reaches the camping spot being tired, a surprise was waiting for them. At a side of the camping spot, there was a big tent. In front of it Bunty and Sahib was sitting on chairs, while Shravan was sitting at a chair and keeping his leg on another. They were all chatting, but stops hearing the others coming.
Shravan: Bunty see who have finally came, we all got tired of waitng.
Anish comes to them.
Anish: What are you guys doing here?
Shravan: We are just camping, what is your problem? Did you bought this place? There are so many other campers around, you are not having any problem with them, then what’s wrong with us?
Bunty: Mia, you stay in your camp and do your stuff, we will stay in ours and do our thing.
Their techer calls everyone and instructs them to start pitching their tents. Everyone starts working. Suman passes Shravan while going at her spot, she sighs looking at him, he answers with a smile. After everyone settle down, they make a camp fire and sits around it, while Shravan, Bunty and Sahib keeps sitting where they were. The teacher talks to them for sometime, tells them the rules and everything, they go by their plans for the campfire. Then the teacher leaves and asks everyone to go back to their tents in one hour. The students then breaks into their own group and starts chatting, Shravan’s gang comes to his tent and sit by them. Some students starts lighting lanterns and flying them. Slowly the lanterns flew and went high up in the sky. Suman looks at it with a mesmerized look and Shravan looks at her. Shravan imagines that he and Suman is alone at the camp site. They light a lantern together and flew it. They sat by the camp fire and enjoys the heat. Bunty calls Shravan and he comes back to reality from day dreaming. Everyone had already went inside their tents. Shravan goes inside his with Bunty.
The fire burns slowly and then goes out after a time. Some dark figures comes out of some tents and get together at a place. One of them lights a torch but another person rebukes.
Anish: Idiot, switch it off, otherwise someone will notice us.
He switches it off.
Anish: Listen everyone, there is a slight change of plans. Now we are not going to scare those looser civilians, but their leader Shravan.
Anish’s friend: But will Shravan get scared? He doesn’t look like the coward type.
Anish: He will, after all he is a civilian just like the rest of them, they gets scared of every little things. We are going to take revenge of yesterday.
Anish and his gang start moving slowly towards Shravan’s tent. A fox howls from distance. Then some night bird screams, Anish’s friends started to get a bit nervous, everything is very silent around them. Suddenly one of them sense something moving in a distance. He immediately switches on the torch light but there is nothing.
Anish: Hey what are you doing? I asked not to light the flashlight.
: I thought there was…
Anish: Just switch it off.
He switches off the light. They reaches the big tent. First they let a big spider go inside the tent. They wait for sometime to hear movement from inside. A few moments passess but nothing happens inside. Anish signals one of his friend. He nods and starts making creepy noises. They again place ears at the tent to hear something. This time they heard some very faint voices from inside. Anish thought they have started to wake up, he thought he even heard a little scream, though the scream sounded a bit odd to him. Neverthless he signaled another friend who lights up a candle. They start making weird scary shadows over the tent, the more they made the shadows the more the noise from inside keep coming and it got louder but still not clear enough. They look at each other in confusion, not sure if their prank worked or not. Anish hesitates a bit and goes inside the tent, others follow him. As soon as they enters the tent, the tent becomes quite, there is no sound at all. They look around. There is three camp bed and three people are sleeping there covering from head to toe. It doesn’t seem like anyone is awake, they look at each other. Suddenly one of them senses something in his back and gets scared. He screams. Hearing him scream a few other gets scared and screams too, but still no movement in the beds. Anish tries to calm them down, he sees it’s only the spider on his friends back. He tries to throw it away, but it turned out to be a big mess up when everyone tried to move at the same time. The candle goes out and in the sudden darkness they got even more nervous. Anish gets pushed by someone and he lands on one of the beds. And suddenly he finds himself holding a skeleton head. Anish starts screaming. He looks at others. They sees two skeletons sit up on the other two beds and one sits up in the bed Anish is, only this one has no head as Anish is holding it. Everyone starts screaming including Anish. He looks at the headless skeleton once and then at the head he is holding while screaming, he clearly felt the skeleton head is screaming too. Everyone ran outside, Anish ran too leaving the skeleton head. They came running outside in the middle of the camp. Everyone comes out and so does their teacher.
Drill sir: What is all this at the mid of the night.
They tried to talk but they are all out of breath. Somehow they manage to tell that they have seen ghosts inside Shravan’s tent. Drill sir looked at them for sometime, then head towards Shravan’s tent. They followed him being a little scared. Others looked at them going, a bit confused about what’s going on. When drill sir is almost at Shravan’s tent’s door Shravan comes out in sleepy eyes, following him Bunty and Sahib come out. Drill sir stops for one second.
Shravan: What’s going on?
Drill sir looks at Shravan once and then at Anish. He goes inside and calls them inside. Going inside they get shocked seeing everything normal. Shravan and others comes inside too.
Drill sir: Where is ghost?
Anish: But sir even a few moment ago….
Drill sir: Shut up. Don’t you feel ashamed to get scared of ghosts? And what were you guys doing here in the first place?
They doesn’t answer. Shravan looks at them from top to bottom.
Shravan: Sir I don’t what they saw but looking at them it seems they were trying to scare us. See, this one is still wearing mask.
The guy takes off his mask immediately.
Sahib: But when did you guys came to scare us? We were sleeping peacefully here until we heard you guys screaming outside.
Bunty: It seems they had mistakenly went inside the haunted tent thinking it to be ours.
Shravan dramatically asks Bunty: Haunted tent? What’s that?
Bunty: You haven’t heard? When we came here from school last week we heard the story of the haunted tent. Once a big tent like this caught on fire, many years ago. Three innocent young campers who were sleeping inside dies. Since then sometimes at night campers can still see that tent, they even hears noise coming from inside. And the camp that caught fire, it was pitched at this place.
Sahib holds Shravan.
Sahib: What are you saying Bunty. Then why did we kept our tent here.
Bunty: Cause there was no other big free space. But don’t worry, these ghosts doesn’t disturb anyone. Sir you don’t need to worry.
Drill sir lookes at Bunty angrily. He shouts at him.
Drill sir: Shut up.
Bunty keeps a finger on his lips and moves behind Shravan. The drill sir turns towards Anish and others.
Drill sir: I’ll see you guys tomorrow at drill. Go back to your tents now.
The drill teacher looks at everyone angrily once and leaves. Anish and other leaves one by one, Shravan and other too comes outside. Everyone was talking outside. Suman had come out just a few moments ago. She asks Shravan in sign what’s wrong, Shravan replies in sign that he doesn’t know. Drill sir shouts again to everyone to go back to their tents, one by one every goes back. Suman does too.
Anish’s friend: What just happened? Did we really went to the haunted tent?
Anish replies angrily: There is no such thing as ghost.
Devika comes to them.
Devika: What happened? What were you guys doing?
Then both of them looks at Shravan who is currently sorrounded by his gang. They are all smiling and high fiving each other. Shravan smriks at Anish. Then all of his friends looks at Anish’s gang while laughing . Anish’s gang look at them angrily. One of Shravan’s friend makes a sound of fox howling from distance. Anish and his gang gets surprised and looks at each other. It doesn’t take anything else for them to understand what happened. They angrily looked at their smiling face for sometime then went to their tents, while Shravan’s gang stand victoriously.
