Precap: Both the gang breaks into a fight. Shravan challenges Anish into a competition between the gang to see who is better.
Shravan and Anish both made a video, while Shravan gave a speech about equal rights Anish gave his speech about who are more strong and more in numbers. In the end both explained the challenge and asked the students to pick a side. At the end both the video was uploaded in the secret website of the school only used by its students. They waited for the poll results and finally when it ended after few hours, only Kanchan was the one who chose to be with team civilian. Both the gang stand face to face.
Anish: There you have it Army students 333 and Civilians 146. Except for Kanchan no students choose to be on your side cause nobody wants to be on the looser side. You can already accept defeat. You don’t have to go through a humiliation when the real challenge starts.
Shravan smiles a bit.
Shravan: You don’t have to worry about that. But it was great to know that you worry for us that much. I will answer you when the challenge ends by the results.
Shravan and Anish shakes their hands. Shravan looks at Suman, she shakes her head, still requesting him not to do this, in answer Shravan gives a smiling nod stating everything will be alright. Both the team leaves.
Shravan’s team is in a meeting.
Sahib: Shravan have you lost your mind? How will we win this? Those army students always gets the top scores. We can’t beat them.
Shravan: That’s cause you guys didn’t take the study seriously. If we start studying now we can beat them, we are no less than them. All of us have brain inside our heads guys. And all of us doesn’t need to aim for the top position, that’s only count as bonus points in this challenge. Our entire results will be counted that too statically. Just try and you all will yourself be surprised by the results.
Ved: Yeah surprise that will put us even in a bad position.
Ambuj: It was our last year, we were passing it without much trouble, in fact we were giving trouble to the army kids finally in all these years. But now we have to face them in exams, sports! We can never win.
Shravan: Do you guys know what’s your problem? You don’t believe in yourself. That Anish was right, you can never stand up against them. Cause they comes and tell you all you are worthless and you believe that and you let them say that. Stop believing what others says about you and start believing in yourself.
Sahib: But…
Shravan: But what? When we all came together for first time and showed them the power of unity you all agreed. When we gave them answers for there bullying and pranks in theirs language you all agreed. Did you thought that’s just it, you will pull some prank and graduate from this school? Come on, what about the ones that you are leaving behind, what about our juniors, they learns from us. At this rate all they will learn is hatred. When after years we will come back for reunion we will see that still the army and civilians are fighting. This school belongs to all of us and we should at least do this much before we graduate. Sahib, remember what I told you the first day I came.
Flashback shows Shravan saying if I don’t finish this system of grade 1,2,3 then my name is not Shravan Malhotra.
Shravan: I still remember that. This is our chance guys, our chance to erase this discrimination. These students might not talk about the grade system aloud now because of the buddy project but it’s deep rooted in their minds. They are never gonna accept you no matter what you do until you beat them head on and prove yourself. Let’s win this challenge, prove ourselves for one last time and erase this discriminative mentality for good. This will be our gift for school before we graduate.
Everyone cheers. They started planning for the exam. And then starts the studies. Everyone starts studying, in class room, library even in the canteen. Some students studies till late night and starts dozing off in class. Both the gang keeps study lessons, some in the field, some in the classroom and a few in their house. One happens in the same time at Suman and Shravan’s house. While both the gang does some silent fighting with each other from both terrace and a bit of show off studies by being loud, amidst all this Shravan and Suman keeps looking at each other from time to time. Ultimately Bunty had to pull Shravan out of his dreamland to reality, in the study session. Finally the time of the exam came.
After the exam on school day after a drill class Shravan’s team is completely worn out, they all almost lied down on the field. Shravan tries to cheer them.
Shravan: Guys it’s no time to lazing around. I know it would take some time for the results to come but we need to start planning for the fair.
Sahib: I can’t do anything anymore. All the studying of last few days made me so tired. I just want to relax now. But if you are planning for the fair keep a food stall. I would like to have something to eat right now. The weather is so hot today.
Shravan tries to get them all up but none of them stands. He starts pushing them from one side to sit them up, when he goes to the other side, they start lying down again. He tries a few more times then gives up and leaves from there. He comes back a few moments later with water pipe and starts water attack. Everyone gets drenched and hurriedly stands up. After making everyone move from there Shravan gets tired and he lies down. Everyone comes back to take him back. They tries to sit him up but he lies down everytime being tired. Ultimately they all pull him up holding his hands and legs and takes him from there.
After clearing up the team join again to discuss for the fair.
Shravan: This time the measurements will be different.
Mayank: We are gonna have same amount of stall and only a few of them will get permission for selling.
Shravan: We will be measured by how much profit we have from the profitable stalls and how much people visits on the non profit stalls. The money isn’t the main issue here, we will get it for the raw materials from the school and the profit money will go back to the school fund. For us the money is points in this challenge, so we have to come up with some good ideaz.
Sahib: Anish and his gang always comes with good ideas and they always earns a lot of money. No body will come at our stalls.
Shravan: That because we never put on a stall before. And that’s a good point, people will come by becoming curious. And we will blow them away by our awesome ideas, the word will spread, everyone will come only at our stall and we will be a massive hit.
Sahib: Umm…. Shravan, sorry to ruin your dream but what are those awesome ideas exactly?
Shravan: Ugh… Hmm. Well I haven’t decide that yet. Let’s listen to everyone’s ideas, we can make a list.
Everyone keeps telling ideas and they starts writing them down. While speaking sometimes all of them gets excited on good ideas, they makes fun of those who gives crazy ideas, they cancel some ideas, while fate of some ideas gets decided by voting. After all of that they ends up with a big list.
Sahib: Now what?
Shravan: Well of course we can’t do all of this, we have to decide on a few which are the best. But first let’s find out what the Army gangs are up to.
Sahib: Won’t that be cheating?
Shravan: If we copy there idea that will be cheating, we already have our list of ideas. What we need to do is stay ahead of our enemies. We are in a war and if we don’t stay alert of our enemies then all our hard work can go in vain.
Everyone looks at each other for some time. Then all of them hurriedly leaves from there. The army kids are all at different places around the school. The civilian kids forms groups of two to three and spies on them from far. Some hides behind trees, some holds books on their faces in the corridor, some acts as chatting among themselves while spying. Shravan comes to spy on Anish, Devika and Suman with Sahib in the classroom. Though they are supposed to try and find out what sorts of plans they have for the fair, Shravan just keeps looking at Suman. Sahib notices this.
Sahib: Shravan.
Shravan still looking at Suman.
Shravan: Yeah.
Sahib: We are supposed to investigate.
Shravan: That’s what I am doing.
Sahib: That’s what you will do if you stop staring at Suman.
Shravan: What?
Shravan’s bubble gets bust and he looks at Sahib.
Shravan: What are you talking about?
Sahib: I’m noticing this from a long time, whenever you come in front of Suman your expression changes.
Shravan: What are you taking about? My face is like that from birth.
Shravan again looks at Suman while saying this and starts blushing.
Sahib: There you go, you are doing it again.
Shravan: I’m not doing anything, you are imagining stuff. Focus on what we came to do.
Sahib: I’m not imagining anything. You are giving a weird smile and are you… blushing?
Shravan: I think the heat got in your head. Come I will pour cold water on your head.
Sahib tries to resist but Shravan drags him out of the room. Suman and others sees this.
Devika: What are they doing?
Anish: Forget those clowns. We need to focus on our project. Not for the challenge cause we will win it anyway but cause this is for the school. Like every year we are gonna do our best to raise the school fund.
Shravan’s gang gets together again. They makes a list of the projects they think the army gang are planning to do. Shravan immediately crossed the common projects from their own list.
Ved: What are you doing?
Shravan: Making sure so that they don’t get any chance to point fingers at us saying we copied their idea. Now from this list, we have to select a few ideas, that are great and we can actually do it.
The gang continues their discussions. After school some of them goes to shoping for raw materials for their projects. Shravan gets into a shop and tried out a few sunglasses. He starts posing in front of the mirror, sometimes starts telling dialogues from films. Suddenly he stops, he is sure he heard a sound like giggle but now there is no sound. He looks around but doesn’t see anyone. He starts posing again and again hears giggles. He looks inside the mirror and notices someone hidden behind the pillier behind him. He acts as if he didn’t notice anything and keeps doing different poses and slowly moves behind. His back hits the pillar. He slowly forwards his hand behind the pillar and holds whatever he finds and pulls it towards him. To his surprise he finds Suman in front of him, he is holding her hand. There is surprise in her eyes by being found like this suddenly. They had an eye lock. Bunty comes in the shop and looking at them he coughs. Shravan immediately let’s go of her, she also maintains her composure.
Shravan: Sumo what are you doing here?
Suman: I came as the same reason as you, to shop a few things for the projects.
Shravan: I mean what were you doing behind the pillar?
Suman: Sorry I just saw you doing these funny poses, I just couldn’t resist myself.
She starts laughing. Bunty whispers in Shravan’s ear.
Bunty: Mia, what were you doing?
Shravan immediately holds his arms crossed, tightly clutching his jacket as he answers fast and loud.
Shravan: Nothing. Sumo don’t talk in a misleading tone, people will get the wrong idea.
Suman keeps laughing. Shravan sighs and moves to keep the last sunglass he tried.
Shravan: And from next time if you want to laugh at me you can say so in my face and laugh your heart out, no need to hide behind a pillar. If you want I would pose as you wish.
Suman stops laughing slowly and looks at Shravan. He suddenly notices her in the reflection in the sunglass, there is soot tangled with Suman’s hair. He laughs. Suman turns at him and asks him what is it. He signals her that something is stuck in her hair. Suman tries to take it out but fails. Shravan watches for sometime then signals her to stop. He comes close to her and takes out the soot. Suman keeps checking her hair on the mirror while Shravan keeps looking at her. Suddenly their eyes meet in the mirror, they keep looking at each other when they heard someone calling. Both of them looks outside to find both of the groups waiting for them. Both of them sighs and looks at each other.
Shravan: It’s fine now, your hair.
Suman: Thanks.
Both of them leaves the shop and meets their groups. They chated with their groups about a few stuff and checks the shopping. Then both the groups give each other hate stares. Then they pass each other and go different ways. While passing Shravan and Suman crosses each other, they smiles looking at each other. While going their different ways both of them looks behind at each other again at same time and waves their hands. Bunty sees the whole thing and sighs.
Bunty: Because of this army civilian fight the love story of my Shravan mia will never start.
The shopkeeper comes and gives a deadly stare at Bunty.
Shopkeeper: Are you going to buy anything or not?
Bunty gets scared.
Bunty: I’ll just come after checking a few others shop. Arey mia wait for me.
Bunty runs away from the shop.
