Chapter 2
The episode starts with a scene of plane landings and Avni coming out of the airport. Suddenly wind blew and she felt something.
Avni’s POV
Kuch ajeeb sa hai yahan ki hawaa main. Jese mera hi intezar ho. Canada, main aa gayi.
(Something is strange in these winds. As if they were only waiting for me. Canada, here I am).
Saying this she hired a cab and went to his house. Reaching there she came out of the cab and noticed that it was so quiet and the place was so lonely. There were a lot of houses parallel and side by side to each other. She shifted her luggage with the help of cab driver into the house. After closing the door of the house she called Neela.
Neela: Haan bacha. Pohanch gayi na? Kisi cheez ki koi zaroorat tou nahi? Tou kahe tou abhi bhijwa deti hou. (Yes bacha. Have u reached there? Do you need anything? If u need anything I’ll send it now).
Avni: Nahi maa. Kisi bhi cheez ki zaroorat nahi hai. Bus ab main sone ja rahi houn. Thak gayi main. Aur phir subah uni bhi jana hai. Okay?
(No maa. I do not need anything. Now I am going to sleep. I got tired. And then I have to go uni tomorrow as well. Okay?)
Neela: Haan bacha. Tou araam ker. Baad main baat kerti houn. (Yes bacha. You rest well. I’ll talk to you later)
After talking to Neela she went to sleep.
Next morning:
A beautiful and big university is shown. Some students playing basketball. Some talking to each other. As Avni reached there all happy and excited some boys started ragging her. They snatched her books and dropped them. Avni remained silent and sat down to pick up the books when she heard a voice defending her.
Boy: Hey guys! Don’t u have ur classes? Why are u ragging this girl. Should I complain to the principal to rusticate you?
Listening this the boys went from there and when Avni turned to thank him he already went from there but Avni followed him till the classroom corridor.
Avni: Hey! Excuse me.
The boy turned and is revealed to be Neil. Seeing Avni he got a sudden shock.
Avni: Hi! I am Avni Mehta.
Neil’s POV
How could be this possible.
Avni: Hey! Something wrong? Thank you for helping me there.

Neil didn’t payed attention to what she was saying and left for the classroom.
Avni: Bara ajeeb bunda hai. Main thank you keh rahi thi aur wo mijhay ese ghoor raha tha jese koi bhoot houn main.
(Such strange person he is. I was saying thank you to him and he was staring me like I am a ghost).
Saying this she also entered the same classroom. Avni saw Neil while he was busy in his books when the lecturer entered the classroom and everyone took their respective seats. After an hour, the lecture got over. Everyone started leaving the classroom when only Neil and Avni were left with the lecturer. The lecturer stopped Neil
Lecturer: I am glad to see u back at Uni after 8 years to complete ur masters which u left at that time. I heard the news. I am really sorry. Such a sweet heart she was.
Saying this she patted Neil’s face and eyed Avni before leaving the class. Avni felt it strange but left the class after listening the conversation.
The scene shifted to principal’s office. The same lecturer and principal were having a conversation.
Lecturer: How could be this possible. Same face. After 8 years, same story is repeating.
Principal: May be something was left which will be completed now.
Lecturer: I hope this time history doesn’t repeat itself otherwise he’ll be broken badly.
Saying this she left the room.
The scene then shifts to Avni who was about to leave uni to go to home when someone accidentally collided with her.
Boy: I am really sorry mam. I should have watched u coming.
He started picking up the books which fell due to the collision. At the same time Avni’s phone ringed and she excused her to answer the call. All this time both of them didn’t see each other.
While Avni was busy attending the call the boy was picking up the books.
Avni told the address of her house to the person on call and told him that she will get a bit late as her car’s tyre got punctured. After attending the call when she turned to take her books the boy got shocked seeing her.
Avni: Hi! I am Avni. Thanku so much for picking all these books. It’s okay. Mistakes happen.
Boy (shocked): Avni?
Avni: Yes. Avni. You are the second person who got shocked seeing me. Is something wrong with my face?

Boy (shaking his head): No. No. Nothing is wrong. It’s just I remembered something. Sorry but actually I heard ur conversation on the call. I am also going to meet a dear friend who lives at the same address. If u don’t mind, can I drop u there? By the way I am Ali.
Avni: Nice to meet u Ali but how can I take a ride with a person whom I just met.
Ali (smiling): Don’t get tensed. My wife is also with me waiting in the car. Actually today we get back Canada after 8 years and were going to meet our friend. Coincidentally u also live there so thought to help u.
Avni: So sweet of u. I’ll love to meet ur wife and friend who lives near my house. Sure. U can drop me.
Ali: Okay. Come.
While walking towards the car he messaged someone which read
“ Don’t get shocked seeing her. We are going to drop her to her house as her car got punctured and she lives at the same place where we are heading to”
When both of them reached to the car a girl came out of the car who was pregnant.
Ali: Meet my wife Ria.
Ria’s expressions changed a little bit after seeing her but then she forwarded her hand to shake Avni’s.
Ria: Nice to meet u.
Avni: Hey! I m Avni. Nice to meet u too.
Ali: Come. Let’s go otherwise u’ll get late.
They all sat in the car and went from there. On there way there was an awkward silence when Ria asked Avni about her. Avni told him how she came to Canada from Australia yesterday for further studies. After some time they reached Avni’s house and got surprised as she lives beside their friend.
Ali: Hey Avni! My friend lives beside ur house. That means u both are neighbours. Come. U should also meet him.
Avni: Sure. Let’s see who is my neighbour and ur friend as well.
The trio headed towards the house and ranged the bell. The door opened and Avni became surprised. Her neighbour is none other than Neil. Neil got shocked seeing all of them.
The episode ends on their faces.
