Ek Duje Ke Vaaste (Continuation FF) Episode 158 (12th October’s Episode) (7th of this FF)

Episode Date: 12th October 2016

Scene 1: Party

The episode begins with all clapping for the couples. Shravan and Suman breaks their eyelock and they both feel awkward.

Pushkar: Areh wah Bhaia, you turned out to be an amazing dancer. I am impressed.

Preeti: You both rocked it.

Shravan and Suman looks at each other awkwardly.

And then Aaru comes to them.

Aaru: Really, you both were amazing. I am impressed with both of you. And Pushkar-Preeti you both were amazing too.

Pushkar and Preeti smiles.

Later, a guard comes and whispers something into Aaru’s ear.

Aaru: You all enjoy the party, till then I have some work give me a few minutes.

Sumo: Okay fine.

Aaru leaves.

Sumo: I am very hungry, we should eat something.

Shravan: Bhukkad!

Sumo: If you want to eat then eat, but don’t eat my mind up.

Shravan: You don’t even have one.

Shraman looks at each other angrily.

Pushkar: What Bhaia, I must admit that time you both were so romantic while dancing and now you both are fighting!Suddenly Romeo-Juliet to Tom and Jerry?

Suman : Shh Bandar don’t you think you are talking too much?

Preeti: There is food there.

They go to eat there. And while they are talking, Preeti feels dizzy.

Pushkar: Preeti, are you fine?

Preeti: I am feeling dizzy. I don’t know why.

Preeti is about to fall, Suman holds her and makes her drink water. Preeti drinks it.

Sumo: I think she is unwell. I think we should leave for the party.

Shravan: Yes Suman is right.

Preeti: No dii, you both stay here. I and Pushkar will leave, and he will send the driver also.

Sumo: It’s fine let us go with you.

Preeti: Dii, Aaru is your and Jiju’s close friend. You both are meeting her after so many years so just enjoy. Please

Suman agrees.

Suman: Okay fine, let me at least bring you both till the car.

Suman brings Pushkar and Preeti to the car. And they leave.

Suman hears some chaos. She goes to check. Shravan is drinking in the party, and he also goes to check after hearing the chaos.

Suman finds Aaru fighting with a guy.

Aaru: What is this? You have no right to do so without my permission. I wasn’t even in India for many days.

Shravan comes there.

Guy: Mam this land is not yours anymore. It’s somebody else land now so you have to empty this NGO at the end of this week.

Aaru: Look, who is the guy who is claiming this land I need to speak with him regarding this he just can’t claim my land like that. I already spoke to about this before.

Guy: See, I am saying nicely please empty this land.

Shravan: Hey is this any way you speak to a lady with?

Suman looks at Shravan.

Guy: Look, I am not interested in all these but this is my job and I have to make sure that Mam empty this NGO.

Aaru gets sad and she breaks down. Suman consoles her and takes her inside.

Sumo: Don’t worry Shravan is speaking with him.

The guy passes him the documents, Shravan reads them carefully.

Aaru: Sumo, I just can’t empty this NGO like this. This NGO was the last wish of my dad, I can’t let it break. My dad named it under my name. It took my mom years to establish this NGO, and when I was mature enough, she gave me this responsibility; I even frequently came back to India from Dubai just for this NGO. And again establishing another one? How about this one, so many emotions are connected to it.

Sumo: Relax Aaru nothing will happen to your NGO.

Shravan reads the paper and understands.

Guy: Now I hope you understand.

Shravan: You may leave now this is not the right place and time to discuss about all these. And I will speak with her.

Guy: Thank you Sir.

The guy leaves.

After the party,

Aaru is speaking with Suman.

Sumo: Don’t worry there must be some solution.

Aaru: There is one solution. It is possible to bring this case to the court, but will anyone be ready to fight this case?

Sumo: Shravan is there. He is a lawyer. He will definitely fight your case.

Aaru: I know that.

Just then Shravan comes there to Aaru.

Aaru: What did he say?

Shravan passes Aaru the documents.

Shravan: He was just stubborn with the fact that you have to empty your NGO within a week.

Aaru: But, but there can be a case filed for this right. I can make a lawyer fight my case right? Because there isn’t any use of appealing, court is the only way right now.

Shravan: Definitely you can do that, but

Sumo: But what?

Shravan: I went through all your documents. And as you say you can definitely bring this to the court, but it will be very difficult to say that you will win this case.

Aaru: The contract just ended a month ago.

Shravan: Be it a year ago or a month ago it still makes a difference.

Aaru: But they said, three months isn’t a big issue and moreover I was in Dubai, I just came back 3-4 days ago. And I was promised that they won’t let anyone else take this land before I comeback.

Shravan: I understand, but it’s not that easy.

Sumo: So now?

Shravan: Aaru, you have to empty the NGO.

Suman and Aaru are shocked.

Aaru: But Shravan you said that you can bring this case to the court and lawyer won’t you fight this case for me?

Shravan: Of course, I will fight any case for you. You are my friend. But this case even if I give my best it will be almost impossible for me to win this case, because I read your documents. It strongly shows that the land now belongs to the person who brought it from the previous owner.

Aaru: So what are you trying to say?

Shravan: I am sorry, but I can’t fight your case.

Aaru and Suman gets shocked.

Sumo: But Shravan, you?

Shravan: I am sorry, and Sumo I think we should leave now. Aaru needs some time.

Shravan leaves.

Sumo: Don’t worry I will convince him.

Suman follows him behind.

Scene 3: Outside

Shravan is about to go and Suman pats him.

Sumo: Have you gone mad? How can you be so insensitive?

Shravan: Suman, here it is not about being insensitive but about being intelligent. This case, this case is almost impossible to fight.

Sumo: But Aaru! She… she is our childhood friend. And remember when I wasn’t there for you, she was the only one there? Have you forget that?

Shravan: I can never forget that, but I am saying this for her own good. I have seen many cases like this. And those who attempt to appeal for these kinds of case never got successful and instead they trap themselves in the worst situation. So it’s best for her to let it go.

Sumo: Let it go? Seriously Shravan! That NGO is closest to her heart. It was her dad’s last wish. How can she let it go? You can’t be so stone-hearted.

Shravan: Even I don’t like to say that, but really that’s the only option left for her. I think we should leave now.

Shravan takes out the car, and Suman leaves with him.

Scene 4: Malhotra Residence
Sumo: I really can’t believe all this.

Pushkar sees Suman coming.

Sumo: Pushkar, is Preeti okay now?

Pushkar: Yes, she is fine now. She is sleeping.

Suman listens and then storms into her room angrily.

Shravan goes upstairs.

Pushkar: Is everything alright? Sumo looks very angry.

Shravan: There is a problem.

Pushkar: Why what happened?

Shravan tells Pushkar what happened.

Pushkar: This is indeed a very difficult case. Even if the best lawyer in the country fights this case, I doubt if they can win this case.

Shravan: See, you at least understand since you studied law but how will I make Sumo explain about this?

Later Shravan comes and freshes up and he sits down with his laptop. Suman comes to him.

Suman: There is nothing you can do right? So prove me wrong. Fight this case.

Shravan: Suman there is no point fighting with you. I can’t explain this to you. Even if I fight it’s impossible to win, and I can’t give Aaru false hopes. This case is closed.

Sumo: Okay fine don’t. But you could have at least tried. But I forgot you are someone who always values your so called principles over emotions. You don’t even have something called emotions. Why am I even wasting my time speaking with you?

Shravan gets angry.

Shravan: Emotions? You are talking about emotions?

Sumo: Yes and you won’t even care even if she was the only one who was there for you in your bad times?

Suman scolds Shravan and goes to sleep. Shravan looks at her angrily.

And before Suman sleeps,

Suman: Shravan?

Shravan looks at Suman.

Suman:Think about it one more time.

Suman again goes to sleep, and this time Shravan in anger closes his laptop and gets thinking.

Scene 5: Next day Morning,

Aaru comes to PCT.

Aaru: Sumo you have called me here?

Sumo: Yes, I have that’s because Shravan told me to bring you to his office.

Suman brings Aaru to Shravan’s chamber, Suman waits for Aaru. Later, Aaru comes out and she runs away crying.

Sumo: Aaru?

Suman barges into Shravan’s chamber.

Sumo: What have you said to Aaru?

Shravan: The truth.

Sumo: What do you mean?

Shravan: That I can’t fight her case and that she needs to find another land for her NGO and start it afresh.

Sumo: Not everyone is like you, there is a huge value for a land, and to own that one works hard over years just to get it and to establish it which is what Aaru did for the NGO unlike you who is always dependent on others. It took her years for her mom to establish this NGO, and now she is maintaining it. How would you feel if one breaks your family tradition?

Shravan gets into flashback and remembers how he promised his dad, that he will make sure he will carry his family forward and not to decrease its size.

Sumo: But I was wrong. You will never understand.

Later, Suman goes away. And she is shocked to find Aaru.

Sumo: Aaru!

Aaru is walking on the road shattered, and as a car was about to hit her Suman saves her.

Sumo: Are you mad?I will give you a tight slap.

Aaru cries and hugs Sumo.

Aaru: My dad named this NGO after me because he was assured that I will keep his last wish safe and I can’t give up like this. I won’t be able to face her if this NGO closes down.

Suman looks on.

Aaru: No use anyways, no one is ready to fight the case for me.

Just then a voice comes,

Guy: I am ready to fight your case.

The guy turns out to be Shravan. The episode ends with Suman and Aaru looking at Shravan.

Precap: Shravan is seen talking to Aaru and Suman about today’s the case, and just then his opposite lawyer comes. Shravan is shocked to find that the opponent lawyer is none other than Randhir Jaiswal.

Hey all I know today’s episode is a bit boring and it also seems like you all may feel tomorrow’s episode is boring too. Actually tomorrow’s episode even if it sounds boring there actually will be more Shraman scenes compared to this episode which you all will like it. And so sorry for making it boring. Well tomorrow’s episode there will be quite some Shraman scenes, but this week’s episode will be boring but I tell you it’s actually all for next week’s episode. I had to write this episode to link to create a more enjoyable upcoming episodes. Love you all.
