In this episode the upper caste stops Bhim Rao to deliver a lecture. Bhim Rao points it being the issue. Bhim Rao tells judges about his problem; his house has been burned 11 times and no one was ever punished for it once. A man named Kallu was ousted from society that for robbery, however the man suffers night blindness. Bhim Rao asks that you are invited to a house, but the host eats all the food themselves and asks you to clean the dishes. The judges ask if something like this happens. Bhim Rao says that it happens to his people, the upper caste accuses and punishes the lower caste all by themselves. He tells them about Arti’s scene, she was forced to leave chawl. Vaijnath questions Bhim Rao. He points out Maloji and Joku’s situation. The alcohol shop was purposely opened to make Joku n addict, Joku was framed for stealing and ousted from society. Bhim Rao was ousted for feeding Joku, he is a college student, his exams are near and hasn’t touched his books in two days. He repeats Vaijnath’s question that if they believe in society. Bhim Rao emphasis the importance of this decision. Bhim Rao has two conditions, either get their right of representation or they refuse to believe in the biased societal law set by the upper caste. He points as the judges for being the decision maker. Bhim Rao will not maintain a 10 feet distance from his people, he accepted upper caste’s demand to reach to the higher authority. He did all of it to be heard of larger scale. The judges demand time to consult.
The Sun has set but the judges kept deciding. Maloji wondered why they were talking so long. The upper caste looked at the time. The judges came back to their seats to announce their decision. The believe that meddling with centuries old values and traditions will be harmful. The upper caste claps at the judge. The other judge believes that the tradition must change, Bhim Rao and his caste must have representation. The final decision depends on the third judge. The third judge though supports Vaijnath on societal level but not in case of law. He decides to give Bhim Rao and his caste representation, he also dismisses Bhim Rao and Joku’s punishment. They leave. Vaijnath questions them. Rama tells that victory was surety today, its 14th April, Bhim Rao’s birthday. Anand tells that justice will prevail on his birthday. Maloji gets excited, he asks Bhim Rao to wait for him. Everyone decides to celebrate his birthday.
Maloji and everyone else held Mashaal in their hand, Bhim Rao is a light for everyone. He gives everyone hope. They all circle around Bhim Rao and hail him. Bhim Rao doesn’t know how to cater to their love. A man tells that it’s a beginning, proper celebration will take place in chawl. Bhim Rao questions. Guruji asks Bhim Rao to let them, it’s a reason for them to celebrate their victory. Bhim Rao can only return to their live by working for them. He must work hard enough that people remember his birthday in history. Bhim Rao doesn’t know if the future will give him the chance to be remembered but for as long as he lives, he will strive for his people. He will get them the justice he deserves. Hitesh questions, says that he only cares for himself. Jijabai points out that he took away jobs from four people. Joku taunts Bhim Rao for celebrating his birthday. Guruji knows that the issue has blinded Jijabai and others, but soon they will acknowledge Bhim Rao’s achievement. Guruji assures that one day everyone will know Bhim Rao, the entire country will celebrate Bhim Rao’s birthday.
