The episode begins with Lakshmi begging the doctor to say something about Anand’s condition. Doctor informs that Anand is alright, he prescribed some medicine and treatment to heal him properly. Lakshmi will do her best. Rama told Vaijnath that they called the doctor on time. Vaijnath refused to be considered Joshi who will get lectures from Rama. Vaijnath wanted to know if Lakshmi would be able to save her husband or not. He threatened Bhim Rao to save Anand for long. Vaijnath leaves. Bhim Rao brings Anand home.
Meera questions Bhim Rao. Hitesh blames Vaijnath for Anand’s condition. Bhim Rao corrected him, told everyone what happened there with Vaijnath. Lakshmi succeeded in getting a doctor. Anand needs proper treatment. Ramji goes inside. Hitesh worries about himself.
Jijabai finds Ramji taking money, she questions him. Ramji wants money for Anand’s treatment. He will give this money and the next pension for his pension. Jijabai asks what to do with the empty box. Ramji has given her freedom to do whatever she wants with it. Jijabai will not harm her husband; she will refill the box. Ramji questions her, she has considered Anand her son than why than why treat him like Bhim Rao. Jijabai has got nothing out of all the relations she made. She is all alone; thus a penny will not be spent on Anand’s treatment. Ramji will give this money to Anand; Jijabai cannot stop him. Ramji has no choice, either give back the money right now or after Bhim Rao and Rama’s consultation. Ramji recalled the many times Bhim Rao and Rama have supported Jijabai. She questions Ramji again; she decides to inform everyone about Ramji. He asks her purpose. Jijabai wants to open a shop; she demands the money back. Ramji hands it over. Lakshmi heard and saw everything. Lakshmi assures Ramji that Anand will be fine, Ramji’s blessings are more than enough than the money. Jijabai taunts both Lakshmi and Ramji. Lakshmi gives Ramji her gold earing asking him to sell it. Ramji is helpless here, time can not be worst than this. Lakshmi thought of getting money from her parents but couldn’t get enough. The earing would get them enough money to initiate Anand’s treatment. Ramji must go outside to meet his son, he has awoken. Ramji leaves. Lakshmi was never against Jijabai, but what she did today really hurt Lakshmi. Yet, she will never turn against or fight her but not forget that her mother in law didn’t give money for Anand. Jijabai is a step mother, her motherhood didn’t get her anything. From now on she will be the stepmother to get her desires fulfilled.
Bhim Rao helps Anand get up. Rama questions Anand for leaving everyone behind. Anand didn’t want to worry anyone thus decided to go to Lakshmi, but things unfolded in different direction. Ramji shouts at Anand for his carelessness. Bhim Rao assures that it will not happen again. He wants Anand to come home but Anand refuse, Daliya takes good care of him. Rama wants to hear no more; she asks Anand to come home with her. Ramji refuse to let Anand come home. Bhim Rao questions. Ramji will decide who will live in his house or not. Meera complaint, everyone has an equal right in the house. Ramji denies. Bhim Rao will fight Ramji today but take Anand home at any cost. Lakshmi supports Ramji, they will live with Daliya. Lakshmi takes Anand home. Ramji apologizes in heart; Jijabai has turned colder than ever. In her presence Ramji can never have Anand treated well. Lakshmi understands Ramji. Hitesh asks Bhim Rao for a solution. Bhim Rao asks him not to worry, Vaijnath can not do anything to him.
Vaijnath decides to do something to Hitesh tonight.
