Ek Mahanayak Dr. BR Ambedkar 19th February 2020 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Bheema, Anand and Bala reach court. Anand is tired. Bala says we need to walk to prove Baba innocent. He tells Bheema to find out how far they are from their destination. Bheema asks a guy about District Magistrate’s office. He points at the building in front of them. It is 5 already. He must be leaving! They see Barrister leaving in a cart. Bala and Bheema chase him. Bheema requests Barrister to help them. We need to get Baba bailed. Assistant says working hours are over. He does not meet anyone after office hours. Bala and Bheema say he is the only one who can get Baba out of jail. Please help us. Barrister asks his assistant (Kailash) to hurry up. Kailash asks the kids to leave. Plus, I am not sure if you kids case give us a case. Bala requests him. Barrister asks Kailash to tell them to come tomorrow at 10 am. Kailash conveys the message to the kids. Bring one rupee with you. This is his fees. Barrister leaves with Kailash. Bheema, Anand and Bala look at each other worriedly.
Anand asks if they will go home now and will come back early morning tomorrow. Bala says that we can manage but from where will we get one rupee. Bheema says we wont go anywhere. We will go back tomorrow after meeting Barrister Sir only. Anand suggests selling the ring which Baba had given to Bheema. Bala is reluctant but Bheema agrees. The ring isn’t important than Baba! Anand has sore feet so he sits down there itself while his brothers go to sell the ring.
Guru ji asks Ambedkar ji what category do people like them fall into. We have sympathy for them yet we cannot go out of our way and help those kids. Ambedkar ji says history might not forgive us as well. I gave Barrister’s address to little kids and let them go to meet him on their own. Guru ji says let’s hope Bheema succeeds in achieving what he wants. We may not be able to help him but he is relentless in his pursuits. Bhimbai and Ganga come there. Bhimbai asks about the boys. Ambedkar ji says I only gave them Barrister’s office’s address. I can give you the address if you want. Bhimbai is extremely worried and anxious to go there too but Guru ji tells her to have faith on the kids. Bheema will come home. Ganga seconds him. She takes her mother home. Ambedkar ji gives her Barrister’s Office address in a piece of paper.
It is night. Bhimbai is worried for her sons but Meera assures her that atleast they are together. They will come soon. Bala returns home limping. They ask about Anand and Bheema. He shares that they are waiting outside Barrister’s office. We reached there after 5 pm. Barrister had left by then and it was past his office hours. Bhimbai says you guys have lost your mind. Dint you explain to him? We wont be able to pay his fees! Bala says Bheema wont understand. He even sold the ring that Baba had given to him. Bhimbai decides to go there but Bala tells her it is going to be of no use. For the first time I have realised that Bheema might be the youngest one but he is the smartest and strongest one. Anand and I get afraid of situations but Bheema faces all the problems head on. Only Bheema can get Baba out of jail. Bhimbai refuses to file a case but he reasons that there is no other way. She insists they will beg people to withdraw the charges. Law only helps those who are strong and rich. You will see it yourself! You are kids. You haven’t seen anything yet! Bhimbai decides to go to Barrister’s office. Ganga and Bala offer to accompany her. Bhimbai tells Bala to stay at home. You are already in so much pain. Stay at home and look after everyone. I will bring Bheema and Anand home. She gets sad thinking where they will be.
Bheema notices his brother shivering due to cold. From where should I find a blanket? He is feeling very cold. He gives his bag to Anand to hold and hugs him tight to give him warmth.
Meera asks Bala why he and Anand dint stop Bheema. Bheema always does whatever he wants! Bala says he wont come. He is very different. He even told the jeweller he isn’t afraid of anyone. I couldn’t do anything but look at him in awe! Meera says even I am amazed by his words but his stubbornness scares me sometimes. Bala says it is for the right reason always. This will surely take him to great heights in future. Don’t worry. He will do something very different. I am sure of it now. Meera nods. Even I have that faith but he is very young right now. I am worried how we will run the house or how you kids will study if Bhaiya wont be able to come out of jail.
Bhimbai and Ganga reach Barrister’s office. They cover the boys with blankets. Bhimbai wakes up Bheema. Come with us. Bheema says we have to meet Barrister Sir at 10 in morning. We will go home after meeting him. This is why we sent Bala Bhaiya home. Bhimbai tells Bheema they don’t want to file any case or approach any Barrister. Bheema reasons that he wont be able to get Baba out of jail otherwise. She says we will apologize to the villagers and beg them to withdraw the charges. He refuses to go or beg anyone. This is about our rights and not about asking someone for a favour. I will fight to get my Baba out of jail. I wont let him stay there and I wont let anyone beg the villagers either. Bhimbai looks at him in surprise. How do I explain to you? You wont be able to fight with them. They are stronger than us. Come home with us. Bheema says we cannot lose out to the wrong people. You wont take me from here if you trust me. Bhimbai recalls her convo with Ram ji the other day. Ordinary parents make decisions about their kids depending on the situations whereas mature parents make the right decisions always. She wipes her tears and lets him rest in her lap. We wont let anything happen to you, Bheema’s Baba.
Meera is worried about Anand and Bheema. How will they manage without a blanket? When will Bhabhi reach there and when will she return? Bala says she wont come. Bheema must have convinced her to stay back. You should rest now. We will decide the rest in the morning.
It is morning. Bheema wakes up first and looks at the tea stall. He takes out a coin from his bag and requests the vendor to give tea to his mother, sister and brother. Vendor asks him about his caste. Bheema thinks against telling him the truth. He simply says we have come to meet Barrister Sir. A villager sipping tea says he must be from a bigger community or he wont dare to meet Barrister Sir. Bhimbai wakes up and looks around for Bheema. She smiles proudly upon noticing him bringing tea for all of them. Your Baba used to do the same whenever we used to go on some pilgrimage. Anand has high fever. They decide against waking him up for now. Bhimbai asks Bheema from where he got money for tea. Bheema says I sold the ring to give fees to Barrister Sir. Bhimbai asks him why he isn’t drinking milk. Bheema says it is expensive here. I drink milk at home anyways. Let me have tea today. She tells him to wait there. You could spend money to get tea but couldn’t get milk for yourself! You are strange. He tells her to let it be but she insists. Why do you argue? He sweetly replies that he is a kid. She smartly replies that she is the mother of that kid. They both smile. He tells her not to tell anyone about their caste. Just say that we have come to meet Barrister Sir. Bhimbai asks him how it will help. He says they will decide our caste on their own then.
Precap: Bheema requests Barrister Sir to take his case. Barrister asks him to bring Rs. 50 asap. That will be my fees to fight your case. Plus, I would also require written statement from 5 witnesses. Bheema asks his mother to arrange the money while he goes to request villagers for help. Ambedkar ji writes a note in his support but his wife tears it. Kailash asks Barrister why he asked those kids to bring Rs. 50. You normally charge only between Rs. 30-35 for taking a case. Barrister replies that he did that so these kids wont return to ask for his help. Villagers threaten Sakpal boys but Bheema gives them a fitting reply.
