In the night Meghnath is awake with his men when one of the official comes asking why did he call so late at night, Meghnath replies that things have gotten out of hand and he fears the people of the upper class would die after which he would not be able to do anything. The official says he has prepared for everything so Meghnath must wait and watch, the official says that Bhim would even write against the officials in the newspaper tomorrow. Sethji suggests they should become some calmed down as otherwise the government might try to force them so they have to be careful, Shishupal agrees with Sethji warning them about his father however Bhim replies nothing is going to change, the official says that they are going to present Bhim Rao in front of the senior official and he would be forced to not publish such news in his newspaper.
In the morning Bhim tells the supporters that they should first go to the printing press and sell their newspapers at neighborhoods some distance from their society, they all agree but Deepak comes running asking Bhim and everyone to look there where the officials are coming holding the newspaper, Rama says why are they bringing the newspaper, Bhim requests the official to come and sit down who replies now the senior official is going to talk, he orders his subordinates to prepare the match stick and fire as once the decision is made then they are going to burn them. Sethji asks how can they burn it when the official replies they should look it with his own eyes, Phuliya asks if the newspaper of Bhim Rao would surely be burned when the official says now the senior would come after which they should see it, Phuliya asks everyone to come and listen explaining the official is saying that when the senior comes then they are going to burn the newspaper of Bhim, hearing which everyone starts smiling. Bhim mentions they must wait for the senior, Meghnath coming with his men says they are even going to welcome him. Meghnath mentions Bhim should see his destruction happen right in front of him because today they are going to play a very big game, Bhim agrees with him saying they should wait for the senior official to come.
The senior official comes when he is asked to sit down but Meghnath stops him saying he should accept their desire to welcome him, Bhim stops them due to which everyone is shocked, Bhim asks the senior official to not wear the Mala as he is an honorable person and should not wear the Mala right now before the decision is made, Bhim says Meghnath mentioned there is going to be a game and even he is saying there will be a very big game because Meghnath has always done what he desired but now is going to be punished since the official has come for the sake of justice then it is going to be complete in nature, Bhim requests the official to sit down who asks what has happened, Rama walks ahead saying before he can say anything, she wants him to swear on the life of the person he loves the most and their class and societal difference would hinder his judgement, Meghnath also wonders what are they both about to do, after that Shoba along with all of the supporters of Bhim demand that he should swear, Meghnath says they all are from the lower class but then a women coming from behind says she is from the upper class, Bhim starts smiling seeing her as the lady walks to the front demanding the official must swear before taking the decision.
The official says he loves his mother the most and is going to swear that he will be just and not take any sides while he has the power that if it is proven that the owner of this newspaper is causing trouble in the society then they all would go to jail. Meghnath starts smiing when Jokhu says it is the truth since after reading the newspaper the people of the upper class are causing problems to them. The senior official asks the officer to tell the truth who says that just in the newspaper from two days they wrote against the official system then the seniors come to the Chawl chanting slogans against the newspaper, so they all say they have realized what are they doing against them, the officer asks the senior to end the newspaper otherwise it will ruin everything. Bhim asks if the officer has read it when the officer says he has brought it from the printing press only to find out what is written in it so he asks the senior officer to read it, who starts reading the newspaper carefully. Karuna tells Jija Bai that their work has finished as first the newspaper would be closed while after some time even the classes will end.
Bhim asks the senior official to read the newspaper and find out if there is anything in it then Bhim says there is nothing of the sort, he himself goes to pick another newspaper asking the official to say the truth about weather he has read their newspaper today. Bhim orders him to read it, Bhim thinks of when Sethji warned him that they might try to do something by bringing the senior official so then Bhim decided they will talk about the people in the same manner and if they do anything then he knows what to do, Bhim says he has just talked about education and the need for it, Bhim says there is nothing in it like the official was saying but even then he kept blaming them for causing disturbance in the society. Rama asks if the senior official saw it since the person came with some men who started torturing them, Ramji says it is not about what has been published but regarding the intentions of such people, they all are tensed.
