Jija Bai is walking when Ramji calls her from behind, he says she would have gotten very worried when he did not come back last night, Jija Bai says she is his wife and would be worried when Ramji asks her to think how troubled he would have felt to see her with his enemies when Jija Bai is shocked asking what does he mean by his enemies when Ramji says she would understand it if she thinks of it. The aunt says Jija Bai is also going against her own husband and this happens when they desire to go against a truthful person then they go against everyone so this is the problem with Jija bai and how wold she be able to solve it as this can not be corrected even if she goes to the court, Jijabai is very tensed.

The prosecutor says that this case is six months old and the decision

has been made but it is not worthwhile to reopen the case and they should keep it hidden. The judge asks Mr Puranwala that he was talking about to open the case that day then it was due to the emotions but now it is time for te proof, Mr Puranwala says they should open it even if it is after sixty years when the prosecutor says that the judge is asking for the proof when Mr Puranwala says that he want to call some people so would he get the approval when the prosecutor questions who are they, Mr Puranwala says the father, son and wife of the prosecutor so he can show them how wrong the lawyer is at the moment when the judge asks them to not argue with each other. Mr Puranwala allows them to come and they enter the court room but they should not argue between themselves.

The contables enter the cell of Jaggu asking him to come out but he refsues when the contabels threaten that they would kill him here, Jaggu says that if they kill him here then would get in an inquiry while would perform the encounter outside so they force Jaggu out of the cell.

Mr Puranwala say that all these people would tell their story, the prosecutor asks if they have come here to listen to stories to which Mr Puranwala says that if they get justice after hearing their story as both of them are similar and they have to find out the truth.

The constables force Jaggu on the floor mentioning that Bhim would not be able to come and save him since he is busy in the court when Jaggu kneels down but they advice him to run otherwise if he keeps sitting he then would surely die, Jaggu runs away when they both follow him.

Mr Puranwala asks the people to tell their story to the judge, the person with tears in his eyes says that his son lost is mental ability just after four days of his marriage because he was going to his wedding on a horse but the people from the upper class pushed him down and really beat him while after that his son got mental and now he is all alone, everyone is shocked hearing it while the people from the upper class are just sitting there. Mr Puranwala asks the lady about her story, she says that her son was also pulled from the horse when he returned after six months and then got married but in that time the people from the upper class forced him to work for free, she is crying seeing which they get emotional. Mr Puranwala then asks the other lady who says they saw her husband going on a horse when they all tried to stop him but he fought everyone and came to marry her but just after one month, her husband was killed by people from the upper class and turned her into a widow, Mr Puranwala then asks the last person who says they killed his son, Meghnat gets furious seeing it. Mr Puranwala sys this court should see these people crying then start the proceeding of the court, Bhim Rao also wipes the tears from his face, Puran is also not able to control his tears. Jaggu is running to the best of his abilities while both the constables are following him as he keeps running into the forest.

Puran is also not able to control himself and starts crying along with everyone else, he sits down when Mr Puranwala says that the tears of Puran are seeking justice because the son of Puran was also thrown out of the horse and his family burned while when Puran questioned then they blamed him that he demanded extra dowry but his family agreed then he killed them but the neighbors were forced to give false statement and after that Puran has been in jail and if the court does not cry hearing the story then this should be closed. The prosecutor says that it is all a lie and they just brought four people, Mr Puranwala asks the prosecutor if he knows the boy so he says that his name is Bhim rao, Mr Puranwala says that the news has been published in the newspaper and if it is a lie then the owner of the newspaper should be arrested so Sethji gets worried.

Jaggu is running while the constables are following him they stop seeing Rama with the other lady who stop Jaggu, they vow to keep Jaggu running as the ladies would not be able to run with them, Jaggu keeps running when the constables try to follow him but Rama threatens to throw the spice powder on him if he tries to kill Jaggu but the constable threatens to lock them if they throw the spice, Rama however throws it on them so they start rubbing their face and sit down while placing their guns on the side, they are sitting when the lady brings water for them to wash their face seeing which Rama is worried along with Lakshmi, the constables keep washing their face. Mr Puranwala says that the owner of the newspaper is the friend of the lawyer but is he wrong to ask justice for these people whose news was published in the paper, Mr Puranwala requests some more time in this case and the culprits of Puran be found and published, Bhim Rao apologizes for talking but he feels they should punish all of the criminals who have hurt these people, Meghnat along with Sethji are worried while Bhim Rao is adamant.
