Ramji is stunned while Bala is pointing his finger towards his father who keeps staring him, Bala asks him to leave saying he can do whatever he desires while they will do what they feel is suitable, Ramji turns to look at Jija Bai who leaves with Bala, followed by Meghnath and his men. Ramji thinks what are they all planning to do now.
In the night Ramji is anxiously standing outside the house thinking about what is Jija Bai going to do, he cannot think of anything when Rama comes asking him to have dinner as everyone is waiting, Ramji says he is getting scared about what is going to happen in the night, Rama replies no matter what happened but would everything get fine if he does not eat dinner.
Rama and Jija Bai are preparing the food on which they sprinkle something,
The four people plan to go and save the husband of the poor women, Meghnath along with the officer and the police officials hide in order to see them leave, the officer asks the Inspector to come with him and only fire when he is told, they all leave.
The entire family of Bhim is sitting eating, Ramji tells Bala and Karuna that they both are close to Jija Bai so should tell her that she must not go ahead with her plan, Bala says it is not right to always suspect Aai, Meera tells Bala that if they tend to get an opinion for someone then it is after due consideration, Karuna says they can think whatever they feel like but should for now eat, Bhim says Bua is elder amongst them al and it is important that they respect her so now everyone must eat, Ramji once again warns Jija Bai to not do it as if there is a lot of plotting in the house then it tends to become a battle ground, Jija Bai goes out to eat seeing which Ramji is worried, Karuna also leaves after Jija Bai.
Jija Bai sits on the stairs to eat with a smile on her face, Karuna also comes to sit by her side when Jija Bai says she will leave after eating after which Karuna should take care of it all, she replies Jija Bai must only focus on her work.
The four people reach the location saying this was the place where she asked them to wait, they immediately point at Jija Bai who shows the location, the officer signals the Inspector to shoot but then the people threaten Jija Bai however Bala takes them away when the official asks the Inspector to go after them while they will do everything later, Meghnath tells the officer that their work has finished today while they will take care of everything tomorrow.
Bhim is writing in his diary saying he felt he should go away from this place as no more people should be worried due to him, as either he goes for study or to work but he should leave from here and is going to think about it. Rama tells Bhim that everyone has gone to sleep so he must asks Baba to also come and sleep, Bhim says he felt bad during the day when they tried to stop him so he feels they should let him stay alone for some while when she should go to sleep, Rama gets worried but then slowly sits on the floor before preparing herself to sleep, Bhim exclaims sometimes loneliness can heal all of the pains that they suffer.
Ramji is constantly walking out when he suddenly starts feeling something weird in his head and wonders what might be the reason, Karuna sees Ramji thinking nothing is happening and it is all due to what they mixed in his food while it is necessary that he should sleep as only then would the drama happen here, Ramji tries to stay awake while holding his head but after a while he falls on the bed placed outside in the Chawl.
Bala and Jija Bai are running when they both take the people into the office of Bhim, Karuna thinks that aai is planning to do something dangerous, she hides after seeing the police. Jija Bai along with Bala and the freedom fighters are hiding in the office, Jija Bai says there is danger outside so the four of them can hide here and in the morning they will plan to save her husband when one of the person is not able to trust her, Bala asks why does she not tell them who they are, Jija Bai explains they will not have any other chance other then to trust her, she reveals she is the Aai of Bhim, Bala says he is thee elder brother and asks if they all donot know him when the person informs Bhim is the one who struggles a lot, Jija Bai says she is going to tell Bhim while they all should rest here and she will send food for them.
Rama is sleeping while Bhim is writing when he thinks about sleeping as they even have to go and sell the newspapers in the morning, Bhim turns off the lantern to sleep, Jija Bai is looking at him from the window when she thinks that he should go to sleep as in the morning the newspaper would be closed down, she is joyed as Bhim prepares to sleep.
In the morning Bhim asks everyone to come as they even have to take the newspapers and sell them, he is shocked seeing Ramji sleeping like this and then wonders what might have caused it, the Inspector along with the constable come to point their guns at Bhim and his supporters. They all are stunned, Bhim asks what happened when the inspector says they have gotten the news that some people are hiding here but Bhim says there is nothing of the sort when the Inspector orders everyone to come out as they would search their house. Shoba wonders why is Ramji sleeping here, Jija Bai along with Bala also come asking what has happened, Inspector orders the constables to go and search the house of everyone, they keep searching but are not able to find anything which worries the people living in the Chawl. Inspector keeps pointing the gun at Bhim and Rama.
