In this episode Rama will not fight anyone about her husband but would simply give her statement. Bhim Rao said that things and decision change with time.

Bala was sitting beside Karola, he wrote a diary asking her to wake up. Karola has been asleep for 2 days, it was too much. She used to question him for sleeping too long. Bala wept as he wrote in the letter in the book. He took the page out and placed it under Karola. Bala promised to write a letter for her everyday until she wakes up. Bala forgot that she didn’t know how to read, decided to read it to her. Bala was eager to have her back. Anand comforted Bala said that Bala wont have to read it to her. Anand will do that for him. Lakshmi brought Bala his favorite vegetable. She asked him to eat it for Karola.

Joku

informed Joshi and Varchand that Karola hasn’t gained conscious. Her getting up would affect them, Bala already changed. He would complete change for her, it would benefit Bhim Rao. Joshi knew that Bala’s changing was a problem. He asked Joku to turn Arti against Bhim Rao. She had proved to be a competitor to Bhim Rao. Joku should prove it to everyone that Arti’s way to success was better than Bhim Rao’s. Joku didn’t understand. Varchand reminded him what Rama said. Joku needs to tell everyone that Bhim Rao’s way of living was absurd. Bhim Rao gained nothing by studying, arguing, or getting in war with upper caste. He must glorify Arti over Bhim Rao. Janardan, Hitesh and Joku were chosen to do that. Joku didn’t know how. Varchand assured to help him. Joku understood. Joshi threw money for Joku, Janardan and Hitesh.

Deepak told his mother that he no longer likes Arti after what she did to Bhim Rao and Rama. His mother told that Arti was outspoken. Deepak questioned. His mother told that Arti has different lifestyle, she doesn’t know anything about Bhim Rao and his life. Shoba assured that she would talk to Arti about it.

Next morning, Hitesh called everyone outside. Bhim Rao questioned. Hitesh stretched two lines in middle of the chawl. Nandu questioned Hitesh. Joku and placed two boards at the end of each line, one had Bhim Rao’s name on it while other had Arti’s. Hitesh asked everyone to chose whom they would follow. Shoba refused to let her sister be part of this. Shoba came, she refused to have her name and the line removed.

Shoba met Hitesh and Joshi. Joshi wanted Arti to do what he wished. Arti questioned. Joshi told that it would benefit her. The driver asked Arti to hurry up, the boss was waiting for breakfast.

Arti was ready to stand against Bhim Rao and Rama under all circumstances. Bala asked why she was bothered by them; she just came to Bombay. Hitesh told that Bhim Rao and Rama caught themselves in an argument with Arti the day she came here. Shoba asked Arti to come inside. Arti refused, she wanted to teach few members of this chawl a lesson. Shoba asked her to come outside with her, she told Arti that everyone in this chawl were perfect. Bhim Rao didn’t want Shoba and Arti’s relationship to get ruined because of this. Shoba questioned Bhim Rao. Bhim Rao wanted Hitesh to explain why he stretched these lines, he wanted to understand what the purpose of it was. Joku intervened, said that everyone must get 10 minutes to find the right words to explain Bhim Rao the objective.
