Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani 23rd June 2017 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Vasundra tells Sunanda she had spotted Raaj breaking the geyser pipe in the washroom. She came out and met Chitra who was looking for servants, she says Sakshi had to take a bath but there was no water in the washroom. She sent Sakshi to her room as the plan. She tells Sunanda it’s time to play her key card.
There was a knock at the door of Raaj and Rani’s room. They find astiya with a note outside the room, it reads She is sending his father’s astiya, Shera aka Raja beta. They were cautious. Raaj opens the pot but it was empty. Raaj tells rani Vasundra has known about his reality, its time they come for her confrontation. They come downstairs.
Vasundra was sitting on a chair with gun in hand. She asks if he liked her game. She tells them about her preparations for them. Raaj and Rani look around out of confusion. Vasundra says she wants to play a game with them, if they win they will get Sunanda. Otherwise she will write the fate of Sunanda. She points towards the spectators of the game, the family members had been tied to poles of the hall their mouths stuffed with clothes. Rani doesn’t let Raaj move on. Vasundra says it’s the game of luck and time, she gives them a riddle to judge and get Sunanda. She then announces a twist in the game and says the gun as one bullet and there are three people. She gives them five minutes to judge the riddle, else one of them will die. She turns the stop watch on and tells them to hurry. Raaj takes the envelop, ‘you get betrayed as much as you watch it’; they suggest it’s dark. Raaj says only basement is dark. They run towards the basement but there was nothing. Vasundra had shout the gun but it didn’t hit. Raaj and Rani were relieved, Vasundra laughs that Chitra came with good luck today. She now points the gun at Sakshi. Vasundra again sends Raaj and Rani to look around while she laughs victoriously. Raaj and Rani come towards the mirrors, they find nothing around it. Vasundra had begun the countdown. She pulls the trigger towards Sakshi but the bullet wasn’t shot. Vasundra again laughs at the fate of Sakshi. It was now Anandi’s turn, Vasundra gives them last five minutes. Raaj and Rani remember about Raaj’s photo. Vasundra was alert as they had reached the right clue. Vasundra leaves the gun and runs behind them. Raaj tells Rani he came here yesterday but didn’t find anything, Rani looks towards the photo. Rani pulls the photo and were able to find the pulley. They come into the room and hear a tape recorder playing, save me, save me. Raaj and Rani think Vasundra fooled them again and were about to leave when they spot Sunanda walking towards them. They run to her and carry her outside.
There, outside they bring Sunanda towards the couch. Raaj asks about Vasundra and come to untie Chitra, Sakshi and Anandi. Anandi says Vasundra has run away. They come to Sunanda who was unconscious. Raaj goes to look for Vasundra. Raaj returns saying Vasundra is nowhere. Chitra tells him to take Sunanda towards room. Rani was thankful to God for meeting Sunanda, she finds the gun fallen on floor and notices the gun was empty. Rani thinks this means Vasundra didn’t want to kill any of them, she won’t accept defeat and lost at will.
In the room, Sunanda comes out of the bed and comes to the mirror removing the mask off her face. It was Vasundra.
PRECAP: Sunanda throws kerosene on the floor in the hall. Raaj takes Rani for a surprise, Sakshi comes along. Sunanda watches Rani slip on the floor.

What a funny episode! Vasundhara taking the avatar of female Gabbar Singh from Sholay with a gun pointed at the three captives,….. Raaj’s mother ,Sakshi and Buaji and Raaj and Rani running around the palace like kids searching for Rani’s mother, really the writers’imagination is running wild,I wonder how Vasundhara has managed to tie the three adults on her own because she doesn’t seem to have any accomplices ,but the most astonishing thing comes later when Raaj and Rani finally saves Sunanda from the captivity :she is not actually Sunanda but Vasundhara wearing a face mask……so the look alikes are gone ,…..finally time for masked disguises….And how did Vasundhara manage to reach the secret place before Raaj ang Rani and transform herself into Sunanda so fast? What is the need for all these gimmicks now?In the remaining few episodes if the writers just show Raaj and Rani,we will be very happy.
Naz, I’m not seeing Etretr on the Zee channel listing for the coming week, do you know why it was removed again? If you can find it somewhere please let me know. As to where I live, I live in the Lower Santa Cruz area.
Do you remember Sapphire?? She’s from the Santa Cruz area. I chat with her on WAS…. She used to comment her but she can’t bear what has happened to this serial….
Topaz, I am not seeing Etretr anywhere. They probably removed it again. Zee channel is so biased. I live in Ste. Madeleine. How was the weather in your area yesterday? I work in Caroni area and we could not go onto the highway, we had to take different routes and talk about traffic. It took us about three hours to reach home.
Hey Asha, it’s only because I’m inundated with preparation for EID celebrations that I’ve not been able to watch ETRETR. I just checked my recordings and I see that Friday’s episode was shown. Let’s wait till Monday nah, then we’ll know for sure. I have an email address for ozee TV, if there’s any crap happening here, I’ll message them because I’ve had interaction with them recently and they emailed me back, don’t worry, wait till Monday….
Asha, it rained a lot yesterday, i kept thinking of the people who live in Central and South Trinidad and i hoped they wouldn’t get flooded out again. As for the traffic gridlock I saw it on the news, i experienced part of it on the Eastern Main Road. We, seriously are not prepared for any disaster when people can get stuck in traffic for more than 3 hours because of one river spilling onto the highway. As for Etretr we are already two weeks behind and now it is seems that Zee has pulled it off the air again. Thank God for Mehek and Asis Deewangi, I really like these two shows, I just hope that they don’t follow into the Etretr footsteps where they started up great but then disintegrated into total crap written by stupid writers. I recently started watching Waaris which doesn’t have eng sub but I read the updates so i know what’s going on, i just love the chemistry between the lead actors Farnaz and Neil. Be safe Asha
Topaz, I’ve recorded Friday’s episode of ETRETR but haven’t seen it as yet. I’m now hearing about this from you both….so I don’t know if it’s recorded or not. Trust Zeetv to do something like this. I live on Munroe road in Cunupia, just off the flyover, to the back of Abraham’s restaurant and Healthnet… This is opposite the UTT campus…. My area wasn’t flooded but I feel for the citizens in the Barackpore etc….and Caroni and elsewhere… I hope they get the help that’s promised to them.. Zeetv Caribbean has let themselves down….i can’t even beat to see what’s happening even now with sicko wacko son and mother…. I only comment here and WAS, when this serial ends, it will only be WAS… I watch aise Dewange on and off and did comment at times. I’m bored there, I need some action, not this track as it is now… I watch Mehek too…..
I heard that Eid is today so, EID MUBARAK, Naz, hope you have a wonderful day.
Thank you for the greeting Topaz., much appreciated. Yes, my day was great so far and tomorrow being the public holiday, I’ll be busy as well. If you were on this side Topaz you would have been welcome to have some sawine in my home….. Thanks again my friend…
Dear Naz,EID MUBARAK……May Allah grant You and Your Family Long Life,Joy and Happiness.HAPPY EID ,FRIEND. On this auspicious occasion let us also pray for those who had to face Nature’s Fury.
I know you will be very busy today,Will chat tomorrow,Enjoy and keep some delicious Kheer for me.
Hi Lakshmi, thank you dear friend for your wishes and I’m sure I may reap those rewards as its coming from a sincere heart which you do possess. Tomorrow is a public holiday in observance of Eid ul Fitr here and I’ll be busy as well because my daughter invited her friends for lunch so I’ll be doing some heavy cooking. I did make kheer, a tradition when my Nani was alive but also made sawine (vermicelli), rice halwa, maleeda, have samosas as well, my daughter baked cake, ladoo and an egg flan. Tomorrow I’ll be making parathas, curried lamb, stewed chicken, curried mangoes, curried aloo, pumpkin and biriyani and dal and plain rice….. Yes, I know it’s too much cooking for me but I’m supermom, I cook exactly what they want….that what my son and daughter tells me….? ?……Lakshmi I do feel it for those here who don’t have a roof at the moment over their heads, I know how helpless they are feeling today when the rest of us are having a meal and they can’t cook in their own kitchens… Lakshmi, my house was extensively destroyed by fire when my kids were 6 and 7yrs old. My parents used to bring food for us to eat because the smell of burnt made it impossible to even eat, far less cook… But out of every bad thing, something good comes out of it, depending on how one views it. I had so much trouble by my in-laws, my elder brother in law was the culprit and I was forced to move to safeguard the lives and peace of my two kids. Suffice it to say… I was able to build my own home on my own piece of land, inheritance from my grandparents ,and I’m happy where I’m now, my home was built in 1999 and I must thank Allah for the blessings… So, once again my dear dear friend and sister, thanks for the beautiful greetings and I’ll certainly send some kheer and hallwa for you…. I’ll comment late tomorrow though… Chat soon…
