Elvish Yadav Faces Severe Backlash for Lip-Syncing Performance; Netizens Criticize His Acting Skills

Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav is currently facing a barrage of criticism for his perceived ‘bad acting skills.’ The backlash ensued after he shared a video clip of himself lip-syncing to an upcoming song by Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Randeep Hooda on his Instagram handle. In his post, he wrote, “Rok Lo Guys Muje Roklo Me Galat Line Me Jara hu. Amazing Song By My Brother @bpraak.”

Notably, not only netizens but even actress Urvashi Rautela chimed in, commenting, “Please just thoda aur dard leke aao in performance & in eyes just like lyrics.”

Here’s a glimpse of how netizens reacted to Elvish Yadav’s performance:

One user wrote, “Nice acting, don’t try again,” while another added, “Bhai ka Systummm update mang Raha hai.”
Expressing humor, one netizen remarked, “Respect for Arjun Kapoor and Ananya Panday has increased.” Someone else even suggested that Elvish try acting in the TV show CID, saying, “Bahut achcha acting krte ho CID me laash kaa role kroge??”

A user humorously advised Elvish to keep his hidden talents hidden, stating, “You have a hidden talent. Pls keep it hidden.” Another commenter reminisced, “Ye Bollywood walo ko acting k liye roast krta tha ye tiktokers ko lip sync videos k liye roast krta tha ye logo ki acting me expression ka gyaan pelta tha.”

Previously, during a conversation on Shehnaaz Gill’s talk show, Elvish Yadav had expressed his desire to be known as an influencer rather than an actor, emphasizing the impact influencers can have on viewers. He explained that actors are often only remembered for their acting roles, whereas influencers have a broader reach.

Earlier in an interview, when asked about performing intimate scenes on screen, Elvish confessed his discomfort, and Shehnaaz Gill suggested that he might not be cut out for acting if he couldn’t perform as the script required.
