Emotional farewell for ‘Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum’ as Tina Datta, Jay Bhanushali, and cast wrap up shoot

The popular show “Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum,” featuring Tina Datta and Jay Bhanushali in leading roles and marking their return to the small screen, is set to bid farewell to its devoted fan base. It has been confirmed that the cast and crew have successfully concluded the shooting for the daily series.

Tina Dutta, who portrays the character of Surelli, took to her Instagram story to express her sentiments about bidding adieu to the show. In her story, she is captured hugging Jay Bhanushali and sharing heartfelt moments with the rest of the cast. She can be seen consoling her co-star Mohit Duseja as he tears up, reassuring him that there will be more opportunities in the future. The entire interaction was emotionally charged as the cast members went around expressing their well-wishes for each other’s future endeavors.

Tina Dutta shared another story where she showcased the rooftop view, including the sight of the moon, which she mentioned she would dearly miss. In the video, Tina ascends to the roof and points out various plants where the cast would often sit in between shots for discussions. She expressed her genuine sense of loss and captioned the post with “Goodbyes are hard.” Later on, the entire cast was seen applauding the show, acknowledging the hard work they had put in over the past eight months and cherishing the lasting memories they had created together.

For those unaware, the show’s set was located a three-hour drive away from Mumbai in Umbergaon. Tina Datta, Jay Bhanushali, Abbhas Mehta, and other cast members resided there during the workweek to shoot for the series, returning home only on weekends or during their off days. This tight-knit group had evolved into a close-knit family, as evidenced by their recent celebration of Karanvir Bohra’s birthday on set. The entire cast joined forces to decorate his room and celebrated the occasion with great enthusiasm. Notably, the show also saw the entry of Karanvir Bohra and Anita Hassanandani.

With “Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum” bidding adieu, it paves the way for a new show, “Kavya,” featuring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Verma in lead roles. “Kavya” narrates the story of a young woman’s journey to achieve her dream of becoming an IAS officer, with Mishkat’s character playing a crucial role in supporting her throughout her pursuit.
