AN ENCOUNTER WITH A STRANGER
Hello guys I’m back with my short story…..
And guys this one is really really short story….
So let’s start the story!!!!
A girl wearing orange jumper and green leggings was walking down the lane to reach her college where a guy wearing blue denim pants and white shirt stopped her and asked “Hello I’m a student and we’re collecting donation for poor children so during Durga Puja they also have something good to feast….the Sikh committee will be preparing lungar for them so will you give some donation??” The girl smiled and said, “ok!” He gave her a notepad to write her name and amount of money she is going to donate….the guy suddenly said, “You’ve a beautiful smile.” The girl just smiled at him and continue writing her name…The guy asked, “Are you single???”
The girl looked at him and truthfully answered him, “yes…” The guy smiled and asked her “Can I have your Number??? So we can chat you know??” The girl thought maybe she heard wrong so she exclaimed, “Sorry??” The guy asked her again confirming her doubt to be true…someone for the first time openly asked her like that though here there she got comments but not like this…the guy looks decent and not a playboy…but she had promised herself as well as her mom that she won’t do something that her family name gets insulted…
(Everyone knows temptation lead people do something wrong….guys I don’t hate dating but I don’t agree as well because I think your inner beauty should not be shown to Everyone but only your other half the one who is only made for you and this is for both the gender…it’s just my opinion you may beg to differ but in no means I wrote this to hurt anyones sentiments) she looked at him with polite smile and said, “Sorry but I can’t” to stop him from further advancement but he said to her, “ You’re very beautiful and I like you…” The girl just smiles and said nothing but he suddenly asked her, “Have you ever romanced????” The girl just can’t look at him at his blunt question but none the less replies in a low voice, “No”. He asked her, “ Well do you believe in heaven??swarg??” She replied,“Yes.” He explains, “ Romance is like being in heaven on earth…if you romance you’ll feel good….” He looked at her expectantly but then also she replied, “Sorry but no…” and left him giving a small smile and enter her college…….
[PS: All the conversation happened she was writing on the notepad and taking out money for the donation…]
