Part 12
Ragini wakes next morning. She feels her hand is held by someone’s hand. She looks, Laksh was sleeping putting his head on bed, but he was sitting on floor. Ragini couldn’t remember what happened last night. But, she was sure that she drank. But, she is fine now.
The way Laksh was holding her hand was melting her heart.. but, soon she wipes her thoughts. She gets up from bed and Laksh wakes due to it.
‘how are you feeling now?’ he asks looking at her.
Ragini just nods her head.
She gets off from bed and about to fall due to dizziness, but soon Laksh holds her. Ragini who was in his arms looks deep into his eyes to realize some unknown feeling, concern.. love..??
“It’s ok, I can..” says Ragini and leaves to wash room. Ragini stands under the cold shower with her saree itself. It is truth she can’t forget Sanskar, but… why is she feeling a kinda kind towards Laksh..? Bcz, she is his wife..? only bcz of her, Laksh’s life is being wasted..?
‘Ragini, it’s enough..! how many days will you be like this..? you have to move on…” Ragini’s inner soul says.
“No..!! how can you forget Sanskar..?? was your love fake..???” shouts her heart…
Ragini closes her ears in frustration. Then knock of door.
As it has been long since Ragini went to wash room Laksh knocks the door. Ragini comes out, Laksh looks at her completely wet..
‘Ragini.. are you okay..? why did you do like this..? you will catch cold..!!” laksh holds her hand and about to take her aside, but soon Ragini jerks his hand.
Laksh looks at her confused..
Rag: will you stop being authoritative on me Laksh..? can’t you leave me alone..??
Laksh shocks with her words. ‘Ragini..’ he says slowly.
Rag: plz.. go away..!!
She says in upset. Laksh bends his head and leaves.
Ragini closes the door and changes her dress. She stands before mirror drying her hair. She remembers how Laksh saved her. he jumped into river instead of Sanskar, it is him who proved her innocence, it was Laksh who was in his limits when she was drunk. Ragini sighs remembering all those. Ragini goes down later to say sorry to Laksh as she shouted on him. Ragini looks for him, but maid informs that he is gone to office already. She looks on..
Ragini goes to Laksh’s office to meet him. She was frustrated on Sanskar, why is she showing that anger on Laksh..?
As, it is Germany.. she can’t understand how to go.. she makes a call to Laksh. But, he didn’t lift the phone.
‘Did he get angry on me..?’ she thinks.
A group of boys eyes at Ragini. She doesn’t observe them. They suddenly surround her. one of them suddenly about to put hand on her, but his hand is held by other..
Are you thinking it’s Laksh..?
No…
It’s Sanskar..!!
Ragini shocks looking at Sanskar. Sanskar who held the goon’s hand looks at Ragini in smile. Ragini turns her head away.
Sanskar beats all the goons, he was looking all the way towards Ragini while he is fighting.
Sanskar gets a wound while he is fighting like that… Ragini gets tears. All the goons run away. Ragini then soon runs to him and ties her kerchief to his hand.
Laksh who was returning from office looks at this scene. He shocks. he stops his car at side and gets down.
Sanskar was looking at Ragini affectionately,
“you love me still Ragini..”
Ragini leaves his hand, “mr. Sanskar, thanks for saving me. This is just humanity..!” says Ragini and looks aside and shocks to find Laksh.
Ragini silently goes towards Laksh. Laksh was not looking at her, but he was looking at Sanskar in anger disgust and hatred and in same way even Sanskar looking at him.
Ragini comes near Laksh.
“I’m sorry Laksh, actually…” while Ragini was trying tell excuse, Laksh suddenly holds her hand and kisses her forehead.
Ragini shocks and Sanskar tights his fists. Laksh has intentionally made that to make Sanskar jealous. Now Laksh says so that it’s audible to Sanskar..
“I love you Ragini..!!”
Now, Ragini still looks shocked at Laksh. Sanskar fumes in anger.
Then Laksh won’t stop there, he then hugs Ragini. Now, Ragini even more shocks.
Sanskar takes his steps towards them to beat Laksh thinking he was forcing Ragini, Ragini observes that he is coming and she places her hands around Laksh.
Sanskar shocks and stops in his place.
“I love you Laksh..!” Ragini says in tears. Laksh smiles and a long tear escapes from Sanskar’s eye.
Laksh breaks hug and looks at Sanskar in smirk, but he was looking at Ragini.. she was bending her head. Laksh makes her sit in the car, they both leave. Sanskar looks on…
After going home,
Ragini was walking beside Laksh while going inside, Laksh thinks that Ragini has accepted his love.. he places his hand gently on her shoulder.
Ragini suddenly pushes his hand. Laksh shocks.
Rag: what was that Laksh..? how dare you to kiss and hug me.? Do I gave you permission.??
Lak: Ragini..?
Rag: I would never give you permission for that..!! stay in your limits..!!
Laksh shocks with her words.
Lak: Ragini but…
Rag: men are like that.. you are ready to take advantage of women weakness..!!
Laksh shouts finally,
“stop it Ragini..!!”
Ragini looks at him shocked. Laksh comes near her and holds her shoulders.
Lak: yes, it’s weakness..!! and do you know, what is it..??
Ragini looks on..
Lak: it’s love..!!
Laksh places his hand on his chest. “it’s love Ragini..!!”
Ragini looks on..
Lak: I was loving you even before you and Sanskar met. Do you know that..?
Ragini looks at him in same expressions.
Laksh leaves her shoulder,
“Yes Ragini. I have loved you. I’m loving you. And, I will be loving you forever..!!
Ragini gets tears.
Lak: you will never understand how deeply I loved you Ragini. How means, whenever you said that you love Sanskar… it used to stab my heart into 1000 pieces.
Ragini becomes numb.
Lak: how I used to love you means, I can turn against to anyone in this world and even I can sacrifice myself..!! but, I never said you this..!! I have controlled this boiling love within me..!!
Ragini bends her head.
Lak: I was shattered when you were engaged with Sanskar.. I wanted to shout aloud that I love you… but…
“But he couldn’t..!! so, he started cheating all of us..!!”
Says Sanskar who just came there.
Ragini now looks shocked at him. Laksh too shocks. on other hand Sanky is smirking.
“Ragini, the guy Laksh who is standing before you is not that innocent as you think..!! what not he has done to get you..!!”
Sanskar says coming in between them.
Laksh: shut up Sanskar..!!
San: Ragini, all the fake videos which you saw on me was created by this Laksh..!! he has done all this to make himself as great before your family and me as the least one..!!
Ragini gets tears and looks in shocked state at Laksh. Laksh looks at her worried…. Sanskar smirks..
