Colors is coming up with two new weekend shows Mahakali and Dev Anand. The channel always kept freshness in terms of entertainment. After Mahakali, Colors is now ready to launch Dev Anand. The show got its launch date, July 29th, 2017. The show will probably occupy the late slot of 10pm. It is a thriller series, bringing a tale of a smart detective. It has much suspense, mystery and sense. Ashish Chowdhry and Sumona Chakravarti play the lead roles in this thriller show. Ashish Chowdhry has been part of two reality shows on the Colors channel, Khatron Ke Khiladi and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8. Ashish rose to fame with Zee TV’s Ek Mutthi Aasmaan.
Ashish is playing the role of the sharp minded criminal Dev Anand, who will be solving the complicated cases and help the police. He would be a brilliant detective, helpful enough to make others rely on him. Sumona Chakravarti was seen as Natasha in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. She has been got fame by showing off her hilarious comic skills with shows Comedy Circus, Comedy Nights with Kapil, and The Kapil Sharma Show. Amit Dolawat will play a significant role in the series.
