Zee’s Woh Apna Sa will mark the comeback of Disha Parmar, who was last seen in Star Plus’ Pyaar Ka Dard Hai. She will be playing the positive character. The lead character will be seen as the second wife of the male lead Ssudheep Sahir. Ridhi Dogra will be playing his first wife. Her character will have negative shades. Ridhi’s character will be of a self centered and selfish woman, who will least think about other’s happiness.
Disha’s character will be the one who will keep everyone united and not let the family break. She will manage her fiance’s children and also his ex-wife. Her journey from a simple girl to a perfect stepmother will be making up the concept. Disha is seen as sweet and simple girl next door, and reminds of her previous character Pankhuri. Viewers will see Ridhi and Ssudeep after a good period of time. Ridhi was last seen in Life Ok’s Savitri and Star Plus’ Diya Aur Baati Hum, while Ssudeep’s last project was Life Ok’s Dream Girl. The cast of the show is definitely strong. By the promos, the show earned good interest of the viewers. Woh Apna Sa will start airing from 23 January 2016, and replace Yeh Vaada Raha.
