Chapter 13 – We Are Couple
Precap: Manik Confess His Love

It was morning n our sleeping beauty was still sleeping but it didn’t lasted long as Mr Sun came to disturb her, she woke up n a smile crept on her lips reminiscing last night. She freshen up, came downstairs n started preparing coffee. She was stirring the milk n was thinking of her ”Monster”, when two hands encircled around her waist n a chin on her shoulder asking
Manik: thinking of me?
Nandini(still in lala land): haa n she was shocked, she immediately turned n said
Nandini: tum yaha kya kar rahe ho?
Manik: breakfast karne aya ho
Nandini(encircling her arms around his neck): kyu apke ghar me breakfast nhi banta sir
Manik: of course banta hai par aaj kisi aur ke haath se khana ke mann kar raha tha
Nandini: acha, toh ap wait kijiye I vil bring
Manik: k n he left from there, after 10mins Nandu came with French toast n coffee. She was going to sit but Manik held her waist n made her sit on his lap, she said
Nandini: yeh ap kya kar rahe hai? Agar mere bf ko bata chlgya to wo apko nhi chodega
Manik: mai kya tumhare bf se darta hoo
Nandini: acha
Manik(scared): lekin apni gf se darta hoon, wo bhut possessive hai, agar use pata chala ki mai yaha apne PA ke saath ye sab kar raha hoon toh wo mujhe maar hi dalegi
Nandini(laughing): tum mujhse itna darte bho, leave it n have breakfast.
They both had their breakfast n were seated on couch when Aryaman entered. Manik got angry seeing him, Nandu asked
Nandini: tu subah subah yaha kya karr raha hai?
Aryaman(hesitating): wo….actually….mujhe…kuch bolna tha
Nandini: haa toh bol y r u hesitating?
Aryaman(looking at Manik): but it’s imp aur ye bhi he was cut by Nandu
Nandini: Aryaman no need to worry, ye meri life hai aur I don’t want to hide anything from him, I trust him more than myself so u can

Manik(smiling): now say man, aur kitni der loge tum?
Aryaman(sitting on couch): actually mujhe janna tha ki, jab tum Mangalore mein thi, did u met with any accident?
Manik: haa hua tha, Nandu u remember uss din we met Nanu n Nani?
Nandini: haa n u shouted at me
Aryaman: guyz leave that aur mujhe batao ki accident kese hua tha?
Manik: Nandu was playing in rain n a truck was going to hit her but I saved her in time
Nandini: lekin aaj tu CBI ki tarah sawaal kyu kar raha hai?
Aryaman: kyuki wo accident nhi tumhara muder attempt tha.
Manan were shocked. Manik asked
Manik(angry): kon tha wo?
Nandini: par tujhe kese pata chala ki it was murder attempt?
Aryaman: kyuki wo murder attempt kisi aur ne nhi meri khud ki behen Soha ne kiya
Nandini(shocked): what? Soha par kyu?
Aryaman: kyuki she hates u
Nandini: but y, maine uske saath kuch bura nhi kiya.
Aryaman: I know, ye sab hamari galti hai, hum roz sirf tumhare baare mein baat krte the, ki tum kitni achi ho, mom dad wished ki tum unki beti hoti, aur hume pata nhi tha ki yeh sab sunke uske dil mein tumhare liye nafrat badti gayi.
Nandini: par tujhe kese pata ki it is Soha?
Aryaman: mom dad ne Soha ko kisi se baat karte suna aur tabhi use NY bhjdya aur mujhe tumhare paas bhjaya taaki I protect u but tumhare pehle hi itne saare protecters hai.
Nandini(keeping her head on Manik’s shoulder): haa hai
Manik: but NY bhjkar, did they do correct?
Aryaman: pata nhi, but Nandu has to take care of her.
Manik: ok, I make sure she take care.
Aryaman: acha I vil take leave.
Manik: ok
Aryaman stood up n was leaving when he turned n said: u both look cute together.
Manan smiled, after he left Manik said
Manik: Nandu after listening to him, I think I have to stay wid u only.
Nandini: shut up Manik, I am not a kid, I vil take care.
Manik: k leave that n get ready v r going to my recording
Nandini: what will I do there?
Manik: nothing, I vil do everything. Now go
Nandini went n got ready n both left for recording, Fab4 were already there n Manik informed Nandini not to move from her place, she nodded her head.

(Manik started closing his eyes)

(Manik finished the song n open his eyes)
N to his dismay Nandu wasn’t on her seat, he got worried n asked the peon about Nandu but he didn’t see her, Fab4 saw him worried n followed him, he was finding her every corridor but she wasn’t there. They reached outside n Nandu was coming inside, Manik saw her n hugged her tightly, after awhile he broke the hug n said
Manik(angry): kaha tha na maine wahi rehna phir kyu ayi bahar tum?
Cabir: u should have informed us naa pata hai kitna prshan hgya tha Manik
Nandini: I am sorry guys actually Navya ka call araha tha aur tumlog gaana gaa rahe the to mai kese tumhe inform karti
Dhruv: buddy kuch bolna kya hua?
Mukti: navya ne call kyu kiya?
Nandini: uske cousin bro aur wife aarahe hai kal toh leave it aur tum sab jao I vil inform u later.
They all said k n left Manan, Manik again hugged her saying
Manik: phir aisa kabhi mat karna
Nandini: I am sorry, I promise I vil never do this again
Manik: pakka na?
Nandini: pakka
He broke the hug n pecked her forehead, all this was seen by Fab4, Cabir said
Cabir: kuch toh chakkar hai??

Manan left from there, Manik dropped her home, Nandini was resting in her room when Cabir came n said
Cabir: behna tera doubt sach mein badal gaya
Nandini: matlab?
Cabir: matlab ki Kapoor uncle was the person jisse Neyonika anty ki shaadi hone wali thi
Nandini: bhai apko sirf itna pata chala, I know this from start.
Cabir(angry): acha toh listen ki uncle anty ka murder bhi he did
Nandini(angry): what I knew it but I didn’t wanted it to be true.
Cabir: I vil not leave him
Nandini(keeping her hand on his shoulder): noo bhai u vil not do anything, Manik vil do, he vil take the revenge.
Cabir: k jab tak I vil keep eye on him.
Nandini: k bye bhai.
Cabir left her room n was leaving when watchman entered with a parcel in his hand, Cabir asked
Cabir: yeh kya hai?
Watchman: ji parcel hai, pata nhi kya hai?
Cabir: kisne bheja?
Watchman(happily): The Famous Singer Manik Malhotra
Cabir: kya?
Cabir’s POV
Pata nhi in dono ki beech kya chal raha hai, hmmm jo bhi hai jaldi kehde ye dono warna mai apne tareekhe azmaunga ?

Cabir: waise tumhe sirf Manik Malhotra pata hai, uske saathi nhi pata?
Watchman(counting on his fingers): pata hai, Dhruv Vedant, Mukti Vardhan, Alya Saxena n Cabir Dhawan.
Cabir: acha, tumne kabhi dekha hai une
Watchman: haa n then he recognised Cabir n was on cloud 9, he asked for autogtaph
Cabir: toh pata chlgya, ab paper do autograph ke liye
Watchman(taking out a small book from his pocket): ye lijiye
Cabir(opening the book saw Manik’s autograph too but didn’t asked him): ye lo.
Cabir left n watchman went to Nandu’s room n gave the parcel, she opened n saw a white dress, she was checking the dress when she received a message, she checked
Monster: wear this for tonight’s party.
Me: k ❤️
After this, she rested. It was evening now she started dressing. After awhile Abhimanyu came n both left for Navya’s home to pick her.
Meanwhile at the party venue, Fab5 were already there as it is their album launch party.
They were answering the media n Manik wanted to see her, he was continuously looking outside n then there entered Navnibhi, Manik was juz looking at his shining star, his trance broke when Cabir patted his shoulder n signalled him to make the important announcement. Manik reached the centre of stage n said
Manik: Good Evening Ladies n Gentlemens, thanx for so much love n affection from all of u, n thanx for joining wid us Fab5 tonight, I would like u all to meet my life’s 3 imp members n signalled Nana Nani n Twinkle to come on stage, they all came n he again started here they are my Grandparents n my Sister. Media was shocked n happy too, they asked where they were n etc to which everyone gave ans.
To Manik’s surprise many already knew his grandparents n he was happy, Manan n Cabir were standing together n Manik said
Manik(whispering huskily): qatal karne ka irada hai kya, I can’t control myself
Nandini(same tone): toh mat control karo
Manik(shocked): kyaa?
Cabir: kyaa kyaa?
Manik: kuch nhi n saw Nandini who was giggling on his reaction, he smiled at her. After awhile Manik was busy with some dealers when Nandu came n handed him orange juice, when a person said
Man1: waise aapne bhut achi PA rakhi hai Mr Malhotra
Manik: thank u
Man2: waise hamare PAs hamara itna dhyaan nhi rkhti
Manik: ye sirf meri PA nhi meri friend bhi hai isiliye
Nandini: ab sir aap ye mat kahiye ki ladka aur ladki dost nhi ho sakte, kyuki u can see Fab5 mein two ladkiya bhi hai, aur wo dono bhut achi hai, 10 saal ki dosti mein they loved each other par waise nhi, Dhruv aur Alya started dating now par usse pehle they all r friends.
They a all were impressed n were lil ashamed too as they were going to do something bad, Manik smiled at Nandini. Party got over after 2 hours.
Everyone returned to Malhotra Mansion, all youngsters were in lounge n Nana Nani in their room, Cabir while drinking juice asked
Cabir: waise behna aaj tune speech badi achi di, lekin tune Fab5 ki dosti ka example diya, teri aur Manik ki dosti ka kyu nhi
Manik: kyuki hum friends nhi hai
Dhruv: arrey best friends right?
Manik(side hugging Nandu): no We Are Couple.
Cabir(splitting the juice from his mouth): kyaa?
Navya: Nandu tumne hume nhi btya?
Abhi: choti kab?
Mukti: kab kese?
Dhruv: buddy bol na
Alya: say na Manik
Twinkle: bhai aapne mujhse chupaya
Aryaman: guyz stop take breath
Cabir: kese stop kare, tujhe shock nhi laga?
Aryaman(smiling): noo
Cabir: aur wo kyu?
Aryaman: aaj subah mai Nandu se milne ghar gaya tha, aur Manik bhi wahi tha n I got to know about them
Cabir(naughtily): kyu Manik puri raat wahi tha kya?
Manan(angry): chupkar saale bhaiii(Nandu says bhaii?)
Manik: breakfast krne gya tha
Twinkle: acha, isiliye bhai subah jaldi uth gaye aur kaha ki imp meeting hai?
Nandini’s POV
Aiyappa please mujhe strong rkhiye taaki mai Manik ko sach btao, I have to inform him soon, ??.
End of POV
Nandu signalled Cabir to take care of them as she was going to inform Manik. He nodded his head n Manan went to Manik’s room. Manik said
Manik: tum mujhe yaha kyu lekar aayi ho, irada kya hai?
Nandini: Manik be serious, it’s imp.
Manik(keeping his hands on her shoulder): kya baat hai Nandu, tell me.
Nandini(taking a deep breath): Manik tumhare parents ka accident nhi murder hua tha.
Manik was numb on hearing this, he sat on his bed n palmed his hands on his face. Nandu sat on her knees in front of him n said
Nandini: I am really sorry Manik, but I needed to inform this to u, it’s about ur parents, I am really sorry
Manik: no Nandu, thank u to bring this truth out, I vil not leave the person.
Nandini: Manik don’t act so strong when ur not, please don’t hide ur pain please.
Manik broke down n started crying as 2yrs old boy, Nandu was juz hugging him n caressing his back, after awhile he broke the hug n lied on the bed n Nandu beside him, he found his peace in her arms, n slept in her warmth as a kid sleeps in his mother’s warmth.
