In a recent interview, actress Falaq Naaz opened up about her experience on the iconic show ‘RadhaKrishn,’ which has marked its fifth anniversary. The popular series revolves around the divine love story of Hindu deities Radha and Krishna, portrayed by Sumedh Mudgalkar and Mallika Singh, respectively.

Recalling her time on the show, Falaq expressed nostalgia, particularly about her role as Devaki. Despite a brief two-day shoot, her portrayal left a lasting impact, and she acknowledged the show’s overall success. Following her stint on ‘RadhaKrishn,’ Falaq engaged in another project, ‘Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani.’

Discussing her role as Devaki, Falaq emphasized the strength and depth of the character, allowing her to showcase her acting prowess, especially in emotional scenes that garnered appreciation from the audience. She shared her desire for roles that provide fulfillment, stating, “The depth and strength of a character matter a lot to me. I want to feel fulfilled when I return home after a day of filming.”

While Falaq acknowledged the challenges of portraying Devaki’s character growth, she expressed a preference for exploring diverse roles beyond mythological characters. Notably, she expressed interest in thrillers, crime-based shows, or roles such as scientists, police officers, or IAS officers. Falaq highlighted her belief that being an actor offers the opportunity to inhabit a variety of characters, describing it as one of the most beautiful aspects of the profession.
