Coming back to the story,
Usha continued that later that night when Virat took Sai back to their room, Patralekha felt jealous and out of her jealousy she started taunting Sai and Virat.She told that how all of a sudden did Virat make Sai his priority and kept instigating Sai.Sai could no longer take it and just snapped back stating that instead of worrying about her husband that was Samrat who was MIA ,Patralekha kept buzzing around Virat like his wife. Hearing this Patralekha’s face fell pale she was shocked to hear that she was a homewrecker and that instead of being a good friend who takes joy in being happy with her friend’s happiness she became so selfish and so self obsessed that she ended up doing things which caused a lot of damage including breaking a family apart and being the root cause of a huge fight between two brothers who once loved each other. The next day during breakfast Patralekha created a scene of being a victim and showed that Sai treated her with disregard and disrespect which never had happened and as usual all tha Chavan Nivasis blamed Sai .Hearing this Patralekha’s Father felt bad and realized that he was so blinded in his daughter’s love that he forgot to correct her mistakes, he blindly ignored her mistakes and that’s why today she is leading a lonely life and lost a gem.likw husband. He realized that had he scolded and reprimanded Patralekha for her behaviour today she too would have had a small family with Samrat and he and Vaishali would have been grandparents.
Patralekha then went into the flashback recollecting how she she crocodile tears infront of Bhavani and her Chellas and how they all accused Sai for no reason and how she even fooled her own parents with her sad tale that Virat ignored her and was always with Sai….if she had even a cent of humanity in her she could have suplotted Sai like an elder sister or if not that atleast as a friend but no in her jealous and one sided love she forgot about humanity and kindness…She realized that her obsession for Virat made her lose her actual self of being a happy lucky to go girl who lived life in her own terms and conditions . She felt that her life had no happiness it was only and only sadness and darkness well if she had realized that if she had actually moved on Samrat would have filled her life with happiness and laughter …He would have made sure that she never felt any problem but alas all of it was just broken by her own hands. It is said that a person writes one’s own destiny and it is up to him if he wants something amazing happening to him or just live a boring or a broken life. She remembered how the next day Virat had come to her house and begged her to come back to Chavan Nivas but she didn’t want to go back as she wanted Virat also to suffer the way she suffered after marrying Samrat she too wanted him to feel her pain that she felt when she saw him with Sai. Patralekha’s trance was broken when she heard Usha saying that later that night again Virat shouted on Sai by telling that she was the cause his best friend left their home and refused to come back.The next day when Sai and Usha went to Patralekha’s house, her parents blamed Sai that she was the cause of their daughter’s unhappiness and darkness that surrounded her house at that moment Patralekha’s parents felt terribly ashamed of their behaviour and rudeness. Usha asked them what was Sai’s mistake and they had no answer to her question…..They simply bowed their head in shame.
Patralekha felt guilty as her parents were humiliated in front of so many people…..usually any parent would feel bad if their kid does a mistake and here their daughter committed endless number of blunders and mistakes. Continuing Usha said that the next day was the day of Sai’s first year MBBS Results and Sai was very anxious and when her results came out instead of blessing her Bhavani and her Chellas mocked her. And when she had to go to the college, to complete the formalities of her scholarship Bhavani and her Chellas opposed her education including Patralekha. Patralekha said that after her marriage and after becoming the daughter in law of Chavan Parivaar she too had stopped working and was a housewife and the same applied to Karsihma too so them how could Sai study.Hearing these disgusting thoughts of Chavan Parivaar every one felt disgusted except for a few ….who felt that a girl should be seen and not heard! Patralekha’s parents felt disgusted with the fact that their own daughter also had such low thinking. But Sai being stubborn refused to follow their age old customs and continued her studies.Vikram felt proud of his wife who fought for her rights and didn’t let anyone from stopping her to pursue her dream. Patralekha then realized that what she had done was merely out of her so called jealousy and her ego to always put Sai in bad limelight which could have been the cause of murder of a 18 year old girl and her late father’s dreams for which even God could not forgive her for. She started repenting her actions but it was too late as they say time and tide wait for none ….She felt ashamed of herself and her obsessive behaviour that made her commit innumerable mistakes and crimes and it was already too late to correct them.The next day which was Sai’s first day in her 2md year MBBS Bhavani and her Chellas had devised a hideous plan to not let Sai attend college not knowing that Sai was a girl who would always stay strong and would fight against injustice….She was not among those who could stay silent if someone was going in the wrong path or doing wrong. She always stood by truth and justice .
