Actor Farman Haider is super excited to be a part of the upcoming show, Saavi Ki Savaari. Saavi Ki Savaari is a Hindi remake of the popular Marathi show Jeev Majha Guntala.
The actor talked about the show during a recent interview with BT and shared, “Apart from Marathi, this show has also been made in Kannada and one more language. All of them are still running strong from two-three years, so I hope for the same for ours too. Plus, this is a great opportunity for me and I am looking forward to it.”
Talking about his role in Saavi Ki Savaari, Farman says, “I’m playing a character called Nityam Dalmiya who is a classy and sophisticated businessman. He is an extremely focused individual and a self-made man. I am very happy and excited about this role because this is the first time that I will be playing a positive lead on a show.”
He added, “I got a chance to visit MP for the first time. It’s an amazing place and I am also visiting a few temples which the city is known for. People here are simple and traditional, that’s the best part of this city. Later, we will come back to Mumbai and we will shoot on the sets there.”
The show is expected to go on air in the second week of August.
