FAT to FIT: These TV stars lost weight with a lightening speed

The stars of our tinsel town are paid to look good. They work out even in the hardest of situations to maintain their physique. But there were some of these stars who were not so chiseled before. But now they have shown tremendous change and have shredded multiple kilos from their bodies.

Lets have a look at the celebrities who had shed pounds and become a fitsinspiration for us all.

1. Juhi Parmar – Popular TV actress Juhi Parmar who is best known for ‘KumKum’, is all set to make a comeback on television. Juhi Parmar took a break from acting when she became a mother. excited to make a come back on TV and for this she lost 17 Kilos.

2. Dilip Joshi – popularly known as Jethalal of the popular show, ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ shedding almost 10 kgs in last December. He shares for the weight-loss for a healthy lifestyle and he followed a strict diet for it.

3. Vahbiz Dorabjee – On a break for the past couple of years is recently seen in ‘Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant’. Some time back she lost 1o Kilos. According to Vahbiz, ” I lost 10 kilos now. I do functional training four to five times a week. It is very difficult and requires a lot of strength and stamina, but I was determined to get back into shape. And I am looking my best as well as feeling my best.”

4. Ankit Gera – Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke’ actor Ankit lost 18 kg to plummet the scale from 90 kg to 72 kg.

5. Jay Soni – ‘Sasural Genda Phool’ actor Jay Soni, who weighed 93 kg, lost 30 kg in six months. He says, “I lost 4 kg in just 20 days. I quit junk food and started drinking a lot of water. I hit the gym for heavy workouts and also took to skipping.”

6. Ram Kapoor: The TV actor, who won acclaim playing lead roles in serials like Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and Kasamh Se, decided to follow a strict routine to shed extra pounds. The actor started working out around two years ago and has been gradually losing weight and getting in shape.

7. Rashmi Desai – Rashmi lost around 1o Kilos weight. “I go to my yoga class regularly. If I miss a class in the morning, I make sure to attend in the evening. We, as actors, burn out fast. Yoga helps keeping us fit,” she said.

8. Gunjan Utreja – In an interview Gunjan revealed that at a time his weight reach 83 kgs. He Says, “It took me some time to start the weight-loss programme as I had to recover completely,” says he, Madhubala actor adding, “I wanted an athletic physique in three months. I would train twice a day — 60 minutes of functional training, 30 minutes of cardio in mornings and 60 minutes of cardio in evenings. I quit sugar, salt and oily stuff.”
