Star Plus’ Suhani Si Ek Ladki recently had a major leap. Star Plus has been getting leaps in most of its shows these days. Silsila Pyaar Ka had the leap before and then Tamanna and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Now the latest one is Suhani Si Ek Ladki, which had the 10 years leap. Suhani and Yuvraaj’s children sweetly named Yuvaani and Yuvaan are shown post leap. They are reflection of their parents.
The destiny brings the siblings together by any school event or fun trip. Suhani and Yuvraaj got away from each other by a huge misunderstanding plotted by Yuvraaj’s Dadi, Chandrakala Birla. Dadi was very unsure of the babies’ skin tone, and did not wish any of the child to go on Suhani. But after bomb explosion, when Suhani was feeling guilty and decided to part away from Yuvraaj, Dadi could not let both her grandchildren get away from her. She accepted the girl child and gave away the baby boy to Suhani. Suhani assumes the baby girl died by the tension moments close to her pregnancy. The nurse lies to Suhani on Dadi’s orders.
Suhani raises their son Yuvaan alone, while Yuvraaj is raising their daughter Yuvaani with the help of Soumya. Soumya lost Krishna in the bomb blast. Soumya is then taken care of by Yuvraaj. He gave her Birla’s name. Soumya named her daughter Krishna, who regards Yuvraaj as her father. The story is becoming a love triangle again with Soumya, Yuvraaj and Suhani.
