Hi This is VHM back with a new FF on IB couple SHIVIKA….A slow yet Subtle love story……..
This is completely off track FF on Shivika and a college life and post college life of Shivika based FF…nothing to do with the track of IB….May be few of you can relate to this….you all know the characters and few characters will behave the same way as in real IB…few will be different……The Beginning would be slow and may bore you, but as i always say these beginning episodes will be crucial to form the further story……..
Please ignore the grammatical and spelling mistakes…….Hope the readers would support me the same way as they have supported me till date……based upon the response on this episode, i will be uploading the next episodes……

Anika went to Shivaay to question his actions…somewhere down the line she was happy with what Shivaay did, but still her past experiences overpowered her happiness and fear took over…..
Shivaay saw her coming and before she could storm out on him , he spoke
Shivaay “Ms.Surpanaka, relax….i know i pulled your cheeks but you were looking like an innocent small chubby kid then….nothing else..i mean no other intention…so now don’t scream on me over this….”
Anika stopped with his words….and looked at him in surprise
Shivaay “what ? Why are you surprised now?”
Anika”how did you know that i am coming to …” she couldn’t complete the sentence
Shivaay was equally surprised and didn’t utter a word….Anika came out of surprise and said
Anika “Shivaay, i know we are friends…i also understand all these are common in friendship,but ….i have a terrible pas…” she tried to complete but was cut off by
Shivaay ” okay am sorry…I apologised..you happy now?” He spoke a bit irritated
Anika was upset with how things are going
Anika “Mr.Ritchie Rich…I didn’t mean that…why are you upset?”
Shivaay ” we will talk later, class is about to start”
Anika nodded and left from there still being upset…Shivaay too went and took his seat…
MMR questioned Anika for being upset, and on other hand TMSD questioned Shivaay the same…both Shivaay and Anika chose not to say anything…Shivaay stared at Anika while her words echoed “how did you know that i am coming to” whenever he stared….but he chose not to look at her when she used to turn in pretext of talking to Madhuri and Rajni….
Day passed by and Anika completed her library schedule…..she slowly came out of morning’s incident and devoted her concentration on studies in library…Shivaay didn’t wait for Anika and left to home….
Anika while driving towards OM remembered Shivaay’s words and
Anika TAM “fel gaya raita…he asked me not to bring Champa…already he is upset and this action of mine will upset him more…uff Anika…ek kaam dhang se nahi karti”
She picked up Sahil and went to OM and then straight away to the study room which Rudra showed her the day before….she taught Om, Prinku and Rudra and when she assigned some work, she started studying…
After sometime Rudra took her to Gym room and explained what needs to be done..Rudra gave her , her excercise scedule and asked her to follow strictly to shed out extra kilos in a month…Anika agreed and payed him his salary in advance
The day was about to end and Shivaay was no where to be seen, she felt bad and turned to go…but didn’t find Sahil….
Anika “where is Sahil?”
Prinku “he is in bhayya’s room…i will bring him”
Anika” no it’s ok …i will go and get him”
Anika left to Shivaay’s room and saw Sahil and Shivaay studying in different corners ..Anika knocked the room door and both turned
Sahil “Anika didi…”
Anika”Sahil …we need to go back…it’s time…so pack your bags and come down”
Sahil left from there nodding yes….Anika looked at Shivaay whose chose not to look at her
Anika”okay enough Mr.Ritchie Rich…it’s over…I didn’t understand why are you still upset?”
Shivaay ” who said i am upset.”
Anika “it’s clearly showing on your face and in actions…see Mr.Ritchie Rich…i am very straightforward, don’t know how to speak politely with FRIENDS..she stressed the word FRIENDS…if there is something i feel odd, I generally come and ask…i was gonna do the same this morning ”
Shivaay ”i can’t believe you still are in same thoughts about morning incident”
Anika ”yeah..i am… aren’t you?”
Shivaay ”no..i am not”
Anika ”then why did you ignore me in the college and why did you not meet me even once after i came to your house”
Shivaay ”Ms.Surpanaka…i didn’t ignore you…i was concentrating on lectures and regarding not meeting you even once when you came home , it’s because, you have only said you are a tutor in this house not my friend…so why would i come and meet a tutor”
Anika was hurt and Shivaay could sense it…but both stayed mum …
Anika ”ok..got it SIR ”
Shivaay looked at her in shock
Anika ”i will leave SIR, my job to teach your brothers has ended for today…so i will leave SIR”
Shivaay ”oh stop it Ms.Surpanaka…sir…sir…sir…what have you startednow”
Anika ”you only said na sir, that if i am tutor you are my boss…so i generally call my boss either SIR or MADAM/MAM…so ”
Shivaay ”you know what !! i cannot win any argument over you…you are just impossible”
Anika ”then why do you argue…why don’t you say the reason for being upset with me in the morning?”
Shivaay ”will tell you at the right time..happy?”
Anika ”okay…but you have to tell”
Shivaay ”sure”
Anika ”fine…i am leaving Mr.Ritchie Rich..gud night”
Shivaay ”Do you want me to drop you?”
Anika ”no…i brought my scooty…so i will go” she smiled and left from there
Shivaay looked at her going and
Shivaay TAM ”you are right Ms.Surpanaka….i was upset not for what i did or because i apologised ..your question surprised me and made me think how did i know that you were coming to question me…why do your tears leave me impacted…why does your smile and crazy side comes before me every time, even though you are not infront of me or near me….i am feeling that i am getting affected by you and your presence…i don’t want to deviate from my ambition….so i didn’t pick you from college or meet you when you were in home…..i know and understand in all this, you are not at fault …you are my FRIEND and will always be my FRIEND…may be we become BEST FRIENDS too …but there can never be …. ”
He shelved his thoughts at that point and got back to work determined he will only be friends with her
————-DAYS PASSED BY
Anika, Shivaay, MMR AND TDSM everyone bonded well…they used to crack jokes, share lunch and talk during breaks….it was a big large group…however Shivaay and Anika’s bonding was special…they started to understand each other without words….
Shivaay spoke to Anika everyday in college..but in OM they acted as strangers , in particular as professionals …however it was getting impossible for both of them to behave that way…..and was reaching threshold…Anika couldn’t say to Shivaay to just end this , but definitely expected Shivaay to come forward and stop this unnecessary avoiding drama…..Shivaay too thought the same….
——————-One day in college
The fourth internals ended and Anika topped the exam and was awarded the GOLDEN EGG …. and then the lunch break followed…Raghav and everyone else came and congratulated Anika…she thanked everyone…
MMR, TMSD , Shivaay , Anika sat and were having their lunch
Daksh ”Anika…what do you eat ? tell me secret…i mean look at you , you teach OmRu, you study, you manage your house and then you top the exams..how…how i ask you…how?”
Anika ”don’t embarrass me Daksh…you all are also equally talented”
Sid ”naah…not more than you”
Tia ”So Shivaay ….we know Anika as a student is no doubt brilliant…Howz Anika as teacher?what’s the impact of Anika’s teaching on OmRu ? ”
Shivaay ”how will i know?”
Mallika ”What do you mean by how will i know?”
Anika and Shivaay looked at each other…and bent their heads as to concentrating on food
Mallika ”guys…i am asking something…will either of you kindly answer me” she said irritated
Anika ”Shivaay and I don’t talk to each other in OM…we act as professionals…i am tutor and he is ” she didn’t complete the sentence
Everyone were shocked
Mamta ”Anika are you serious? i mean which sort of friends do this…in college friends, in home no talks…i mean like really?”
Rajni ”i guess they are not friends may be”
Anika and Shivaay looked at Rajini in surprise and everyone else frowned their eyebrows…
Sid ”oooooooo…some gossip there…what’s running between them then Rajini, do you have any idea?”
Tia ”shut up Sid…they are just friends”
Daksh ”let’s ask the one who created the stir…Rajni answer…if they are not friends then who are they?”
Rajni ”i mean to say they are not friends, but they are acting to be friends… that was what i meant…what did you all think”
she winked naughtily..
Anika and Shivaay looked at each other and took a deep breath…..and so did everyone relax
Madhuri ”i guess you both should talk alone and sort this out…otherwise it looks odd…come on guys go and talk alone and sort this out”
Anika ”I won’t… this Mr.Ritchie Rich started all this…the first day i went and spoke to him and he taunted me, so now i don’t want to talk anything over this”
Shivaay ”ohh hello Ms.Surpanaka…it was you who said this infront of my whole family” he turned towards the rest and said …you know what she said ”In College we are friends but in your home i am tutor”
Anika ”and then what did you say , reveal that too”
Shivaay ”what did i say..i said nothing”
Anika ”what the hell…” she looked at rest and said ”he said ”okay if you are tutor then i am your boss…””
Shivaay ”and for this she started calling me SIR in home…can you believe it”
Anika ”then what should i say”
Shivaay ”in first place why did you start” he looked at Anika
Anika ”do you know something called sarcasm or fun?”
Shivaay ”better than you”
Anika ”i doubt”
Shivaay ”you better not”
During all this banter the rest were just turning their heads to whoever were speaking…..fed up they held their heads…..and when it reached beyond their patience level
Mallika ”ok Guys enough..you guys are too much…fighting like kids…even small kids are enough matured than you”
Anika ”exactly…kids are much matured than Mr.Ritchie Rich”
Mamta ”You too are no less Anika…so relax”
Anika ”you don’t take his side Mamta…you were first my friend”
Shivaay ”Haan feed some sense into her brain”he took a pause and then said ”look Ms.Surpanaka here everyone is everyone’s friend”
Tia ”except you both”
Anika was about to say when
Tia ”enough guys…please…we are fed up…”
Sid ”i think Madhuri is right, you guys must sit and sort this…else ..you know what i am gonna say”
Anika and Shivaay turned towards opposite side……All others left leaving both of them….
Anika ”now will you speak something Mr.Ritchie Rich”
Shivaay ”what should I say?”
Anika ”Seriously you have nothing to say?”
Shivaay ”no…i mean”
they both turned towards each other….
Anika ”i am sorry”
Shivaay ”i am also sorry”
both thought of having a hug but stopped …but were unable to resist…
Anika ”ab de bhi do yaar”
Shivaay ”haan ab banta hain”
she moved towards him , he moved towards her …..both hugged each other …***THEIR FIRST HUG***
Both smiled and said ”FRIENDS”, then nodded horizontally and said ”BEST FRIENDS”
Anika ”i will kill you if you ignore me in your home, got it”
Shivaay ”Same here..i will also not think for a moment to kill you, if you ignore me in OM”
Anika ”okk fine”
Shivaay ”by the way …you have shed lots of weight…and i have observed these days you are not eating Aloo poori also…what’s special?”
Anika ”how did you know i used to eat Aloo poori everyday?” She asked surprised
Shivaay ”woh…woh..;” he looked here and there and said ”Class is starting and everyone will be waiting for us…shall we proceed” he thus skipped answering her question and she smiled seeing his inconvenience
Both joined their friends
T-M-S-D-MMR ”all sorted”
Shivika ”Yes”
they both smiled looking at each other
Daksh ”guys …i am super excited…study holidays starts tomorrow and freshers party next week..yuhuuu…party time guys…we need to buck up”
Anika’s face shrinked
Mamta ”what happened Anika?”
Mallika ”now please don’t tell me , you will not come to freshers”
Anika bent her head down
Tia ”Shivaay please tell her to come and attend the Fresher’s …come on Anika we are doing masters next we will settle somewhere else…these days will not come again Anika and we really want you to come”
Anika didn’t speak and then said
Anika ”guys time for class ..let’s get back to work ”
Shivaay ”Ms.Surpanaka we need answer right now”
Anika ”Mr.Ritchie Rich not now”
Mamta ”No Anika, Shivaay and Tia both are right…why don’t you come …come on, we don’t want to miss you”
Sid”yes…you must come”
Daksh ”just tell me where to pick you”
Anika ”guys, guys…i will try …can’t promise”
Mallika ”okk fine…guys we have two weeks study holidays , so we will be meeting right during the first exam…but but but…i want to meet you all once in a week”
T-S-D-MMR ”we are in”
Shivaay ”i will try…” he looked at Anika
Anika ”me too i will try”
Mallika ”to make everything easy , we meet on next thursday in OM …Anika and Shivaay will anyways be there”
Anika ”no..i will not be there”
Shivaay looked at her in surprise
MMR ”but why?”
Anika ”OmRu have holidays as their exams are ending tomorrow ..so they asked for a break…i too gave them break because we have exams…so i will not be going to OM till our semester ends…today is the last day i will be going there and will continue after our semester ends” she explained
Shivaay was disturbed and Anika looked at him with equally disturbed face…
Madhuri ”so what…just come on thursday…why can’t you come as friend?”
Tia ”exactly…just sometime everything was sorted ”
Anika didn’t speak anything and Shivaay too thought of speaking while leaving
