Hi This is VHM back with a new FF on IB couple SHIVIKA….A slow yet Subtle love story……..
This is completely off track FF on Shivika and a college life and post college life of Shivika based FF…nothing to do with the track of IB….May be few of you can relate to this….you all know the characters and few characters will behave the same way as in real IB…few will be different……The Beginning would be slow and may bore you, but as i always say these beginning episodes will be crucial to form the further story……..
Please ignore the grammatical and spelling mistakes…….Hope the readers would support me the same way as they have supported me till date……based upon the response on this episode, i will be uploading the next episodes……

————–DAY BEFORE FRESHER’S PARTY
Anika came as usual on time for the combined study….Shivaay also entered……
Shivaay ”Ms.Surpanaka before we start, what have you decided?”
Anika ”about what?”
Shivaay ”about Fresher’s party”
Anika ”Mr.Ritchie Rich…not again…you know i can’t come…so don’t force me”
Shivaay ”there must be some reason right?”
Anika ”yes, i have a reason..”
Shivaay ”and what’s that”
Anika TAM ”Should i say the actual reason, what will he think…he is my best friend he will not think bad of me…but still it’s only few days we became good friends …i just can’t trouble him with my past…he is sensitive …but he is my friend too…i will for sure reveal but i don’t think this is right time…i don’t want to hide anything from him ..if i say may be he might also not go..and this would sadden my rest of friends…true..”
Shivaay waved his hands , Anika came out of thoughts…
Shivaay ”where are you lost?”
Anika ”no where”
Shivaay ”then tell me what’s the reason”
Anika ”my family is conservative , so they are not comfortable with me going to party’s ” she lied
Shivaay ”ohh..i can understand..but still…for my sake come to the party…i will miss you and cannot enjoy if you are absent and…if not for me, atleast for MMR and TSMD come down…”
Anika ”Mr.Ricthie Rich but”
Shivaay ”pleaseeeeeee”
Anika was stunned ……
Shivaay ”look i don’t say please to anyone and this is the first time i am saying please …so say yes…”
Anika smiled ….shivaay too smiled and said ”that means you are coming”
Anika ”no…but will try maximum and now let’s get back to business , we need to complete many things”
Shivaay ”you are impossible”
Anika ”but you can be hopeful”
They both continued to study and after few hours they were done with studying….
Anika ”Mr.RitChie Rich..it’s time to leave…see you back soon…”
Shivaay ”i will wait for you tomorrow in the venue…” he left
Anika ”are you not coming downstairs to send me off”
Shivaay ”no, not in a mood to come down as you still didn’t confirm”
Anika ”crazy you”
Shivaay ”bye”
Anika went downstairs and was dragged by Jhanvi , Pinky and Prinku
Anika ”aunty ji you both? what happened?”
Pinky ”OMM..i heard you are not going to party’s tomorrow…why’s?”
Anika ”woh Aunty ji…actually”
Jhanvi ”look Anika ..if you have any problem then you can just say…else i would suggest you to go…these are the memories that will stay back for lifetime…so you must go”
Anika just listened..Pinky bought a heavy dress for Anika and gave it to her
Pinky ”take this dress and wear it tomorrow…prinku suggested that this will suit’S you the best’s and we couldn’t deny’s..”
Anika ‘Aunty ji…please no…i can’t take this Aunty ji…sorry…you all are giving me so much love that is enough…this is too much for me…i just can’t take it”
Prinku ”Anika didi …you are not just our mere tutor, you have become a part of our family…you know what after you leave when we have dinner , everyone talks about you…we just can’t stop thinking about you and regarding this dress …you can’t deny me because you have only said that you will always be like my elder sister…so wouldn’t you accept this for your younger sister?”
Anika ”prinku…i will always be..but relations and gifts are two different things…both should not be mixed ..so”
Jhanvi ”ohho Anika …don’t be so formal…i think it’s only that we have accepted you to be a part of our family but you haven’t accepted us”
Anika ”no aunty ji…not like that”
Pinky ”then it’s finals …you are taking this..and you are going to partys also…now no more arguments”
Anika just couldn’t speak anything…..she had tears of happiness…
Jhanvi ”Awee….come give me a hug”
Pinky ‘me’s too”
Prinku ”i too want to hug”
Anika hugged all of them and thanked them from her heart….
Anika ”i cannot deny you all Aunty ji…i will wear this for tomorrow’s party”
Prinku ”that means you are going…yeyyy”
Anika ”yes…but don’t say it to anyone …specially your brother”
Prinku ”done”
They all smiled and Anika left from there……..she came back home and tried the dress…it was perfect fit……
she just waited for the next day but then reality hit her…”BUA”
Anika went to SB (Sundari Bua’s room) and knocked the door
SB ”Now what?”
Anika ”tomorrow there is a party …i mean fresher’s party ..and i am planning to ”
SB ”Ohh so you are again going to party…i am shocked you didn’t learn a lesson from previous happenings….listen …do whatever you want but if the same scene repeats …even Sahil cannot save you this time…”
Anika ”Bua ji…whatever happened earlier i was not at fault and neither did something major happened …it was unfortunate…this time i will not take any chance and be active”
SB ”just go to hell…”
she shut the door on Anika’s face pushing her outside the room…..Anika was hurt…
Anika TAM ”i just feel like running away somewhere alone …but i can’t leave Sahil…his future depends on me…i want to complete my studies at the earliest and settle …i am tired of this everyday taunts and rants…with no piece of peace ..i am getting depressed …how i wish i had a good family as Mr.Ritchie Rich has…how they love me despite being an outsider…my luck has never favoured me and i know my such wish will always remain a wish never getting fulfilled…” she sighed and left to her room
————NEXT DAY , THE DAY OF FRESHER’S PARTY
Anika woke and completed her usual daily chores…she went to the local phone booth and called Mamta…..she informed Mamta to pick her up from the bus stop….also asked not to tell any of their friends that she is arriving to the party…Mamta was super happy and was jumping with joy on the other side…Anika came back after disconnecting the call….
The much awaited evening arrived…seniors and juniors were present…the music was on…the food and drinks (no alcohol) were placed….everyone came, except Mamta and Anika…..
Shivaay, Tia, Mallika, Sid, Daksh, Madhuri and Rajni were turn by turn looking at entrance…..
Rajni ”What happened to Mamta…why is she not here?”
Madhuri ”no idea…may be she is struck somewhere”
Shivaay ”Hey is Mamta too skipping the party…i know Ms.Surpanaka will not be coming…but what about Mamta?”
Madhuri ”we were just talking the same Shivaay, even Mamta is not here…i spoke to her before starting here, she said she will be arriving…..i hope she is safe and nothing wrong might have happened”
Shivaay ”don’t worry nothing might have happened…”
TSMD were also surprised and were worried for Mamta along with Shivaay , Madhuri and Rajni
Suddenly the music was off and everyone were looking at the entrance with open mouths and widened eyes…..
Raghav ran towards the entrance this made Shivaay and group turned towards the entrance…even their jaws dropped ……there stood Mamta and behind her was Anika…….
Anika was looking drop dead gorgeous….her lehenga with crop top, waist petite after shedding the extra kilos, minimal make up, silky hair which was left open , a matching clutch and a bracelet with matching shoes…none could take off their eyes…
Anika looked at everyone who were staring at her….she turned to Mamta and said
Anika ”mamta am i looking like a joker…why is everyone staring at me like that? that’s why i said i wouldn’t attend the party…now i am feeling so embarassed”
Mamta ”relax…you are looking gorgeous…when a typical tomboyish, geek nerd lady turns into a super beautiful angel the reaction will be like this…now just calm down . relax and walk ahead….look Shivaay and group are waiting for us eagerly”
They both started walking towards their friends, the music was on and everyone was smiling….
Raghav came to Anika and
Raghav ”Anika…you are looking super gorgeous…can i please click a pic of yours?”
Anika ”raghav…please…every gal here is looking gorgeous…and i am not comfortable with pics and all…so sorry”
Raghav ”come on Anika…we are also friends”
Anika ”yeah..but sorry..no means no …please understand yaar”
Raghav ”okk…will you shake a leg with me”
Anika ”i want to meet my friends first…if you can please excuse me”
Raghav again felt uncomfortable with her answers..Anika ignored and went to her friends
Shivaay didn’t utter a word but just stealed glances
Daksh ”not bad Ms.Surpanaka….you are once again the show stopper”
Anika ”shut up Daksh”
Mallika ”this time i agree with Daksh…literally everyone’s jaws dropped down after seeing you..”
Madhuri ”but before that …i am so happy you have come..never expected this”
Anika looking at Shivaay said ”couldn’t deny someone’s affection …so had to come” she smiled
Tia ”whoever it is …thanks to them…you are here atleast”
Sid ”Ms.Surpanaka one dance please” he spoke extending his hands
Anika ”sure” she gave her hand , passing by Shivaay
Shivaay took Mallika’s hand while Daksh took Madhuri’s hand….
Tia , Mamta and Rajni danced with seniors….the music was loud and the dance was going on…Anika and Shivaay collided……..they both looked at each other…shivaay extended his hand for dance and Anika placed her hand on his agreeing…Shivaay held her waist..Anika looked at Shivaay…she held his shoulders…Shivaay smiled ..they were dancing in a rhythm and
Shivaay ”you are looking beautiful…” he said looking into her eyes
Anika ”thank you” she said a bit embarrassed, taking off her eyes off him
Shivaay ”actually you are looking beautiful…because you are looking like a young girl now”
Anika ”what do you mean young girl…off course i am a girl”
Shivaay ”naah…you are devil…forgot your name Ms.Surpanaka” he smiled
Anika ”devil’s friend is also a devil” she replied
Shivaay ”when did you change your decision?”
Anika ”Jhanvi aunty, Pinky aunty and Prinku changed my decision”
Shivaay ”whaat?”
Anika explained what happened a day before…Shivaay smiled
Shivaay ”so it was a surprise for me”
Anika ”don’t even think i will surprise you…it was a surprise for everyone”
Shivaay ”yeah …yeah…i could see…how everyone looked at you…but i must agree…you are really looking gorgeous Ms.Surpanaka…never imagined you could be so beautiful besides being intelligent and studious”
Anika ”you too are no less Mr.Ricthie Rich…if i am looking gorgeous , you are looking smoking handsome”
Shivaay ”say something new”
Anika ”okk ..you want new…then listen…you are looking like a stupid idiot ”
Shivaay ”what the wuck”
Anika ”best of luck”
Shivaay ”what was that?”
Anika ”nothing wuck-luck rhythm …”
Shivaay ”nothing can happen of you”
Anika ”you too”
Shivaay ”thank you for coming…this day couldn’t have been fun without you”
Anika ”am i so special?”
Shivaay ”you know the answer”
They both were smiling, when Raghav came and said
Raghav ”Shivaay…can i steal your friend for sometime…i was just waiting to dance with her”
Shivaay ”sure…all yours” he turned towards Anika and said ”enjoy”
Anika gave a deathly glare while Shivaay smirked
Raghav held Anika’s hand and started dancing with her…he tried to speak but Anika was getting uncomfortable…..
Raghav ”What happened Anika…you were okay till sometime…but why do you behave odd with me?”
Anika ”nothing like that…actually i am tired”
Raghav ”don’t give me excuses ..” he spoke in a rather big tone…Anika was stunned
Anika ”raghav behave…everyone is looking at us”
Raghav ”just wait a minute..i am right back”
Anika looked here and there…her friends were somewhere and she was not able to find them properly…she searched for Shivaay he was also nowhere…plus the music was too loud….suddenly the music stopped and Raghav came to Anika and brought her to the center of the stage
Anika ”what are you doing Raghav?”
Raghav knelt down and said ”I am in love with you Anika…not because today you are looking gorgeous.. but right from day 1 when i saw you for the first time in college…you were different, unique from everyone…your attitude, your dedication, your intelligence everything made a huge impact on me…i thought to say this to you long back in person…but i thought to let you know in open amidst all the seniors and our classmates …i know i have bought tears in your eyes once, but that was not intentional…your rudeness pricked me and i just did that in a moment of rage….though i never meant that…it is very rare to get a girl who is beautiful, intelligent and can manage everything perfectly and all these qualities are by natural in you…so i just want to say I LOVE YOU…would you love me back?”
Anika looked at everyone who was looking at both of them as if they are waiting to know the answer from Anika
Anika was searching for her best friend now, he was nowhere to be seen…she started taking steps backwards and ran from there without looking back……
MMR came back to senses after the shock and tried following her…but it was too late Anika disappeared in darkness……..
