(TWINKLE)
We both settled down opposite to each other in the living room. Kunj was wearing a blue shirt along with black pants. I wondered how could someone look so handsome all the time!
We didn’t know what to talk. We kept staring at each other and stealing a few glances in between. “Do you drink?”, he asked me. ‘Does he hate girls who drink?’, was the first thought that struck my mind.
“Yeah, why? Don’t you?”, I questioned him back. “I do, but in a limit. I don’t have alcohol stored in my flat”, he replied. “Oh, do you stay alone?”, I asked. “Yeah”, he replied ruffling up his hair. ‘He looks cute’, I thought.
“Usually guys tend to drink more”, I mused. “Do you like guys who drink more?”, he asked. ‘What the hell!’, I cursed him for his words right at the moment in my mind. “I don’t mind guys who drink or smoke. Being bad isn’t that worse either”, I remarked.
He rubbed the back of his neck and smiled at me, an unusual one. I wondered what was going on in his mind. He got up from the sofa and walked towards me. I hurriedly got up from my place and said, “I’ll get my phone from the room.”
I was nervous. I don’t know how I’d react to the proximity between us. I didn’t want him to know about me been stalking him and developing a soft corner for him. He sat down on my place and pulled me onto his lap.
“K..Kunj”, I stammered as he wrapped his arms around my waist. I liked the feeling of being so close to him, but I wondered what would he think if he saw me completely flushed out. I looked into his eyes which were earnestly looking at me. He tucked the hair strand behind my ear and stroked my cheek. I couldn’t help, but blush.
Suddenly my phone rang and I immediately got up from his lap. I cursed the person for calling me during the intimate moment between us. I ran inside to pick up the call, but it was disconnected. ‘Was it just to disturb our moment?’, I thought furrowing my brows.
___
“Would you mind a playing a game with this liquor?”, I asked as the two of us gulped in one peg. “No”, he replied. “Let’s have a competition then”, I said. “What competition?”, he asked resting his hands on the arm seater of the sofa.
“We’re going to see who drinks more of this liquor and the one who drinks more should give a dare to the other person and they should complete it”, I said pouring out another peg for both of us. “Get another bottle”, he commanded. I laughed and went to get another bottle.
___
“Kunj, I’m going to win”, I said completing my fifth peg. “I won’t let you Ms. Taneja”, he replied and gulped in his fifth shot. I liked the way he competed for everything. We gulped down a few more pegs and after my eleventh peg, I gave up.
“Kunj, it’s over. You win”, I declared while he gulped his twelfth peg. We both were totally drunk by now and I tried getting up from my place, but again fell down.
“Your dare”, Kunj said looking at me with his unusual smile completely out of his senses. “What?”, I asked him like a complete drunkard. “You need to kiss me”, he replied. “Okay”, I said and got up from my place.
I stumbled while walking towards him and slightly pecked his right cheek. “Dare completed”, I announced and clapped. He held my hands and pulled me closer to himself while I fell upon the arm rest.
“He.. Here”, he said pointing at his lips.

A/N: This story will be including a good lot of premarital romance. Hope no one has an objection regarding it.
