Here is today’s epi…
SCENE-1
Its night…Shruti searches for a picture in her laptop which Sid asked for…By then she comes across a picture of their freshers day…Arnav and Shruti were holding hands in that picture..It is the picture which was taken when they danced on their freshers day…
Shruti could not move to the next picture…She keeps rewinding the day…How she proposed him,how he made her dance…She has tried her best not to think about him for the past three years…But she cannot do that…She gets his memories whenever she crosses his class in college…On the last day of her college,she thought that she wont get his memories as she has finished her college…But now this picture made her think about him…
Shruti’s pov :
I have tried my best not to think of u…But I cannot…I keep on cheating myself by saying that u mean nothing to me…And I know…I am a loser…I should have told u that I loved u…But even now I could not say that to u…Because things wont work out between us…If we are married,we will be continuously quarrelling with each other…And I know that u did not love me and u never will…So,I thought of hiding my feelings..Now u have gone far away and I heard that u did not even come once in these three years…U might have got married to ur girlfriend by now…I pray to God that he gives happiness to u…”
She got tears in her eyes…”Stop it Shruti…Move on”,she says herself…
SCENE-2
Its morning…Arnav is sitting in the balcony of his apartment having a cup of coffee in his hand…
Arnav’s pov :
It has been three long years since I came here,but I cannot have an emotional connect with this place…I am not feeling home…I miss my mom so much…My sister,dad and my whole family…And I miss Vicky to the core…Even if I talk with them everyday,I want to see them…I miss them terribly…But if I go there,I would be meeting HER…I don’t want to meet her…”
He sighs…
SCENE-3
Arnav gets ready to go his office…He is having his breakfast and calls his home in video call…His sister,Vividha takes the call…
Vividha : Hi Bhaiyya…How are u??
Arnav : I am fine dear…How are u??
Vividha : I am good bhaiyya…
Arnav : Where is mom??
Vividha : Bhaiyya…What are u having for breakfast??
Arnav : Vivi…Answer my question…Where is mom??
By then his father Amar comes…
Amar : Hello beta…How are u??
Arnav : I am fine papa…How are u?
Amar : I am fine beta…
Arnav’s eyes searches for his mom behind his dad..
Amar : I know whom u are searching for beta…She is angry with u…She told that she will not talk to u…She is in the room…
Arnav : Papa…Please make her talk with me…I will clarify…
Amar : Wait beta…
He takes the phone to her…
Arnav : Mumma…Please listen to me ma…
Jhanvi(his mom): I wont talk to u…
She turns the other side…
Arnav : Mumma…Why are u angry??
Jhanvi : Achcha beta…U don’t know why I am angry??
Arnav looks on…
Jhanvi : It has been three years since u left india…Don’t u miss us?? Don’t u have time to come and see us??
Arnav : Nahi mumma…
Jhanvi : I don’t want ur excuses…I am not a kid to believe all that…I am missing u terribly…I want to see u…Whenever I say that u keep on saying excuses…I will not listen to u anymore…I will talk to u on ur face only hereafter…I don’t want these skype calls anymore…Stop being an irresponsible son.…Make arrangements to return to india…Or else u cant talk to ur mother anymore…Remember that…
By saying that she leaves the room…
Arnav got tears in his eyes…
Arnav : Papa…Am I an irresponsible son??
Amar : No beta…She is talking in anger…Don’t take it seriously…But I also think that it will be good if u come here once and see us…
Vividha : Bhaiyya…It would be better if u come here forever…We would live like before…
Arnav smiles weakly…
SCENE-4
Jhanvi’s words keep on echoing in Arnav’s ears…He cannot accept that he is an irresponsible son…Tears start flooding…
“Does mumma think that I am an irresponsble son? No…I am surely not…I love my parents a lot…But…Ya…I was a bit selfish…I left them for my good…To stay away from Shruti…I should not have done it…I should take care of my parents…I should have controlled my mind instead of running here…I did a big mistake…I want to go back to india…I don’t want to be here anymore…I am matured now and I can control my feelings…Varsha is my only love and will be…Evenif I see Shruti there,I wont talk to her…But she is very talented that she might have got job abroad…She might have gone to some other country…So I am resigning this job and Going back to my home”..
He decides and resigns his job…He is about to return in a week…
SCENE-5
Shruti and her friends are in a hotel…
Shruti : Thank God…We somehow got treat from this Abhi idiot…
Abhi raises his collar..
Sid : He might have cheated us now too…But we have got it because of our perseverance only…
Swadhu : This is the fruit of our continuous untiring effort…
They have their foods..
Abhi : From next week onwards,we have to go to job no??
Shruti : Of couse…Our student life is over before a month …We have to go for the job na??
Sid : But Swadhu…I will miss u a lot..
He says that holding Swadhu’s hands…
Abhi : Oh God..I cant bear him…U are doing like this only to irritate me no??(to Shruti) Do u know?? Since then He proposed her he has been doing things to irritate me…Poor me…I don’t have a girlfriend…
Sid : U duffer…I am not trying to irritate u…I am just showing my love to my sweetheart…
Abhi : Ohh God…Why are u testing me?? Look Sid..One day I will also get a girlfriend…But I willl not get I think..(to Shruti) Will u be my girlfriend atleast??
Shruti : No no no no…
Abhi : Wait and watch…I will get a beautiful girl…
Swadhu : Lets see..
Abhi : But I can irritate u too Sid…God has placed Swadhu and me in the same office…Poor u…U have to work with this Talkative Shruti…
Swadhu : (to Sid) Ya Sid…I will miss both of u badly…
Shruti : Don’t worry dear…We will meet often..
Sid : Thank God we did not take up jobs abroad…It would be terrible…
Abhi : I would have gone…I might have got a foreign girl…
Swadhu : Idiot..
Shruti : Whatever it is…Our motherland is the best…As we say east or west…Home is the best…
