Sagar is with Amma ji. She has fallen asleep. He slowly, carefully tries taking his hand back but she holds it tightly. Are you leaving me? He denies. I am here only. She talks of his childhood. I used to sing lullaby for you when you were a kid. You used to fall asleep in no time. He thinks of the memory. They both say it together. Sagar is in tears. He recalls all the times when his Dadi has been concerned for him. Ganga and Pulkit come there. Amma ji has fallen asleep. Pulkit asks Sagar to come. Mom is calling you for dinner. Pulkit sits down in his place holding Amma ji’s hand. Sagar leaves. Ganga looks at the house temple.

Madhvi gives instructions to Maharaj ji to bring Sagar’s favourite food. Sagar joins them. He keeps looking at his mother as she excitedly begins to serve him food. Will

Ganga says he wont die if he wont eat food one day. Everything will be over if we lose case. Sagar asks Ganga where she is taking him. Ganga tells Sudha not to let Madhvi come upstairs. I have to talk to him about something important. She takes Sagar to his room. Madhvi is angry. I will just go and see her. Sudha asks her to stop. It must be something important.

Sagar comes to his room. He is all shocked as he thinks of that unfateful day. He refuses to go inside. I cannot face it again. She says it is important. Be a little brave. You will find light if you will step out of this darkness. I am with you. Nothing will happen to you. You have to do this to remove this stain from your name, to gain freedom. He keeps backtracking so she gives him Amma ji’s swear. Do it for her if not for anyone else. Please come inside. I am with you. She holds his hand and takes him inside. She keeps trying to encourage him. You are going to actually commit suicide by accepting the crime that you haven’t done. Think about your family. We have lost Janvi already. Pulkit and Sudha try to make Madhvi understand but in vain. No one understands my pain. Door bell rings.

Inspector walks in. We have come to take Sagar.

He shouts back that he dint see anyone. Inspector asks Sagar to come. It is time. Ganga breaks down seeing Inspector coming to take Sagar. Pulkit holds her. Sagar thinks of Ganga’s questions. He recalls meeting Mehri that day when he had come home. He takes Mehri’s name. I met her when I was coming towards the room. I asked her about Janvi but she said that she does not know. She left then. Inspector takes Sagar with him.

Madhvi packs dinner for Sagar. Ganga advises Sagar not to sign any papers in lockup. Madhvi gives lunch box to Sagar. Your papa will free you. You are not alone. We are all with you. Inspector returns it to Madhvi. You need to take permission for it. Madhvi tries to make him understand. It is only food. Pulkit says it isn’t allowed. Please understand. Madhvi is in tears. It is no crime to give food to my kid. Put me in jail too if it is a crime but I wont hear anything. Sagar assures her he is fine. Don’t cry please. I wont be able to go otherwise. He seeks Inspector’s permission to see his Dadi once. Inspector allows him.

Sagar holds Amma ji’s hand while she is still sleeping. He kisses her hand.

Madhvi tells Sagar not to worry. We are with you. your papa will be home soon. She hugs him. He says I am fine Ma. Nothing has happened to me. Sagar tells Sudha Bua to handle Dadi when she wakes up. Don’t tell her anything about me till she takes medicines.

Precap: Ganga realises that Mehri has not come to their house from the next day of Janvi’s death. I am sure Mehri knows something about Janvi’s death. She might have seen something or heard something. We must meet her. She leaves with Pulkit. Palash notices Pulkit and Ganga going somewhere.
