Gangaa 2nd June 2017 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Ganga recalls watching the poison bottle. She comes to Shiv and tells him to delay his wedding, Aasha isn’t how she appears to be. She saw poison bottle in her room and the cat was also dead upstairs. Shiv tells Ganga she has not been able to accomplish her desires, he was the well wisher who helped her but she started to look for a partner in that well wisher. He shows her the half burnt letter and asks if she was really true why she burnt the letter. Ganga says there is a huge misunderstanding. Shiv takes her outside and tells Kushal to drop Ganga outside.
In the jeep, Kushal assures Ganga that he and Riya are with her, they won’t let her go. He takes Ganga to a hiding. At home, Savitri tells Pratab that Shiv would be half dead as Ganga has left, it is easy to kill him completely.
Ganga cries in her hiding, saying she doesnt want to lose anything else in her life. Riya comes there and hugs Ganga. Ganga tells Riya that Shiv’s life is endangered. She must stay away with him all the time.
In the room, Aasha was ready as a bride. She speaks to Parvati’s photo that Shiv killed her, now she must revenge Shiv of Parvati’s death.
Shiv walks towards the ruins and finds Ganga’s letter there.
At the wedding, everyone ask about Shiv. Riya comes to Ganga and says Shiv has left without informing anyone. Ganga leaves behind him saying she knows where Shiv must be. Shiv gets Pratab’s call, Shiv tells Pratab he can’t marry Aasha. Pratab leaves for the ruins. Aasha comes behind Shiv. She says its good Shiv denied to marry her, he has killed Parvati and she came for Parvati’s revenge. She says she wanted to take support of Radhika for that revenge, but Radhika brought Ganga between the matter. She says it was not Parvati but she who went to the ruins to meet someone. She tells Shiv that he neither loved Parvati nor Ganga. Aasha points a gun over Shiv. Gagna jerks Aasha’s hand away, she tells Aasha that Shiv loved Parvati and he didn’t kill Parvati. She tells them she went to the place where Parvati had an acident, she found blood stains over the wall and pearl necklace that might belong to the murderer. Shiv asks Ganga why she didn’t tell him about it earlier, he would just go to police. Pratab comes behind with a gun, he says he would now kill Shiv and Ganga as he killed Parvati. Shiv wrestles with Pratab. The family had reached there too, but Pratab held the gun stubborn. During the wrestling with Shiv, the gun shot was pointed towards Savitri. Shiv runs to Savitri, she apologizes Shiv for always being a step to him. The police comes there to arrest Pratab. Savitri was carried to hospital. Aasha comes and apologize Shiv and Ganga.
Ganga spends a happy time with Shiv and family, bringing in positive change among the family.
Shiv speaks to audience, “He never tried to take Sagar’s place in Ganga’s life.”
Ganga speaks about the changes she brought in Shiv and his family’s life. She inaugurates the school.
The show has ended.

Yay!!!!!! Its a happy ending!! So please Shiv got to learn the truth and finally, Gangaa has admitted her love for Shiv. Shall look forward to watching this episode tonight. It was a bit touch and go, so pleased Ganga got her happiness and Shiv got to learn of Ganga’s feelings for him.

Thank god this show is over we r Finally free from this torture…. gangaa is really really characterless character ever on serial industry….. seriously she was going to kiss shivvv!!!!!!! She never tried to kiss sagar or intimate wid him it was only sagar who always tries to come closer to gangaa….. how can a woman fall so low nd cheap……after all this bullshit of 2.5 yrs the directors proved that the sagar’s role of 2 yrs was useless it was unnecessary just to have a hero becoz widout hero nobody watches the show they introduced sagar a really useless character after wasting 2.5 yrs wht directors showed is really wierd gangaa was ‘happily’married to shiv then why they introduced sagar nd we watster 2.5 yrs just in hope that someday they vl marry nd have kids nd the serial vl end on happy note of sagar nd gangaa ridiculous….at the end gangaa said that ‘it was very difficult to come out of the past but we came’ wht gangaa wants to prove by saying this she was in grief of sagar’s death for 15 days this type of women in out society r stain on women she didn’t even look for krishna after sagar’s death pls tell me guys which mother can forget her child nd concentrate on herself….. no people who r in deeply love wid someone either its a women or men can’t do another marriage its a disrespect to the people they love.. shiv took 3 yrs to love someone else but gangaa she just took 3 weeks…… i tell u guys wht was directors logic they introduced saga saying that gangaa sagar mei jaa kar milti h.. but after revamp thier logic was gangaa shiv ki jataaon se nikalti h isn’t too funny?????LOL……. we just wasted our precious time in the hope that saga someday vl unite…… in the end shiv sagar ki photo per mala chada rha tha i laugh too hard that time that tears came out of my eyes… tears aslo came out when i saw gangaa marrying shiv… she was so happy means nothing happend… directors stoop so low didn’t they fell cheap by writing this type of story??? thay cud end this show on 15 jan instead of that blo*dy revamp they cud end the show at that time but noo they wanted to continue this bullshit show ok they introduced shiv fine but they had a golden chance in march when vishal came again instead of him showing dying they cud show shiv becoming negative nd shooting sagar but sagar was saved nd end the serial…… hate this serial moree… AA THUUU!!!

Ganga is lucky to have found a suitor like Shiv which rarely happens
I agree with Satya that the storyline has been drawn from mythology where ganga was arrogant and he calms her by tying her in his hair , he was particularly fond of Ganga his second wife.
I too liked the pairing of Shiv and Ganga< Sagar and Ganga were too much like each other, Shiv is calm and mature and can handle wildness of Ganga, agree with Apeksha.
So Summer an ending to your liking. It was particularly nice to read your comments, will miss you

I like your theory,’ love is a energy which never dies’, so true. Even though one goes through loss, they adapt to their new circumstances, but love never dies. In fact, love is so powerful, we make more room in our heart to continue loving and enough room to love others too. I think if you get stuck in the past, as you mention, the river ganga will become stagnant, likewise, in life; the person will become bitter and sad, stuck wallowing in self pity and unable to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Really nice ending but first time I felt that the serial may continue for a week because the bonding between shiv and Ganga is superb in climax but ending is nice

Gangaa has ended.. with almost 600 episodes (a total of 595 eps.), I have enjoyed the journey of Gangaa thoroughly!! I have loved watching the little Gangaa, beautiful as a bride, serene as a widow, full of mischief and self respect grow up into a beautiful swan with her loyalty and self respect intact. I have liked all the plots and twists, loved most of them, got annoyed, upset and sad with a few but never hated any single episode. All the characters starting from my favourite Niranjan Chaturvedi and Madhvi to the bittersweet AmmaJi and lovable Maharaj Ji to the cute Sagar, our Gangaa’s best friend and lover/ husband and Pulkit Bhaiyya followed by Shiv, Krishna, Radhika, Riya and Kushal also were a treat to watch!!
Even the villains performed their roles to perfection, I guess Zoya and Prabha were the most villainous of them all 😛 😛
Have watched all the episodes from day 1 to today. Gangaa was, is and will always be a special and among my favourite serials. Thankyou the director,Writer and everyone associated with this serial for including me in the beautiful journey of Gangaa!!! 😀

I am very glad with the happy ending. Finally the show has ended with a positive note. One thing I couldn’t understand is that just for prolonging the serial for 4months the makers have ruined a beautiful family.
We have waited for a long time for Saga
reunion. They should have ended the show few months back with Saga reunion.

My point is why to kill the entire Chaturvedi family,Sagar and Krishna.They should have ended the serial 4 months ago.

Just watched the episode…very fitting ending. So good to see Pratap get punished and nice that it ended on a happy note. Pleasant surprise to see Savitri admits her mistakes and changed her ways. Overall nice to see the jha household come together as one and live in peace and harmony. Thank you writers for granting the wish of Ganga fans of a happy ending.

Yesterday I got quite frustrated but today’s ending was very relevant and a lovely one……….but I think writers should have continued it as serial shouldn’t refer to obstacles coming in way but also happy episodes can be there…..

Totally agree with your cmt. This serial is not happy ending for me. i’ll always remember gangaa and sargar love story. (only sargar’s side)
Loved the serial. Watch every one of the episode. Thought the social/ society issues had been an eye opener. Many even today think that life stops when a woman becomes a widow. She will need to forget to smile and laugh and enjoy life as it comes, be loved or love, participate in social events.
If it’s acceptable for men why treat women any differently. Where is humanity. These are the basic human needs. To demo ralise a woman just because she is human enough to feel, enjoy and need to be cared, loved and appreciate is in humane.
I am happy that Gangaa was able to find love in someone else. She needs and wants to be happy, so just because some like to live their life in misery, does not mean every one else has to be the same.

In Indian tradition shiv is the one who nurtured Ganga and then guides her course. That’s exactly what they have shown. Ganga inaugurates a school. I wanted to see that the serial ends with Ganga pursuing a cause. Sagar her childhood friend and first love will always remain precious for her just as Parvati for shiv. Falling in love is matter of striking a right cord with someone. Maybe recognising a soulmate. I see the development between shiv and Ganga in same way. Then they were married. somthe serial takes care to keep up with tradition that way. About not showing Ganga mourning over Krishna. We can say the Cvs are at fault in that. I m just glad that Ganga has ended with her inaugurating a school nad finding her happiness.
Finally show ended on happy note.. it could have been better.

But what happened to Ganga’s daughter krishna?? I mean she got her memory back, sagar died, but team just vanished their existence just like fire vanishes everything.
Though I never liked Ganga pair with sagar as he was shown immature more & Shiv was mature, but they would have taken next week too and shown a proper ending like uniting krishna with them.

One of the best serials till date… I feel shiv did more justice to his character than even sagar could. They can revamp it and again introduce it. Shiv was better at financing than sagar… Ganga s performance was truly outstanding… The entire jha family story kept our family attached… Wish it would have continued for more. Shiv… You were the best of all… Hope to see the chemistry between you and ganga again

gangaa nd sagar’s chemistry was really cute nd they vl be my favourite couple hope to see them again in any serial…. my mother said that according to the story was going this ending is really good becoz she said nowadays serial r not having happy ending……. but i alwys love sagar nd gangaa they make a perfect pair…

At the same time, I feel sad because I am going to miss interacting with most of you on this forum. It had been really nice to read your comments, share insights and views, whether Ganga fans/Sagar fans. Although not all agree with each other, we all shared a passion for this serial and each expressed our perspectives on how the story was developing. Hope we’ll meet again on other forums and share our views on other serials.
I would also like to add, that I am genuinely thankful to Sagar fans who respected the views of Ganga fans and did not resort to vilifying their comments.

I enjoyed reading your comments as much as sharing mine. I recommend you people to watch kis desh mein hai meraa Dil (Hotstar) which aired in2008. You will find a lot of similarities between Gangaa and this show. I appreciate the story and the screen play. I am sure you will too. I expected gangaa to end on similar lines. ……Summer! I thought Krishna would have come back but couldn’t..We wanted her back …It would be happy ending with gangaa…Gangaa would hug Krishna in happy ending times ☺but writer could not make it

This is going to be long.
I’ve had a lot going on so wasn’t able to post over the last week, but I’ve just managed to watch all the episodes and I’m very happy it ended on a positive note. I was right not to to trust Aditi and her sad ending comment 🙂 A few thoughts on the last episode, the not-so- good bits first, they rushed through a lot of the loose ends, Pratap blabbing out that he killed Parvati and that he’s going to kill Shiv as well (um what was he going to do with Gangaa and Aasha – kil them too?) Then when all the family is there he threatens to kill his own sister and BIL?! I know I shouldn’t look for consistency and logic but it was silly how he and the goons just stood there waiting for the Police to arrive instead of running away ha ha .. Also didn’t like how Savatri kind of put all the blame on Pratap when we all know she’s the one behind all the evil schemes, she confessed about not loving Shiv but she left out all the other stuff she’s done over the years and are we to presume Savatri and Jumki became good people all of a sudden I mean come on people don’t change that quickly! I know I’m being picky so I’ll move on to the good stuff .. loved seeing everyone happy especially Gangaa, her life has seen more downs then up so it was nice how they decided to conclude the show. At holi Gangaa told Shiv she didn’t like his mustache so it was nice showing him getting it shaved AND she’s got him to wear western clothes!!! wonder what the villagers will think of their new Matadesh ha ha. I have to admit I prefer him with the mustache even though it does age him. I LOVED seeing everyone eating together at the table, I didn’t like the parampara where only DIL serve the food (why cant Riya and Ashi help) and only eat after everyone finishes that too in husbands plate. So I was glad they showed that this parampara had been changed. Also liked how Shiv and Gangaa both accepted and respected each others first love with the photos of Paravti and Saagar. It was nice how they showed Gangaa’s journey from when she was a little girl and when she tells her Bappa she’s found her destination aww. It was a perfect ending but I wished it could have continued. I still believe if the writers had dealt with the story differently after Gangaa memory gain people would have continued to watch the show and the TRPS would not have dropped. Even I came very close to stop watching the show when they showed Shiv being forceful on Gangaa and Im a fan! If the makers or cast members are reading just wanted to say thank you, Aditi you are amazing, beautiful and talented which is a rare combination. I will definitely keep an eye out on your next show. Lastly I just wanted to say its been great interacting with all of you through this forum I don’t really watch serials in fact the last forum I was active on was for IPKKND and that was a good few years back. The only show I’m watching at the moment is Ranjit Singh and that to casually so not sure when I will interact with you guys again. I’ve really enjoyed reading the comments here even the not so nice ones ha ha.. I have to give a special mention to Summer its been a pleasure to read your lovely comments you’ve always been insightful, sensible and respectful even when the same courtesy is not given to you. For me you and Deeksha are true fans of the shown and to the charterer of Gangaa, understating it was always about HER journey. Take care everyone, Love Sandy xx

Yes, i agree with your summary in terms of the ending, it was rather swift indeed! 🙂 As the saying goes, pigs can fly and leopards don’t change their spots. Nevertheless, I am pleased that Savatri was able to mend her ways and find warmth for Shiv and bring the family together in harmony and peace. I was surprised to see Jhumki reciprocate a warm embrace for Ganga, but this is fiction…he he he 🙂 It is very pleasing indeed that the story ended on a positive and united note. Sagar nd gangaa pair is like krishna nd radha though krishna marries someone else(i don’t remember the name) just like gangaa marries shiv but alwys vl remember by sagar ki gangaa just like radha krishna….☺☺ for me the happy ending wud be gangaa living happily wid sagar…….. yes i agree wid u too adu u r absolutely correct of wht u said…….
