Mai saves Mahindra from goon and pushes him away, he says dont mess with me, if I show my guts then nobody will be saved, she takes hockey from him and ask them to move back. She goes to Mahindra and offer him hand.
Dhanak and Raghu are in rickshaw, she is worried for her family.
Mahindra holds Mai’s hand and gets up. Mai glares at goon. Mahindra says you hate me then why you saved me? Mai says you live in this chawl and its about my respect, nobody can hurt resident of my chawl. Goon takes out gun and points at Mai. Mahindra’s family stands with Mai. Mai’s goons come there too. Bai, Maya, Aslam and Batli start beating goons. Mai grabs head goon and beats him. All look on. Mai smirks at Mahindra. Mahindra and all others clap for Mai as all goons are down. Suddenly a goon puts knife on Mai’s neck, its their head Sawan. Bai asks him to move away. All goons stand up. Mai says to Sawan that you are not doing right. Goons grab all people of Mai. Sawan says lets break her ego instead of beating her. He asks goon to bring black ink. Goon brings it. Sawan stops him and asks him to give it Mahindra. Goon forces Mahindra to do it. Mahindra sees Savitri on knife and says sorry Savitri Mai. Sawan asks him to blacken her face and make her wear slipper garland. Mahindra says I cant do it, she is my daughter’s mother in law and she saved me too, I cant do it. Sawan says you cant then I wont spare anyone. Bai says dont do it Mahindra. Mahindra throws black on Savitri’s face. She fumes in anger. He makes her wear shoe garland. Goons laugh at Mai and leave. Mai’s family hugs her and tries to wipe her face but she stops them.
PRECAP- Raghu and Dhanak comes to chawl. They are shocked to see Mai’s state. Raghu says Mai? Mai slaps him hard. Mai says my son made me proud. She dances around Raghu. All look on.
