Sai asks drunk Rajat why is he telling that there won’t be anyone to call him papa if Kiyaan doesn’t call him papa, Sai is his daughter and calls him papa. Rajat says Sai is not his daughter, she is Arsh and Ashika’s daughter, Arsh informed him about it during dahi handi day. Savi asks what nonsense is this and recalls Rajat’s recent change in behaviour towards Sai. Doctor returns to perform Rajat’s treatment. Rajat continues to murmur pleading Kiyaan not to leave him alone and say that Sai is not his daughter. After the treatment, Savi brings Rajat home and thinks she doesn’t know if she should get angry on Rajat or pity for his situation, this one question has upset her daughter’s life, she will find the truth.

Next morning,

Bhagyashree tells maid Kavita that she will prepare breakfast today. Rajendra tells her that modak were good yesterday, she shall ask what would be served in Bappa’s bhog today. Bhagyashree gets angry. Rajat walks down holding his mouth. Bhagyashree asks what happened to him. Savi walks behind him. Rajat thinks she will create a mess now. Bhagyashree notices Savi’s chuda/bangles missing and blames Savi that because she removed her chuda, Rajat got into trouble. Savi says she removed it because of Rajat. Bhagyashree asks why didn’t she guard akhand jyot/god’s lamp at night. Savi says she took Rajat to a dentist last night where she had to remove her bangles as Rajat held his hand tightly during treatment and they were hurting Rajat. She questions why only women should wear suhag ki nishani/evidence of marriage and why men don’t wear any. Rajat asks if he shall wear sari and bindi for her, she should stop talking nonsense. He walks away holding his mouth, writing in pain. Rajendra requests Savi to wear chuda for her MIL’s sake. Savi agrees. Bhagyashree thanks her.

Aman and Mrunmayee pitch a religious program idea to Shantanu and Isha. They both like it. Mrunmayee asks Shantanu to take Rajendra’s help in executing this idea. Shantanu agrees and asks Aman and Mrunmayee to make the arrangements as it’s their idea. He then thanks Aman for guarding akhand jyot whole night with Mrunmayee. Aman says it was his duty. Lucky passes by and hears gets jealous hearing their conversation. During breakfast, Sai mimics Rajat in eating style. Savi thinks Savi as same qualities as Rajat, then why Rajat doubts that Sai is not his daughter.

Ashika wakes up late and orders her maid to get her a coffee. Arsh brings her coffee and her favorite breakfast. Ashika asks why he is so happy today. Arsh says because of Kiyaan, poor Rajat’s son doesn’t want to acknowledge him as father and Rajat thinks Sai is not his daughter, all because of him. He says Rajat is emotionally distraught now and he will snatch Sai from Rajat with Ashika’s help. Ashika asks what she has to do. Arsh explains his plan.

Sai thinks Sai behaves exactly like Rajat, so she shall perform their DNA test and prove that Sai is Rajat’s daughter. She cuts Sai’s nail and gets the samples, then provokes Rajat to cut his nails. Rajat cuts his foot nails and throws them in a dustbin before she could get them. She then thinks of getting his hair samples, but Rajat brushes his hair throws them in dustbin. Savi hesitantly tries to get hair from the dustbin, then looks at the hair on Rajat’s towel. She picks a hair strand and says she got it. Bhagyashree walks in and asks what she got. Savi says she was checking if Rajat got lice. Bhagyashree sees lemon and knife in her hand and asks if she is doing black magic on Rajat. Savi says no. Bhagyashree leaves without listening to her.

Aman and Mrunmayee discuss Rajat and Savi’s good qualities and how a good couple they would be if their differences are clear. At night, Savi waits for Rajat to sleep after arguing with her and tries to cut her hair for sample. Rajat wakes up and shouts ghost… Savi says it’s her. He runs away seeing knife in her hand thinking she wants to kill her. Savi feels frustrated that she couldn’t get a sample, but relaxes finding a sample.

Precap: Savi tells Rajat that she didn’t give birth to Sa and never questioned her motherhood for Sai, Rajat is questioning his fatherhood for Sai even after being her father. She gives him a file to check.
