Ishaan tells Savi that there is an adjacent room to his room with a bed and he will go and sleep there. Savi asks where is that room. He pulls a curtain and shows his study room. Savi asks if he is a batman who was hiding this secret room from everyone. He then jokes that he is really a batman who brings his enemies in this room and kills them, then says he was joking, he will sleep on a recliner. She closes door. He asks her not to lock it as the door open from outside, then says he will knock the door if he needs to come out. She rests on bed. He thinks he can’t see her from that position and pulls recliner. She notices him. He acts as asleep. She turns her back towards him. He relaxes. She notices him pulling recliner again, walks to him, and asks if he pulled the bed forward to keep an eye on him. He acts as snoring, then wakes up and asks why did she enter the room without knocking. She says he purposefully pulled the recliner forward to keep an eye on her. He asks her to stop prioritizing herself always and go to bed. Their nok jhok continues.

Next morning, Durva asks Asmita to serve her breakfast. Asmita serves her sabudana vada. Durva says she will not have oily food. Asmita in broken English asks her to stop throwing trimtrim/tantrums. Durva insults her, throws food in dustbin, asks her to prepare oats and smoothie for her, and says she can tolerate her bad English but not bad food. Savi walks in and confronts Durva for misbehaving with her mother and asks her to prepare her own food instead of insulting Annapurna. Durva yells if an uncultured girl will teach her manners, she will misbehave with her mother and it’s none of Savi’s business. Surekha walks in in support of Durva and asks Savi if an outsider and a guest will teach manners to this family’s daughter. Savi says when Surekha is forcing her guest to perform household chores and protect family’s dignity, the same guest has right to teach morales to a mannerless daughter. Asmita asks them to stop arguing and asks Durva to go to her room, she will bring her ordered breakfast there. Surekha tells Durva that her mother will bring her food as usual, she doesn’t have to listen to any stranger.

At college, Reeva walks towards Ishaan’s cabin when she notices 2 students celebrating valentine’s day. She walks into Ishaan’s cabin and asks if he called her. He says yes and offers her coffee. She says it’s even her favorite coffee from today. He says he needs a favor from her. Asmita prepares Durva’s breakfast weeping. Savi asks her to let her prepare smoothie. Asmita says let it be as Durva may not like her smoothie. Savi asks her to prepare vada for her while she prepares smoothie. Asmita agrees. Savi prepares smoothie. Asmita sends Durva’s breakfast via servant and offers vada to Savi. Savi gets emotional recalling Sai offering her vada in her childhood. Asmita asks if vada doesn’t look good, she will prepare another vada. Savi stops her and says she reminded her of her mother who used to serve her hot vada, she misses her mother and can pay anything to experience her mother’s love. She says it’s strange that a daughter who has a mother is insulting her mother and while another daughter who doesn’t have a mother is depriving for her mother. Asmita feeds her vada saying she can be her aunt at least and hugs her emotionally.

Precap: Ishaan scolds Savi for breaking his house’s rule and getting out of the college without permission. Savi says she is ready for the punishment. Ishaan says he will teach her every night. Savi agrees. She goes to bring tea for Ishaan during studies and sees Reeva already serving him coffee.
