Tejaswini tells Neil that nothing can ever happen between them, leaving him reminiscing about their moments together. Wanting to lift her spirits, he asks her to sing. She hesitates, suspecting he is mocking her because of her fragile state. Neil reassures her that she is free to sing without fear, unlike at home, where she was scolded by Lakshmi for singing. Moved by his kindness, she expresses gratitude, but he asks her not to say it that way. She agrees to sing, but as she does, tears stream down her face. Neil hands her a handkerchief, reminding her that dreams belong in her eyes, not tears. She apologizes for ruining it, but he insists on keeping it as a memory. He then suggests they return home, as her family must be waiting.
Meanwhile, Satish questions Mukta about Tejaswini’s school search. Mukta explains that Tejaswini went to meet the principal, but Satish wonders why she didn’t take Juhi along. Lakshmi bitterly claims that Tejaswini will one day take everything from Juhi, leading Aditi to rebuke her. Aditi taunts Lakshmi, suggesting she has become arrogant after receiving money. Mukta tries to diffuse the situation, insisting that once Tejaswini finds a job, things will improve. However, Satish declares that girls shouldn’t work and decides to find a husband for Tejaswini. Lakshmi doubts Tejaswini will agree, but Satish asserts that she won’t dare to disobey him.
As Neil drives Tejaswini home, he recalls her saying that someone else is in her life. A melancholic version of the title song plays in the background. When he drops her off, she urges him to forget their conversation. He reassures her that he won’t reveal anything. She worries that her family must be searching for her, but he promises that she will never get into trouble because of him again. Encouraging her to chase her dreams, he reminds her that Mohit wanted her to be a successful singer and tells her to let the person she loves help her achieve that dream. His words make her recall Rithu Raj’s confession. He insists that she cannot live without singing and vows to be her biggest fan. She smiles, saying he speaks well, and he responds that it’s because he speaks from the heart.
Unbeknownst to them, Satish witnesses their interaction and realizes Tejaswini had gone to meet Neil. Furious, he storms into the house and insults Mukta and Tejaswini. He demands that Omi take action. Lakshmi questions what Tejaswini has done wrong, and as Tejaswini enters, Satish confronts her. She lies, claiming she was looking for a school for Vedaan, but inwardly, she fears they know the truth. Without warning, Satish slaps her, shocking Mukta, who immediately protests against his actions.
Precap: Rithu Raj returns, prompting Mukta to urge Tejaswini to forget about him. Determined to know the truth, Tejaswini directly asks Rithu Raj if he will marry her. However, he responds that he cannot marry her at the moment as he needs to focus on his career.
