Milind reveals that Aman leaked his own and Mrunmayee’s personal video. Aman shouts why would he do that. Milind says he made fake promises of marriage to Mrunmayee and misused her. Aman asks why would he do that. Milind shows video. Aman says he didn’t viral this video. Aman says he knows Aman can’t do such thing. Savi asks who would do that then. Lucky recalls stealing Lucky’s mobile, watching their proposal video, editing it, and viraling it to his tharki friends thinking of creating differences between Mrunmayee and Aman. Milind tries to attack Aman again. Rajat protects Aman again. Milind challenges to send Aman to jail and challenges Rajat that his money can’t save Aman. He takes Mrunmayee from there.
Savi confronts Rajat for supporting
Next day, court hearing starts. Mr Wadia accuses Ashika of leaving a 6-month-old Sai and eloping her boyfriend, Rajat’s boss Arsh and requests Sai’s custody to be given to Rajat. Ashika’s lawyer counter attacks saying Ashika faced torture from her in-laws from day 1 and hence had to escape from their house, she worked hard and made herself financially capable to take care of Sai, Rajat is a greedy busy businessman who doesn’t have time for his daughter, hence Sai’s custody should be given to Ashika. Judge says both parties couldn’t justify their claim on Sai, so she will question Sai in her cabin. Ashika asks Sai to tell the judge that she wants to stay with her, they will visit Disleyland and enjoy a lot after that. In judge’s cabin, Judge asks Sai’s name, if she is comfortable, and whom she wants to stay with. Sai says she wants to stay with her pari aunty.
Savi says she is Sai’s pari aunty. Judge asks Savi to come in front and asks how is she related to Sai. Savi in her long emotional speech describes how she is emotionally connected to Sai by heart and not by blood, how she and Sai get along well when they are together, her mother’s name also being Sai, how she met Sai when she was in danger and protected her, her life’s motto is to protect Sai, how she can to any extent for Sai’s happiness, how she fought with Sai’s father many times for Sai’s sake, how they forget the world when they are together, etc., and finally says this case is not regarding Sai’s custody but regarding’s Sai’s life and she just wants happiness in Sai’s life. Judge says after listening to Savi’s testimony, she is unable to take a decision and hence hearing is postponed to next week; she will consider Savi’s testimony in the final hearing. Sai runs to Savi. Savi happily pampers her while everyone silently look at them.
Precap: Raju tells Shantanu that Savi and Sai love each her like mother and daughter, they shall get Savi married to Rajat, Savi will get a daughter, Sai will get a mother, and Rajat will get someone to take care of his daughter, etc.
