Savi asks Sai where she had been and why is she late. Sai sits silently crying. Savi asks why she looks upset, where is Vinu dada as she promised to bring Vinu dada home. She searches for Vinu, asks Sai why didn’t she bring Vinu home, and brings phone to call Vinu. Sai takes phone from her and cries hugging her. Savi asks if she is fine. Sai thinks how to inform her that she couldn’t bring Vinu home, Usha was right that Virat will support Pakhi even this time as always and Virat did same and told she doesn’t have right on her son. Chavans eagerly wait for Virat to return home with Vinu. Virat walks in with Vinu and Pakhi. Ashwin and Bhavani emotionally pamper Vinu and try to confront Pakhi, but Virat stops them. Vinu asks what happened to them, he had gone for a party with mamma, but baba brought them back home. Sai says she didn’t know his significance in this house and today she realized how much she loves him. Vinu says he will go out daily then. Bhavani asks him not to say so, she will not let him go away from her eyesight ever.
Ashwini performs Vinu’s nazar. Vinu asks what is she doing. Bhavani says she is performing Vinu’s nazar. Vinu says from whom. Bhavani looking at Pakhi says someone dear ones put nazar on them, Ashwini is protecting him from such nazar/evil eye. Next morning, Vinu wakes up and finds Ninad looking at him standing at a door. Vinu asks why is he standing there. Ninad says he surprised them yesterday. Ashwiini walks in and takes Ninad away. Vinu falls asleep. Bhavani walks in next and gifts him her husband’s gold chain and pendant. Vinu says he is feeling sleepy, she could have gifted it later. Bhavani says already late. Omkar walks in next. Vinu says let him sleep now. Bhavani takes Omkar out. Pakhi walks in next and sings a lullaby for him.
Pakhi notices Savi calling Vinu and switches off phone. Virat walks in next and notices Pakhi’s tension. He returns to his room and recalls Pakhi refusing to give Vinu to Sai and him supporting Pakhi. Sai walks towards a lawyer’s office recalling Virat’s supporting Pakhi and humiliating Sai. She tells lawyer that she wants to file a custody case of her son. Virat drives to a secluded place and shouts to vent out her frustration. He cries apologizing Sai and saying Vinu is Sai’s son, but if he had not supported Pakhi, she would have shot herself. Lawyer asks Sai after he accident and when she learnt about her pregnancy, did she herself take a decision of not returning to her husband. Sai says it was her own decision. Lawyer says her husband must have assumed her dead and had a second marriage and then adopted Vinayak. Sai says yes. Lawyer asks if Pakhi brought up Vinayak after adoption. Sai says yes. Lawyer says the can’t file a case in that case. Sai says Vinayak is her son. Lawyer says she didn’t return to her husband after marriage, her husband and surrogate mother adopted Vinu without knowing he is their biological son, and since surrogate mother and father took care of her son, legally she can’t file a case against them. Sai asks if she can’t get back her son legally. Lawyer says there is no legal way.
Precap: Virat dreams about Pakhi running holding Vinayak and Savi’s hands in dreamland and then learns its Sai instead. Sai says she was waiting for him, they all can stay together now. Virat holds her hand. He wakes up and smiles murmuring Sai’s name. Pakhi hears him.

That Promo has made me sick…like really…now Virat is longing for Sai. For once he didn’t thought what sins he has done with Sai to expect her to start afresh with Vinu and Savi. Like really, why do makers always have to white wash evil characters on the show? This will be utter nonsense yaar. It’s better he stays with Pakhi and CN monkeys and Sai start a fresh. Sai should get the custody of Vinu and stay away far from these toxic idiots. Don’t know what Vankar is planning to do with the story ahead, but Virat trying to win Sai again will be the biggest disaster for this show. So agree with this comment. I love Ayesha/Sai and her character, but Virat and Pakhi are so toxic.. Pakhi’s crimes so conveniently forgotten by the script writer. She hired goons to attack Sai, manipulated surrogacy, was the mastermind behind Pulkit’s abduction and yet Virat thinks she is a great mother, please don’t insult motherhood! Mother’s aren’t selfish and toxic like Pakhi. Virat wants both women in his life or at least thats how the director has managed to showcase his character.

But the case was totally different here, he has no regret not even realizing what he has done to sai and most of all he married lusty, the one who was the reason behind all this.

Regarding the custody of Vinu, Sayi will face a lot of difficulties because the DCP bastard legally married a lewd wife to adopt Vinu. And if that bastard has a missing notice, the law will have a time limit for the case to confirm that the missing person is still alive or not, then the court will decide that she is dead. But if Sayi lives and works in her own name, how can she have a death certificate??? Who declared Sayi’s death??? The bastard DCP claimed when Sayi left the house, he had nothing to do with it, so how can he declare his death??? I don’t understand the laws of this country, it gives me the feeling that there are too many loopholes and that’s something that criminals will easily take advantage of and do a lot of wrong with the help of the law.

According to the law of our country, an adopted child cannot be claimed by their biological parents after adoption. It would be wrong to show that. Sai should’ve told the lawyer the whole story. How Pakhi committed crime to become a Surrogate and how she sent goons to attack Sai and the reason why Sai left the house and decided not to return. If the lawyer gets to know this, I’m sure that will be the reason enough to file for custody of Vinu. Sai should also tell the lawyer how Pakhi threaten her that she won’t give the child to her. Sai can’t lose like that, Pakhi has to pay for the wrongs she has done to Sai, she can’t get away with it. Sai deserves some happiness at least.

Avni never gave up bro, she’s one of the strongest FLs of ITV. As a child, it was necessary for her to disappear to save herself because her witch Grandmother Dayavanthi is strong financially and politically, but she never gave up, her life’s motto was to get justice for her mother and she was ready to break all laws and rules for that, that’s when Neil intervened and got her justice and stopped her from taking law in her hands.
And the second time, she purposefully disappeared and faked death so that Vidyut and his mother spare her family but she did that after defeating them, the only track where she gave up is her child’s custody, she gave up infront of Neil’s anger and stubbornness but Neil realized that he did wrong by separating mother-son and united with them.
But in that case, Avni got strong support from Neela first and then Neil, here Sai has none, she’s literally fighting with a family of criminals who are manipulating proofs at every step. That’s why I said I no longer care about Vinu but want Sai to expose Chavan zombies crimes and ruin them. Even if Sai proves all of Chavans crimes in court, I don’t think court will immediately handover Vinu to Sai, because the court have to see facts from Sai’s side too, the Chavans for sure will loose legal rights on Vinu, 🐀 will loose uniform, Bhavani will loose political career, lusty will go insane, which I want. Maybe Vinu will be in government’s custody till the matter solves and court takes a decision. But in mean time, that 🐀 can manipulate situations to prove Sai wrong and snatch both Vinu and Savi from her, that way she’ll loose Savi too, so I want her to rip Chavans apart, expose them in court and infront of media and leave with Savi.

Remember Hagvani and Co apologised for kidnapping Pulkit, sending Harini away that closed the track now they dont even mention it. Same as the surrogacy track granny Porky showed her rhona dhona bechari face and apologised that closed that track now they wont even mention it 🤣😂😂 So yeah in this 💩 show justice is served when one apologises.
