Savi notices a letter falling from Isha’s hand and asks what is it. Isha and Shantanu say it’s nothing and try to divert her attention. Savi takes letter from Isha and reads it that adoption agency has rejected her child adoption request as she is a widow and there are kidnapping charges on her and her family. She breaks down and asks why this happens to only her, fate took right to become a mother and now adoption centre also rejected her. Isha tries to calm her down. Savi asks who are they to reject her request, she is a best teacher and students love her immensely, she can follow her responsibilities very well, being single is not a sin, will she become eligible if she marries, they are accusing her of kidnapping Sai while she saved her life, she proved her innocence.
After sometime, Shantanu returns from pharmacy and walks near a lift. Raju notices him and asks if everything is alright at his house, their family had problems recently, but he wants to forget their differences and share his problem with him. Shantanu says his wife and daughter are upset because his daughter’s child adoption request is rejected as she is single and has kidnapping allegations. Raju says he can understand his situation as even his wife is upset without Sai. Shantanu hopes their problems are solved soon. Raju hopes so. They both wish goodnight and walk to their flats.
Rajat recalls confronting Arsh for misusing his loyalty and snatching is wife from him. Arsh asks him to wipe his tears as he solved his problem, Ashika is like a luxury car whom he can’t afford, he should be thankful instead. He offers to pay his salary and take care of Ashika’s expenses. Rajat says he spits at his job and challenges to take revenge from him. Arsh says Rajat made a big mistake by challenging him and taunts that he was counting the moles on Ashika’s body while Rajat was working for him and asks Rajat to find a girl whom he can manage or else even she will leave him. Rajat challenges to snatch everything from him. Arsh acts as afraid and says he should prove his challenge. Out of flashback, Rajat looks at Sai’s photo and recalls court event where she requests him to take her back home as she wants to stay with him. O Re Chiraiya.. song plays in the background.
Sai sitting on apartment’s lawn bench thinks of speaking to adoption centre employee Supriya and confront her for rejecting her application. Urmila calls her, informs her that a baby boy is born to Vick, asks her to give this good news to her parents, taunts her to attend naming ceremony with her parents, then taunts that she should not try to marry and be happy alone. Savi thinks at least someone got happiness. Supriya calls her back. Savi confronts her for considering her as unfit for adoption. Supriya says they considered her FIR. Savi says it was a false FIR, did she investigate before rejecting her application? Supriya disconnects call. Savi thinks why this happens to her.
Rajat walks to her and says she deserves it as she snatched his daughter from him, she accused him of an irresponsible father and gave her daughter to Ashika, she is paying for her acts, adoption centre people are right that she doesn’t deserve to be a mother. Savi says she deserves to be a mother, he can’t understand her condition, he is right that he can’t be a mother as happiness is not written in her fate. Rajat recalls Sai being taken away from him and says Savi got this pain on herself and she will go through the pain he is going through.
Arsh returns home with Ashika from party and says he enjoyed party a lot, asks how was today’s date night. Ashika says she was expecting something else, she finally got divorce and wants something special from him. Sai walks to her and says she wants to sleep with her. Arsh gets upset and asks her to go and sleep in her room. Sai insists to sleep with Ashika. Ashika calls Mrs Pereira and asks her to take Sai away. She reminds Arsh that he had promised to marry her once her divorce happens. Arsh says he wanted to a wife and not someone’s mother, how will she give him time with her daughter’s presence. Ashika shouts that he brought Sai home. Arsh says she got divorce from Rajat with his planning, he will send Sai to hostel like Kian. Ashika asks why did he do all this drama then. Arsh says he wanted to take revenge from Rajat, earlier he snatched Rajat’s wife and now will snatch his daughter, he can’t bear a child in his house and will send Sai to hostel for sure. He goes to sleep. Ashika asks Mrs Pereira to take Sai away from there.
Mrs. Pereira take Sai to her room and tries to make her sleep. Sai recalls Arsh’s words. She then recalls Savi gifting her shawl and misses Savi. Next morning, Bhagyashree walks to Rajat’s room and learns that he left for office early. She finds his pillow wet. Maid says she finds Rajat’s pillow wet everyday. Mrs Pereira feeds breakfast to Sai. Sai drops water on Arsh’s laptop by mistake. Arsh shouts at Sai and asks her to go to her room. Ashika walks out and asks what happened. Sai says uncle scolded her and says she wants to return to her papa’s house and do painting there. Arsh shouts at her that he will not let her out of this house and asks Ashika to make sure that Sai tells in court that she wants to stay with her.
Precap: During parent-teacher meeting, Rajat joins Savi and Sai. His friend asks if Savi is his home minister, they look a perfect family. Savi asks Rajat that he didn’t want to come, then why did he come. Rajat says he wants a favor from her, can she be his wife for a few days.
