Shakti Arora is currently winning hearts with his portrayal of Ishaan in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Known for his charming personality and good looks, Shakti has always impressed fans with his acting skills. However, there’s more to this talented actor than meets the eye.
Surprisingly, Shakti Arora was once a dedicated Tarot card reader. The actor, who has been captivating audiences since his debut, started reading Tarot cards in 2008. Although his busy acting career has put this hobby on the back burner, Shakti used to practice Tarot reading religiously and even donated his earnings from it to charity.
Before joining Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Shakti played Karan Luthra in Ektaa Kapoor’s Kundali Bhagya. However, when the show introduced a time leap, requiring him to portray a father to Baseer Ali and Paras Kalnawat, Shakti decided to step down. Unwilling to take on a fatherly role at this stage in his career, he exited the show after eight months, and Shakti Anand took over his role opposite Shraddha Arya.
Shakti Arora comes from a family with a rich acting heritage; he is the grandson of the late veteran actor Chandrashekhar, known for films like Kati Patang. Shakti began his acting career in 2006 with the show Ssshhhh…Phir Koi Hai and appeared in Left Right Left the same year.
He has since played significant roles in various popular TV shows, including Baa Bahoo Aur Baby, Tere Liye, Pavitra Rishta, and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. However, he gained widespread fame with his role in Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi opposite Radhika Madan in 2014. His subsequent work in Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka and Kundali Bhagya further cemented his place in the industry.
On the personal front, Shakti Arora married his Tere Liye co-star Neha Saxena in 2018. The couple has also participated together in Nach Baliye 7.
Shakti Arora’s diverse talents and impressive career trajectory continue to endear him to fans, proving that his aspirations go far beyond acting. Whether on-screen or off, Shakti’s multifaceted personality makes him a true star in the entertainment industry.
