The Episode starts with Chaube ji getting angry on Chandani for protesting against dowry and threatening to call police. Chandani says she will call police. Chaube’s wife is about to slap her, but Arjun comes inbetween and gets slap on his face. He says if anyone raises hand on any woman then he will not bear. He tells the groom Dheeraj why is he standing silent and not protesting. He reminds his essay on dowry system. He asks if he wrote that for prize. He praises Chandani for taking a stand for the bride when nobody is supporting her. Neighbor says we all have seen that dowry items was sent to your house by your inlaws. Chandani says it was her demand, her inlaws never asked for anything from her parents.

Neighbor says they made you sleep outside. Chandani says she slept outside with

her wish. She says it is her personal matter between her and her husband. She tells that Arjun’s family have kept her as a daughter, Sulochana have taken care of her like her daughter and made haldi milk for her. She tells that Reva is like her sister who has taken care of her. She tells that Arjun and she has many problems, but when somebody raised her hand on her, Arjun came forward and got the slap. She asks Divya to wipe her tears. Arjun says I will take her to my house. Shakti asks Janki if she got any idea. Janki says iron is hot. Arjun and Chandani are taking bride Divya to their house, but groom Dheeraj stops her and says she will not go anywhere. She tells his relatives that Divya is his wife and tells that he don’t want anything. He says he will go with Divya. Dheeraj’s mum asks him to go. He apologizes to Divya and promises Arjun and Chandani that his family will not trouble his wife for dowry, and if they trouble her then he himself will call police. Arjun and Chandani smiles. Mannu asks everyone to claps.

Mama ji tells Chandani that Simmy called. Chandani says her phone is broken. Mannu says slap was hard and if Bhabhi had it on her face. Arjun looks at Chandani. Chandani also looks at him. Janki says again iron is hot. Shakti says I will bring axe.

Chandani sees Arjun and Reva’s pic. He comes out of washroom. Chandani hides the ointment. He is surprised seeing her and asks if she wants to say something. Chandani says you have saved me from me and asks him to apply antiseptic cream. Arjun is surprised and applies cream on his face. Chandani is sleeping and recalls Arjun protecting her infront of everyone. Arjun also thinks of Chandani’s words referring him to be her husband and praising his family. They both couldn’t sleep….Music plays…..aye mere humsafar….She drinks water. Reva comes and asks if she is not getting sleep. Chandani says she is fine. She then recalls Saheb ji’s love for her and Arjun accusing ji for the 300 crores fraud, etc. She thinks she shall not flow in emotions and thinks Arjun might be acting to be good with her. She sleeps.

At breakfast table, Reva tells Sulochana about yesterday incident. Sulochana says she heard from Surender. Arjun comes and signs Chandani. Reva asks where is she going? Chandani says she will be back. Sulochana says she might order pasta etc. Arjun gives her phone to Chandani. Chandani gets happy seeing he got it repaired. Mannu teases Chandani. Arjun and Chandani come and sit to have food. She thanks him for getting the phone repaired. Janki asks them to take part in competition or suggest the name for the competition. Chandani and Arjun suggest ek duje ke life. Janki asks them to participate. They looks on. Janki says ek duje ke liye competition.

Janki informs Saheb ji about the competition and says they will win. Saheb ji asks her to make sure that they don’t fall in love with each other. Chandani’s finger get cut during competition, Arjun sucks her bleeding finger, which surprises her.
