The episode starts with Warden takes Ratan in ambulance. Media comes on the accident place and telecast this news live . Diya sees this news and gets shocked. CT and all family also gets shocked except Bhuvan kaka . He smirks and falls crocodile tears from his eyes . He says we all shall go to hospital, our hukam saa is in danger . Please god save our Hukam . They all leave for the hospital. Diya in her palace, she runs for the hospital. Sajan singh sees her running and he also knows about Ratan’s accident. He also runs behind diya . He thinks diya saa don’t do anything wrong in your emotions otherwise our plan will be flop . Diya takes the car and drives fast . Sajan also leaves in his car and follows her .
In hospital, doctors do surgery of Ratan . His condition gets critical. Doctors stops his bleeding and ask nurse to arrange of B -ve blood fast . She leaves from OT . Ratan’s family comes and ask about Ratan from reception. She tells them about Ratan . They leave . They comes near OT and sees Ratan from glass . CT cries and prays for him . Diya comes and stops seeing CT and rest of the family. Sajan also comes there , he takes diya from there befor any of them can see them . Sajan says to Diya to control yourself. Doctors are there to treat him . I will myself call worlds best doctors for him , nothing will happen to him . So please control yourself. Diya hugs him and cries . She says please let me see Ratan once please . He says you can meet him in night .
In night , diya goes inside the room where Ratan is kept . He is unconscious. Diya hugs him and says sorry Ratan . This all happened due to me . I challenged him and he hurst you . I am sorry . Her tears falls on his hand . His health gets worst . She goes outside the room before anyone comes inside . CT comes inside and sees him . She shouts for doctor. Doctors comes and checks him . He says his pulse gets low . I think….Cat slaps him and says i will ruin your hospital. Do anything you want but nothing should happened to our Hukam . Doctors says i will do my best . But rest of the work is in gods hand . Pray for him . Diya blows diya in temple. She prays for him . She says please krishna ji save my Ratan. He is my world. My world starts from him and stops on him . In hospital Ratan start getting conscious. He takes name of diya repeatedly. Doctors says please call diya . If she came i think he can get fine soon . CT says we can’t call her also and she is also unwell . Diya gets a call of Sajan singh . He tells the condition of Ratan as he was seeing all this from outside the room . He says i think he needs you . Diya says i am coming there .
Precap – Ratan sees diya going outside the room . He shouts diya please stop . Diya runs after this . Ratan follows her but due to stitches and injuries he falls repeatedly but he stands again and follows her . CT and all are not there as some are goes to home and CT and shivani goes to temple. Ratan shouts Diya and he falls from stairs . Diya sees Ratan following her and fallen down . She shouts Ratam and runs towards him .
