The episode starts with Rajjo and Amma eagerly waiting for Happu to bring water, fuming on a culprit to smeared color on their faces. Happu returns home. Amma asks if he brought water. Happu says there is a scarcity of water in the whole city, the shop and the shopkeeper he went to get water from are both missing. They both scold Happu for failing to bring water and say he is useless. Amma says if she was a police inspector, she would have lined up water trucks. Happu says even then, she wouldn’t have got water. Amma gives him a tight slap in her usual style.
Happu reaches police station. Manohar says he is stinky. Happy says he bathed thrice since morning. Manohar says even even then, he is stinking. Complainant comes with his wife and watchman and says watchman didn’t allow cab driver to pick them up. Watchman says this time society secretary ordered him to shoo away driver. Complainant says this place stinks as if there is a stinky dog here. Manohar warns him do dare not call his boss as a dog. Happu scolds them both.. Drama continues..
