The episode starts with Beni disguising as a female hiding water bottles under his dress and heading towards home to escape from water thief. A cyclist bumps on him, and he falls down. Cyclist insists to take Beni to a hospital. Beni denies and says he is fine, but cyclist gets adamant. Beni shows his real identity. Cyclist collapses in shock.
At police station, Happu continues to question watchman. Watchman says he wasn’t present in security room when the call was made and had gone to washroom. Happu scolds complainant and society secretary and asks them to leave Complainant says there is surely a dead rat in police station. Happu warns him to get out and acts as nothing happened. Manohar covers his nose with cloth.
Amma and Rajjo return home from shopping wearing rain coat and helmet to protect themselves from an unknown miscreant color their face. Happu returns home. Amma asks if he caught the miscreant. Happu says no and asks them to forget it. Amma slaps him and cusses him for failing to catch a culprit being an inspector.
At school, Ranbir convinces Simran to insist masterji to open school during holi festival. Masterji agrees to open the school for 2 hours. Back to police station, Happu reveals Manohar that he didn’t bathe since a few days as there is no water coming in his house. Complainant and his wife return and say their flight is canceled, so they can’t go on a trip. Happu calls airlines and finds that the flight is on time. Comedic events continue…
