The episode starts with Rajjo serving tea to amma and Happu. Amma says she doesn’t cook food properly, but prepares a best tea. Rajjo says she always is a miser in praising her. Amma says let’s plan this year’s diwali celebration. Children excitedly walk to them. Children excitedly describe how they will celebrate diwali. Kat says she will donate her clothes to poor. Happu likes her idea. Kat further says that she won’t be having clothes if she donates them to poor, so Happu should buy her new clothes. Happu says she never liked this girl. Babuji emerges and says he wants Happu to celebrate this diwali in a lavish way as he would be having a reincarnation soon and may take birth as Happu’s son. Amma gets happy and tells family what he said.

Next day, Happu visits police station and tells Manohar that he wants to buy crackers for his children. Reshampal walks in and says government has published an order not to burn crackers or anything that emits smoke this diwali season to control pollution. Happu gets disappointed. Reshampal says Happu is made a face of this campaign and should promotion no cracker diwali celebration.

Happu returns home and hears family discussing about burning crackers. He informs them about the government decision and says they will not burn crackers this year. Amma slaps him and supports children. Rajjo supports Happu. Happu decides to burn crackers seeing children’s sad faces. He enjoys burning crackers with children. Hrithik fires a rocket and it hits a woman’s hair. Happu and his children escape from there before the lady sees them. Comedic events continue.

Precap: Happu informs Rajjo that Hrithik flew a rocket cracker into a woman’s hair. He takes blame on himself. Commissioner suspends him for throwing rocket in his wife’s hair.
