The Episode starts with Puttan venting out his frustration over his insult done by Chaitu. He asks the party men to run away, else he will shoot himself. He gets sad. Dhakad comes laughing. Puttan asks him to let him manage everything on own. He goes to find the issues from public. Janta says we are standing in queue to reach the ATM that is 1 km away. Puttan says I feel bad for you. Janta asks what shall I do. Puttan asks him to come with him and say if he has any issues. Janta says I have many issues. He goes with Puttan.
Puttan asks Chaitu to choose the issues. Janta tells many issues. Chaitu rejects. Puttan asks him to get an universal issue. Janta says yes, I have an issue for living. Chaitu says its a slogan, you are wasting time. Puttan asks when will you think about country, tell something that you can support too. Janta says I will find issues for the sake of country. He goes. Khoji gives the news about Genda’s protest. Genda talks of unemployment. Khoji goes to spy on Puttan and hears his conversation with party men. Puttan recalls Chaitu’s words. He says we will find the old issues and present it to Chaitu. He sees Khoji and asks him to leave.
Puttan comes to graveyard. Khoji follows them. He sees some ghosts and runs away. Puttan and party men meet some ghosts and talk to them to know about the old issues. Puttan and party men get scared. Puttan strikes a deal with the ghosts.
Its morning, Chaitu and ministers talk about scarcity of issues. Puttan shocks them by getting a ghost home. He says we can make this a big issue. Chaitu says now I will see Genda.
