CHAPTER 17:
recap: sanskar overwhelmed to know about his daughter seerat. Sanrat moments.
SwaSanRat Room(Night)
Seerat is sleeping peacefully in the centre of the bed. Swara is standing near the window staring at the stars. Sanskar came out of the washroom after washing his hairs. He smile at seerat how cutely she is sleeping. Sanskar went and back hugged swara, she got alerted with his sudden touch. Water drops fell on swara’s neck from his wet hairs.
” what are you thinking??” Sanskar asked placing his head on her shoulder.
” just thanking god for giving us happiness again” swara smile and kiss his cheek turning her head back.
” Swara tell me what happened in these years?” Sanskar asked curiously.
” after I met you for the last time, I came back to house. Adarsh was still not having shame and was after me to marry him but then dheeraj made me mom dad ansh shift here in this house. U told him to do this??” Swara asked turning towards him.
” yes bcoz I don’t wanted adarsh near you” sanskar pull her closer possessively.
” hmm then I get to know that I’m 2 weeks pregnant with seerat so I got reason to live and also it encouraged me to wait for you. So here we are. Papa is handling company and I’m busy with my job. Ansh is in third year of college and little devil in nursery” swara smile at seerat.
” seerat is the second best thing god gifted me” Sanskar said admiring sleeping seerat.
” and first??” Swara narrow her eyes at him.
” seerat’s mamma” Sanskar said kissing her forehead.
” where is adarsh and dp?” Sanskar asked remembering them.
” adarsh is in jail and bade papa is in Mumbai living alone as maheshwari mansion was auctioned by the bank to pay their lone”swara explained.
” why adarsh is in jail?” sanskar asked.
Swara got nervous as she didn’t got any answer to give.
” he must have done something” swara shurgs not looking in his eyes.
” leave that I’m happy you are back” swara changed the topic as he was going to ask something more.
” I missed you a lot u know there I used to just think about you whether u are waiting for me or not” he caress her cheeks softly. Swara smile with teary eyes.
Sanskar lean and kiss her lips pouring all his love he has for her. She reacted slowly allowing him to dominate. The kiss was long lasting they were not willingly to break but have to for air.
” I love u” sanskar rest his forehead against her.
” love u too” swara whisper breathing heavily.
” let’s go out for a walk” Sanskar said looking at the pleasant weather outside.
” now and seerat??” Swara asked.
” we will tell mom” Sanskar said.
” okay” swara said and they were about to leave when seerat opened her eyes.
” where you are going papa??” She asked rubbing her eyes.
” we are going out u sleep dadi will come here” sanskar went near her.
” no I will also come” she instantly stood on the bed.
” seerat you have school tomorrow so sleep” swara warned her strictly.
Seerat ignored swara and made puppy face at Sanskar.
” please papa only one time” she pull sanskar’s cheeks.
” okay baby” sanskar kiss her cheeks and picked her.
” we will come back soon” sanskar told swara who was giving questioning looks to him.
Swara nodded and trio left.
On the road, the cold wind is blowing and the environment is very calm and soothing.
” it’s so cold here” seerat squealed hugging sanskar tightly.
” I told you to sleep” swara hit her head slowly.
Seerat pout and hide her face in sanskar’s chest.
They sit on the bench, with seerat in sanskar’s lap. Sanskar rub her little hands talking in his big.
” feeling warm” he asked and seerat nodded enjoying it.
” I and seerat used to come here during summers at night” swara told looking at the place.
” ohh you had fun alone” Sanskar said.
” what fun papa!! Mamma is so boring” seerat lean and whisper last words slowly to sanskar.
” I heard seerat” swara warned.
” I didn’t said anything” seerat place hand on her lips.
” why mamma is boring??” Sanskar asked.
” she don’t let me eat ice cream. It’s delicious here” seerat said dreaming about ice cream.
” she is such a foodie” swara sighed.
” let’s taste it u be with mamma I will bring” sanskar give seerat to swara and got up.
” papa two for me” seerat shouted from back.
” okay” sanskar smile and left.
Seerat was busy talking to swara when Sanskar came back with four ice creams.
” it’s already cold and above that ice cream all will get fever” swara said worried.
” swara you unnecessarily worry for our health nothing will happen” sanskar sit beside them.
” mamma is doctor na that’s why papa” seerat licked both the ice creams alternately.
” yeah how can I forget” sanskar chuckles.
Later they went back spending plenty of time together.
Next morning:
SwaSanRat and all are having breakfast. Seerat is ready to go to school and swara for hospital, ansh for college.
” sanskar when you will join the company??” Ram asked him.
” pap now I want to spend time with swara seerat and you all so want to be at home but will join after few months” Sanskar said as he want to understand seerat more. And swara used to go to hospital and come late in the evening, no doubt sujata is always with seerat but still he don’t want seerat to feel that her parents didn’t give time to her.
” papa you will come to leave me at school” seerat almost shouted.
” papa is beside you speak slowly” swara pointed her as shouting don’t show good manners.
” okay and I will come to take you” sanskar said.
” I’m excited” seerat again shouted but then stuck her tongue as swara glare.
Sanskar signed, both are his Cutie’s.
Later, sanskar went and left seerat at her school with swara as she told him the way to school and timing.
Sanskar learned about seerat’s liking from sujata and take all the responsibilities of seerat. He cleaned seerat’s play and study room. All toys which were scattered here and there, he kept on proper place.
His whole day passed in doing all this and he left to seerat’s school to bring her back.
Later, they come back from school.
Seerat is in sanskar’s arms with a big diary milk silk in her hand.
” sit here” sanskar made seerat sit on sofa and kept his bag on table. Sanskar on the TV shifting to ” cartoon network” and went to kitchen.
Seerat sometimes look at tv screen and then trying to read what is written on chocolate wrapper.
Sanskar came back with orange juice for her.
” seerat have this” sanskar give her glass of juice.
” I don’t like it” she make faces looking at the juice.
” this is good for your health then eat chocolate its taste will go” sanskar said removing her shoes.Seerat grin and drink it. Sanskar changed her clothes and after giving her snacks to eat, he made her sleep in their room for an hour.
Evening:
Sanskar and seerat are sitting in the hall. Seerat is doing her homework and sanskar is helping her. Swara came from hospital and fall on the sofa near them totally exhausted. She keep her head on back and closed her eyes.
” swara you okay??”Sanskar touched her forehead.
” yeah just tired” she rest her head on his shoulder.
” mamma you are very weak, papa give that juice to mamma” seerat was blabbering while writing on her notebook.
SwaSan smile at her smartness and cute antics.
” you go and change I will bring dinner for you then sleep” sanskar quickly peck her lips.
Swara nodded and went to room. Later, they had dinner and soon slept.
