Gippy Grewal and Hina Khan’s latest release, “Shinda Shinda No Papa,” has hit theaters and is already making waves with its perfect blend of comedy and meaningful messaging.
Hina Khan makes her debut in the Punjabi film industry with “Shinda Shinda No Papa,” portraying the roles of Gippy Grewal’s wife and Shinda Grewal’s mother. Her performance has resonated well with audiences, marking a stellar entry into Punjabi cinema.
Reflecting on her filming experience in Chandigarh, Hina shared, “I was away from Mumbai for more than a month while shooting in Chandigarh. Fortunately, the cast and crew ensured that I felt at home. The warmth and hospitality I received from everyone were heartwarming. They always encouraged me to try local specialties, from lassi to chole bhature. I was constantly treated to the best local delicacies!”
She added, “Chandigarh is an incredibly beautiful city. The green fields where we shot some scenes were meticulously maintained and stunning, making the filming process a joy. The people of Chandigarh were wonderfully welcoming and simple, always greeting us with love wherever we filmed. I genuinely cherished the entire experience of shooting for the film there.”
