Many TV channels are facing turbulence these days and there are shows which are coming and going on air. Some of them are relatively new and some of them have had a good run of years. And one such show that went on air recently is Gupta Brothers on Star Bharat. The show is a comedy drama which revolves around the lives of characters played by Hiten Tejwani, Parineeta Borthakur, Sonal Vengurlekar, among others.
Reports are rife that the channel is pulling the plug on the show. The show might go off-air soon and that might leave the viewers a little upset over the same. The show went on-air on October 5 last year, and just after a few months, the curtains will be drawn on it. While the reason for the same wasn’t known yet, it looks like the show might be getting replaced after all.
When a leading entertainment portal reached out to actor Hiten Tejwani, who plays the lead role in the show, the actor told us, ”We’ve been hearing the same as some other show might be replacing our show.”
It isn’t a piece of pleasant news for the viewers after all as it has managed to create quite the effect on the audiences with a mix of drama and fun!
